You are restricted to your floor when on elevator so if you have friends on a different floor I cannot get to their floor. The air conditioner was awful. Could not keep the room cool

It’s very convenient for anyone visiting Nashville for the first time, as it’s close enough to Broadway and many of the main attractions while still being a comfortable place to stay. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable.

There were a few things that were disappointing. There was no complimentary bottled water and no complimentary coffee in the morning, which was surprising for a hotel at this price point. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a pool, but unfortunately the pool was so dirty that it looked green even from our room. Needless to say, we did not feel comfortable using it. I also found a false eyelashes behind the bathroom sink, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival.

The Hotel was amazing, Valet guys were easy tondeal with, great sports bar and walking distance to all bars and restaurants.

Not much to 'not like' drinks might be a little expensive for us Brits but I suppose you pay a little extra for the surroundings.

Did not see the value in the price. 900.00 for 2 nights and then 125.00 for parking. When we went to the room the door was open and someone had be working on the air conditioner without alerting the the front desk. Had to go back down to the front desk and ask for another room. Also, room was not cleaned between nights. Had to call for clean towels and then was told they only clean the room if you ask.

I’m looking for the Hilton inn, 1715 broadway location, I’m not sure if this is it but The valet was very amazing she was a young lady with dreads and got my car out to me fast. It’s her second day and she’s acting like she’s been a valet for years! Shout out valet T ❤️❤️ “Tashirah” she said was her name but she has a name tag with just T on it

Hotel was clean and is located within walking distance to many of the popular downtown areas, lie Broadway Street and Country Music Hall of Fame, and several bars and restaurants. Rooms were also quiet.

Parking in the garage is a little tight and expensive. Parking was $54 a day. I also wish they would include breakfast with the stay, as it is not.

Easy to find with GPS/satnav. Parking is right there, but felt really expensive. You pay for the convenience, and that did work for us. Generally an okay stay. Improvements suggested: when checking in a guest who has included the breakfast option, please provide the voucher and advise location to access breakfast, AT CHECK IN. Breakfast itself was nice, and you have a choice. A pleasant surprise a 'free' drink between certain times. However, that would be included in the 'destination fee' , AKA resort fee in Vegas etc. That additional fee was also a surprise. (Yes, I do research, but that fee seemed to come out of nowhere.) It is walkable to Broadway, the arena, Ryman Auditorium etc. It suited our needs.

Ok hotel but Holiday in starting to feel like Spirit Airlines was. They have fees on fees. $62 to park! Ridiculous. $22 destination fee when you leave. Being an elite member means nothing anymore.

Perfect location. Walk everywhere. Welcoming atmosphere- the staff is amazing! Each person went well above and beyond expectations. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable and nice linens. The breakfast was delicious!

We took our teen boys to Nashville for the weekend and this hotel came up as a great location for walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. And that it was! It is very close to the Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway and all the restaurants/bars. The Gulch area was walkable but little further than we expected from hotel. Bridgestone Arena and Ryman Auditorium are within close walking distance as well. Martins BBQ is right across the street and it was delicious, so recommend checking them out before heading to Broadway! Parking deck is attached to hotel which made it convenient to arrive and head straight down to lobby for check in. Hotel itself was very clean and front desk staff was very friendly and even allowed us a little bit early check in as I thought Nashville was an hour ahead of our timezone putting us arriving at 3, but I was wrong and explained that. We got a queen room for 4 of us and it was more than perfect! There is a couch in room along with the 2 beds so our oldest slept on the couch vs sharing a bed with his brother. Everything was clean and stocked in room and plenty of outlets throughout. Bathroom amenities are Dove brand so I didn't even use my travel items I brought for shower! They set up a text with you also upon arrival so I was able to use that to get extra towels and a blanket brought to room. Very friendly and prompt to our needs! I booked the breakfast included option which came with a voucher for 2 adult meals from their café called the Bodega. You just order at the counter and they have a small, but awesome menu. Our food was delicious and great portions. Coffee options were great too. There is also snacks, lots of drinks and beers offered to purchase in there as well. The on-site restaurant called Almost Friday was wonderful as well! We went both days of our stay. They offer a free happy hour drink from 4-5 pm from a small menu during that time.

There was not much I didn't like, but will say parking is very expensive. Site said $54 a night but ended up paying almost $130 when we arrived and I paid at the ticket box to pull in the self parking area. So I am not sure if they added taxes or what but way more than I expected. Outdoor pool is also very small (but still enjoyable). We had pool view room so were able to check to see when there was room to use it. It can accommodate about 2 groups, (one on one end and one on the other) as any more than that, it would be crowded. We were lucky to get it all to ourselves that Saturday late afternoon though and enjoyed it for about an hour.

Paying Parking

Beware of unfair charges to you credit card - extremely disappointed with my stay. I was charged a $350 smoking fee based on a sensor even though I did not smoke in the room. The hotel provided no convincing evidence that the charge was valid, and my concerns about the accuracy of the recently installed sensor were dismissed. Customer service was unhelpful.

A homeless man came on the elevator when we were trying to get to our room and he was following us. We had to alert staff to remove him. It was a bit scary.

The breakfast included was amazing couldn’t order off the menu & the pool and amenities were great!

They asked for $75 USD to check into our room earlier than 3pm even though it was available and ready regardless? Seems like a money grab and not really good business to try and charge almost $100 to check in a couple hours earlier

the cost, I was guoted $643.39 when I booked the room through Booking.com but was charge $842.35 on June 15 before my stay. I can't seem to find out why the difference.

The location suited our needs, especially with (very expensive) parking right there.

As we had booked a breakfast inclusive deal, we should have been given the relevant breakfast detail at check in. No issues with the breakfast itself. Also, I was challenged about my choice of included drink at the bar. 1st night: no problem. 2nd night: server not at all happy to serve exact same drink.

The staff was great but I felt it was just a good hotel. I travel a lot for meetings and this wasn't exceptional. The Bodega is limited in the choices of food. The rooms were very comfortable. Loved how the staff greats you right when you get out of the car.

Literally the best hotel I’ve been in (and I’m very picky when it comes to hotels). Nichole and Hilarie are the sweetest people! They treated us like family and I’m so grateful for them! The room was super clean, down to the corners of the bathroom just spotless! Definitely coming here again!

From check in to check out everything went smooth and seamless. The valet actually came to the room to get our keys, which we neglected to leave in the car. True southern hospitality.

Came for a Wedding, and our experience started off great thanks to Danica at the front desk!!! We know this after comparing notes with others attending the wedding. Danica was very upbeat and sweet made it a point to explain to us where to find water, what time the their happy hour was at, breakfast location and time frame, amenities, ect... Others attending the wedding had noted none of this was told to them . So cheers for starting our trip out great! Otherwise, room was clean, amenities were decent. We enjoyed the attached bar and live music offered. Great walking distance to everything. Would recommend a stay!

We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came. By the time we got back at night we were too tired to care and thought they would come the next day, but they didn’t. Had to snag some fresh towels off the cart on day 3. Also were told there was a free breakfast, but apparently not when booked through Booking.com. Yet this wasn’t mentioned when booking, and no options to add it.
