Home2 Suites By Hilton Nashville Downtown Convention Center

Lokatie

Het rook heel muf.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.

Parking garage was tight. Felt dark and isolated for a solo traveler.

Incredible breakfast setup!

Maybe wider parking spaces. Hard to park, then get in and out of vehicle.

Everything

Water, dispenser with lemon and lime. Luv coffee machine with caramel, chocolate and whipped cream can. + ice nugget machine.

No sign explainIng parking garage fees. Deducted from incidental charge which is frozen in your checking account if using s debit card.

Staff were very accommodating and kind. Free breakfast was delicious

Nothing

Very clean and secure and staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing

Very clean, all employees we talked with we friendly, large selection at the breakfasts. Close to Broadway, about 3 blocks. Secure parking but it's pricy.

Very clean Very convenient Very comfortable Nice free breakfast

Nothing Everything was exceptional

From the moment we walked in until the time we checked out was wonderful! Front desk staff were responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Erica Terrance who was an absolute sweetheart!! Parking on site, super clean and location was great! Ohhhhh, did I mention their breakfast...AMAZING!!!! The biggest variety of yummy items we have ever seen!

Nothing that I didn't like

Super emplacement, petit déjeuner très varié.

Breakfast

Below parking garage. Should have a sign on front entrance garage to park anywhere. Ticket you get has numbers on them.. Parking spaces are too small for pick up trucks.. Won't be staying there anymore..

Second time staying here and location- covered parking garage- and heated pool on top are a must!!

Price has significantly went up.

The front desk is very helpful their name is Tranisha and Sarah

The bathroom is so small, if somebody is sitting in the toilet and open the door it will the person

Super hôtel très propre et très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Je recommande. Le parking est à 50 dollars mais bien pratique et les emplacements sont assez large pour une grosse voiture.

The location and amenities and breakfast

Nothing

Breakfast was amazing. A variety of breakfast food. Location was awesome walking distance from everything. Didn't need to rent a car. You can just uber to everything. Uber to airport was cheap as well.

Staff was extremely friendly and breakfast is amazing.

We loved everything.

We had a lovely stay, staff were lovely, clean hotel, comfortable bed, all good, great location and few blocks from Downtown

Nothing

Ideal location for downtown Nashville, couldn’t fault service anytime we rang looking for fresh towels etc they had them to us in no time

The location. The friendliness of the front of house staff. The cleanliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff.

We were there for 9 days and had hoped for some relaxing pool time. However, on each occasion we attempted this, the lounger cushions were soaking due to the occasional, but heavy rainfall. We felt that some pool attendants would be welcome to remove the cushions on such occasions as normally happens at other hotels we have stayed at.

The location and charges for parking are hard to beat when it come to being this close to the Bridgestone.

The elevators are a problem but I don’t know how to fix it because they are just so busy.

Awesome! Love the pancake machine!

The property was so fun. Had pool tables and games. I loved that

That it didn’t have a bar

Breakfast, location, spacious, and friendly staff

Na

Breakfast was good.Staff was very helpful.

Parking was very small for the size of the vehicles.

we were local live in franklin but wanted convenience of seeing a concert at bridgestone. Five minute walk, comfortable room and bed. Staff was amazing will definitely stay here again.

Close to broadway Clean Excellent breakfast

Pool was small and didn't get alot of sun and no hot tub

The staff was awesome; very friendly and helpful! The location was great! The breakfast was awesome; great variety and very fresh!

Everything. Great staff🔥

Nothing!

So close to everything! Very Clean! Staff was really nice as well.

No complaints

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Nice and clean

Super Lage

Location , parking, and breakfast

Bathroom was tight

10 min walk to Broadway. Breakfast hot and plentiful, great selection. Best bed ever. Huge room. Air con, kitchenette. Felt safe.

Nothing- just couldn’t give us a later checkout.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything.

Nothing

Was an awesome experience!! Breakfast a 10 Staff a 10 Location a 10 Room a 10

Clean and the breakfast

Love the location, the game room, big breakfasts options, and the spacious room.

Staff was amazing

Pool was cold an unavailable. That was 50% of the reason we booked again from previous year. So that was was a huge disappointment

Everything was excellent.. walking distance to broadway… had all the things we needed

The breakfast was great. There were lots of options. The room was comfortable and very clean. Overall great experience.

Staff was awesome and very helpful with our requests. The majority of the front desk staff were smiling and cheerful.

One in our party would have liked to have a safe in the room.

The location was perfect for going to the strip The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had

The elevator to the 9th floor was very slow in the morning

We really liked the breakfast. Almost every food option was available to eat. Many choices. We also liked the location being close to the Bridgestone stadium. We came to Nashville for a concert, and we walked to all the bars that were close. We got lucky and had an absolutely beautiful day to walk.

The mirror in our room had hardly any light. The entire bathroom was not lit up properly. Trying to put make up on was quite the challenge. We also don't like having to pay for the parking. The price of the hotel should include free parking. Just a way to make extra money out of people. Very aggravating.

Everything. Location, staff, cleanliness, the size and amenities in the room. The amenities at the hotel and the rooftop patio was really nice.

Just wish they put full size pillows on their beds.

Great hotel!I would like to mention that the staff is doing more than usual to keep a nice full loaded breakfast.Free Cofee and filtered water is always available at the reception. Rooms are big enough to accommodate the guests.Kitchen provided into the room is well equipped, having a big fridge, dishwasher, etc.

Nothing really.

Close to Broadway

Nothing

Very clean!! Great location. Very modern and a great breakfast!

Only downside we could find was no indoor pool because we went during the winter.

We loved it! The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was the best ever, and we loved the family activities and games in the main lobby!

The staff were very helpful. The location was good. The room was large.

Loud due to traffic going up and down the road in the middle of the night

Nulla in particolare hotel semplice

Location snack lobby parking the room

I liked everything.

Wonderful location, great breakfast

It was a very clean property, and all of the staff were super friendly. It was right down the road from the Bridgestone arena so we were able to just walk there!

No complaints really!

Clean room, great ambiance and ideal location!

Tight parking spaces
