Location
Just slightly expensive with parking
It was clean and close to broadway
There was nothing that I didn’t like.
The staff was so friendly. The room was great. Loved the pool too.I also loved the water in the lobby and my friend really enjoyed the coffee station
Placeringen, tæt på byliv og andre flotte seværdigheder i gå afstand
Poolen var måske ikke lige den største, heldigvis var der ikke mange der brugte den.
No microwave in room
The atmosphere and breakfast and the game area

Very clean , great breakfast
Great location to downtown Nashville. Easy walk. Room is spectacular. Not a lot of clutter and very comfortable.
Conveniently located and walking distance to the strip! Had help yourself coffees and teas in the lobby. Had pool tables and a table football as well as vending machines. Had a pool and gym facilties as well as laundry wash and dry machines, which was really helpfull. Detergent could be bought from reception, another bonus! Would definitely stay here again👍🏽

Location super convenient, daily breakfast was delicious and full of choices.
I loved the cleanliness from the property to my room. The Staff was top notch

Great Location to Broadway
Area is great, a short walk to Broadway, clean, comfortable beds.
Nothing
We loved how close it was to broad way and bridge stone arena.
We were not able to check into our room are the time we were told it was going to be available. We still were not able to check in at the time it was suppose to be 100 percent available at 4:00 pm. We got nothing but the run around from different staff each time we spoke to someone until we spoke to a gentleman not sure his name at the front desk and he tried to get things done as fast as he could. We were not granted access until after 4:40 leaving us 20 minutes to get ready and leave for our event we had tickets for. Really frustrating when we had been sitting in your lobby at 2 and guest kept coming in and getting there rooms and no one could explain why our room wasen't ready. Then Sunday we came down for breakfast and asked at the service desk if we could leave our car in the parking garage later because we had reservations at 1:30 for a riverboat cruise the young lady said yes that wont be a problem. We went to enjoy the pool before we had to check out and it was closed. We called the front desk and they couldn't tell us anything. Said they would contact maintaince and see what was going on and give us a call back. we called at 9 and at 10:40 when we got ready to check out we still haden't heard back from anyone. We went to check out at the front desk and they told us we would need to remove outr car from the garage since we were checking out. I told them thats not what we were told earlier that morning by the front desk clerk. We removed our car and had to go pay for parking at another lot down town costing us $ 63.00. Our stay at this hotel was not a good one.
Everyone so sweet. Very clean and confront was great especially the pillow lol. Best breakfast bar in any hotels I've stayed in.
The location is excellent — you can walk to Broadway in Tennessee where the Honky Tonks are, and many attractions are within walking distance. It's a safe, family-friendly place. The hotel is very clean and the service is great. Breakfast is included and one of the best I've had! There are plenty of elevators, and they change the sheets and clean the rooms daily. I didn't use the parking, but be careful — they charge a daily fee. It's better to use Uber; it ends up being more economical, especially since you can walk to most of the attractions
Nothing
Clean convenient and nice people.
We loved this venue, location, and staff. We will be back. ❤️
Proximité du centre-ville et la piscine
Les oreillers étaient un peu molle et la femme de ménage passait aux deux jours
I really liked the amenities of the hotel, excellent breakfast, and the location is excellent.
Good location
Front desk staff quite unkind
The staff are amazing. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was quite big. Breakfast was great and had many choices, something different every day. Great location, five to ten minutes from downtown Nashville and close to everything else we wanted to experience. Felt very safe and secure.
Can't really think of anything.
I recently had a fantastic stay at Tru by Hilton, and the exceptional service made all the difference. The property was clean, comfortable, and modern, but the outstanding staff truly made the experience memorable. I want to give special recognition to three team members who went above and beyond: • Terrance: Incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. His efficiency and warm greeting set a positive tone for the entire stay. Erika: Hardworking, dedicated, Extremely attentive and detail-oriented. She consistently made sure not only all my needs were met but every guest who walk thru the doors with a smile and proactive support. • Marliss: dedicated, and always willing to lend a helping hand to ensure guests have a flawless experience. It is rare to find a team that operates with this level of care, professionalism, and dedication. Terrance, Erika, and Marliss are a massive asset to this hotel. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a seamless, top-tier stay!
Convenient to downtown. We were able to check in early.
No complaints.
The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs a bit updated due to mildew on wall paper around shower. The bathroom needs a ceiling fan/vent. The breakfast was incredible!
No bathroom ceiling vent/fan.
Expensive for the location and amenities.
Breakfast was okay. Lots of options. waffles, pancakes, eggs , ssg. Also fruit, breads, oatmeal, yogurt. Coffee options are very good as well. Also have juice and little add ons everywhere
The main eggs were only okay. Not a fan of the days they only have chicken ssg
location is very good- just a 10 minute walk to all the honky tonks on broadway nice breakfast with plenty of options 2 pool tables in the lobby
the water pressure is very low- it took forever to rinse shampoo out of my hair We had 2 different rooms and we couldn’t adjust AC in 2 nd room- freezing at 71*
Central location, secure parking, staff helpful and friendly, nice selection of drinks and snacks available Good choice of breakfast
The use of disposable plates/bowls and cutlery I felt were not "Hilton" undermined a good breakfast
They had a great breakfast each morning. Clean rooms. Friendly staff
I did not know you had to ask for room service. That would have been good to know when I checked in.
This July, our family drove from Toronto, Canada, for our son's baseball tournament, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding customer service. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we appreciated having an easily accessible parking garage. One of the biggest surprises was how much there was to do in the lobby. Our son's baseball team spent hours playing pool, shuffleboard, and the board games provided. It was the perfect gathering place for a group of teenagers, keeping them entertained between games. There was always plenty of seating, and the staff graciously allowed us to make the space our home away from home throughout the week. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations every morning. There was a wonderful variety of hot dishes, cereals, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, and more; something for everyone. My personal favourites were the delicious pepper and cheese omelets and the maple walnut pastries! I also loved that the coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, and lemon water were available throughout the day, not just during breakfast. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was an unforgettable birthday surprise. Without my knowledge, my husband worked together with the front desk staff—Erica, Shannon, and Terrance—to organize the sweetest birthday celebration. While I was exploring downtown Nashville with some of the other baseball moms, they gathered everyone in the lobby in anticipation of my return. As I walked through the front doors, approximately 40 people: our baseball families, the boys, hotel staff, players from other American teams, and even guests who had just checked in—began singing "Happy Birthday." My husband greeted me with a beautiful birthday cake, complete with lit candles. I was completely surprised, incredibly touched, and honestly speechless. It was one of those moments that I'll cherish forever, and it simply wouldn't have happened without the kindness and enthusiasm of Erica, Shannon, Terrance, and the entire hotel staff. Thank you all for going above and beyond to make my birthday so incredibly special. Canadians are often said to be known for their friendliness, but during our week in Tennessee, we experienced genuine warmth, kindness, hospitality, and Southern charm everywhere we went. The people we met: especially the staff at this hotel, made us feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent amenities, outstanding customer service, and staff who genuinely care about their guests, look no further. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you for making our family's trip, and my birthday, so unforgettable! ❤️🇨🇦🤠
The location is right down the street from Broadway there were several food trucks right outside of the hotel from you to choose from
Everything was excellent
The location was good as it was in walking distance of all major attractions. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of food options available. We like that the facility had its own parking garage.
There was some confusion regarding Tru2 and Home2 suites, and we feel there needs to be better distinction between the two accommodations; the Tru2 seems more minimalist. Upon our arrival, the TV in our room was not working, and an associate had to come to our room to reprogram the entire system, which took quite a while; there was one wash cloth in the room although there was two of us, and no hand soap and we had to call the front desk for each; the elevators were very slow; We inquired as to why our room was not cleaned and were told it was because of COVID, which ended in 2023!! We were then told they would put a note that our room would receive light cleaning every day, but that didn't happen and we had to take our own trash out. The light cleaning did not commence until we expressed our dissatisfaction the next day; Also, the shower door would not close fully; there was no writing utensils or writing pads in the room; and we really didn't like that there was no closet or microwave in the room. Garage parking was a bit pricey.
Tout
Nous avons du demander des refill de savon et de papier de toilette à 2 reprises.
Everything . Perfect location. Nice and friendly staff. Clean and breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I’ve had in a while.
No complaints
We were in the heart of the city by the events we attended. Getting a lift or an uber was easy. Not a big pool and elevators we had to wait for.... hotel used by alot of people.
Elevators and very little space outside associated with the hotel... but we were busy
Convenient to Broadway, the staff was wonderful,
Breakfast was good, location was great.
Liked everything.
Close to everything on Broadway. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!
Pillows were terrible!
Property was clean games in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly.
There were quite a few homeless people outside. I know that’s obviously not something. The hotel can deal with, but it was noticeable.
Clean and comfortable
Friendly, accommodating staff.
Great location! Very nice breakfast. Loved that there's not carpet in the room!
Homeless people right outside the hotel.
Clean, comfortable..., good breakfast especially for a hotel buffet
Rooms on the smaller side
Central to what we were doing.
Breakfast was good staff was nic
The pool was closed due to rain. Bummed the kids out. Sky water or pool water they both get you wet not sure why it stayed closed there wasn’t any lightning
nothing
hidden fees
Great location, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast…probably best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.
Nothing
Clean rooms, good location, good free breakfast buffett
When booked nothing mentioned having to pay for parking at the hotel parking, was like $32 per night
Cloe to Broadway, friendly staff, great breakfast
Pillows were uncomfortable
Location and cleanliness
Bed could've been more comfortable
Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean.
The check in was a bit confusing as the check in areal looked more like a coffee/snack shop? They were also running two check in hotels/extended stays out of a single building. The overall price was a bit expensive...almost $400 with parking.
The Hotel was wonderful, best breakfast ever!! Anything you would want for breakfast options
The gate when leaving the hotel after checkout, requires a pass key to leave, garage machine requested us to pay over $100 for parking which was already paid on our bill for the hotel stay had to call the number and get somebody to let us out and explain to them. We had already paid for parking, but we also had a teenage driver with us in a second vehicle, which was already paid also but required him to pay at the garage to leave at checkout!
All the amanities
Stained walls no water pressure or hot water..charged for a car a dident have
Everything was perfect
Good breakfast, great facilities and spacious rooms. Excellent location for Broadway too.
Room was a little dark but nothing to complain about
Employees Were Friendly And Helpful. Clean Room And Great Location.
Rooms Are Pricey But Everything Is Now Days.
We loved this location one of the best Hiltons I’ve stayed in.
Have no complaints
Location was fantastic, all major city attractions within walking distance , staff helpful and friendly , comfortable and clean. Secure hotel. Parking is safe and easy.
Parking is expensive but is within competitive rates of other hotels in the area, and it is city centre so can be expected.... No kettle in room- however the foyer has loads of free tea, coffee and water which just means you have to pop down in the lift and take it back up to your room so its not a massive issue really.
Location was great!
The elevators took a while to get between floors.
Staff at the hotel were amazing a big thank you to Erica, Dominique & Melissa very helpful and polite. All hotel staff were kind & polite. The hotel was spotless. Would definitely recommend. Location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
It was clean and in a good location- walkable to downtown and the gulch
The outdoor space is so small and the sun is blocked by the building by 1pm. There were an estimated 75 young people in the lobby checking in on Friday evening. We had a hard time even getting in the building, lobby was overtaken. It was very loud into very late/early hours.
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Location was perfect! Also, we were able to check in a little bit earlier which is so helpful when traveling.
That you had to pay $40 for parking.
Great breakfast,perfect location
Loved the hotel location, cleanliness, lots of elevators so never a long wait. Breakfast was the best I've seen. Kids loved having pancakes or waffles. Loved that had things like spinach quiche and chicken tenders. Mr. Carlton (vendor out front was easy access to beautiful cowboys hats...get you one!) Pool tables and kids/game area was fabulous for relaxed downtime for the kids. Lots of menus up front for easy takeout and delivery options.
Pillows were not that great and we hated the shower head setup. Up so high that no water pressure to wash put out shampoo.
What is most notable about this hotel? The service!! We arrived late so we called ahead and “Moni” got us all checked in. We had 3 rooms so once we got there we just picked up the keys. There was another guy that was super helpful - from Jamaica and my uncle kept playing Jamaican music when he went in the lobby. I think his name was Laenroy or something like that. He told us where to eat and one BBQ place was right in back of the hotel so we could walk! They were super nice! Rooms: 7/10. They are small almost like New York hotel rooms. Not much room to lay our suitcases out. Vinyl flooring was appreciated for people like me with allergies. Bed & pillows: 2/10. Cheap mattress had me tossing and turning. Bathroom: clean with a glass shower door. Lighting was decent. Cleanliness: 10:10: They cleaned and the rooms and refreshed the towels without being promoted which was good. Safety: 10/10. Most of the time you needed to swipe your card to enter the lobby Parking: 7:10: parking was maybe $38/night underground. Parking smelled really moldy and damp but all the spaces are pretty close to the elevator. Lobby: 10/10. Game area, fun vibrant colors and the breakfast area had plenty of spaces for everyone to eat and still be spaced out. Food: 10/10. Very good! They had a station to make your iced coffee drinks which I loved. They also had a breakfast sandwich area. Although the food is super good in Nashville, having good breakfast was appreciated so we could start our day off! Location: 8/10. So the location is a short walk from Broadway - maybe like 6 or 7 min walk. There is a Quiznos right in back of the hotel and other restaurants that you can walk to that aw closer than Broadway. It’s far enough from all the action to have some peace. I would stay here again.
Close to downtown
I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and the staff were kind and courteous.
No microwave in the rooms
Not horrible. Good for the money. Nothing fancy though. There are much nicer for the same money but it was clean. Everything just seemed a little worn out, like the beds, elevator, carts. Breakfast station got messy after a bit but it was overall good and had a well stocked variety. The one thing I can say I didn’t like was their parking garage. It’s like you took a detour to Mammoth Cave. There was a good donut shop next door. But they’re like croissant donuts. A major plus that I liked was you had to have a key card to even get in the hotel.
The breakfast was top tier and the staff was amazing!
Great location within walking distance to bars and museums. Comfortable beds in an updated room.
Nothing
We loved everything about it !!! Erica was an amazing staff member!!!
Nothing
The location was great. Easy walk to Broadway and other key areas we were visiting.
Breakfast was great! I loved the variety and the value. We loved the lobby with the pool tables, shuffle board, foosball, and the comfy chairs.
I wish there was plain oatmeal every morning. I prefer that over the sugary packets. I wish there were more blankets for the bed - maybe a comforter.
Staff was great. Good breakfast, great location
Grand Ole opra
Trying to find the place
Great 👍 everything was excellent 👏 it was all great 👍
Loved the lobby area that included a fun game and hang out area. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. Great location within walking distance of fun bars. Private parking garage is nice. Wish we'd used the pool because we loved that it was outdoors and heated.
Can't think of anything
Breakfast provided a great variety of choices. Lenroy was exceptional at the desk and providing service during breakfast hours. Would like to see more variety of teas outside of black teas. Ginger, Peppermint, etc would be great! Makeup washcloth was a great idea as well. Towels were bright in color (stain free) which was much appreciated! Loved the convenience of being able to walk to a high percentage of attractions, shopping, eating, and sight seeing!
Black tea was the only choice of teas and hallway was exceptionally warm.
