I loved the hotel, it was nice, I loved the room too it was very clean!

it said it was a breakfast buffet but no bacob or biscuits and gravy and no sausage links wasnt a buffet very dissapointed

Checked out the rooftop whilst we were staying in the hotel, exceeded all expectations. Yousef was attentive, friendly and professional. Will come again!

We got to the hotel a little early….and went to go see about checking in early. We went to the wrong check in desk (there are 3 Marriott brands within the one hotel). We went to the AC one and not Residence inn (oops!). Michelle, at the front desk, said “no problem! Let me see what I can do to help you today!” She took her time and chatted with us and even got us an upgrade, AND got us checked in a bit early! Michelle gave us all of our keys and then took the time to show us where everything was! She went above and beyond. One our last night there, we walked in our room and found a thank you card from her! Thank you Michelle for being incredibly awesome!!! We loved our room. Was clean and stayed nice and cold. We had the king, one bedroom room. Our teen was comfortable on the pull out couch. For me, the only downfall was the noise I heard from outside (nothing to make a big deal out of….we are in Nashville and our room was facing the main road!). The noise went until about 2am. Just wanted to make a note to bring a fan or noise machine of some sort! 😁. We did get to use the pool a couple of times and loved that as well!!!! Having a breakfast included was such a good perk! Thank you for providing a great stay! Another big thank you to Michelle as well!!!!

Wonderful room, beautiful amenities. Valet service was excellent, especially Dre. Pool attendant was rather rude on Saturday, August 8, but that did not ruine our trip!!

Loved the room and LOVED the pool and hot tub. Room and hotel was very clean. The location to broadway was great and the restaurants nearby were delicious.

Hotel property was hard to navigate, and the Elevators took forever!! And the smell of the Lobby area was sooo potent, and perfumey it was nauseating.

Room was great! Everyone was nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with valet. Winston was so kind and made sure we were well taken care of before we left! A sweetheart and good at the job !

It is 2 hotels in 1 location so that was a little confusing when going to breakfast, elevators took longer than I expected

The location it was close to a lot of things.

I wasn’t told that you had to actually call and request room service. I also did not like being nickel and dime in reference to having to pay separately for parking at a hotel it’s paid for for me to stay in. My company would not do the $80 a night so I had to park almost a mile away and Uber or walk daily twice to get to my vehicle. I don’t think a paying guest should have to pay for parking or if there is an amount they need to pay it should not be $80 a night.

Our room was not cleaned or towels replaced in the three nights that we stayed. Pool extremely crowded. Long queues for drinks.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! And Stephanie and Daryl at the front desk were patient and extremely helpful to make our stay even more pleasant

They charge way too much for parking. They reserve too many lounge at the pool, chairs, wanting guest to pay extra. It really limits what’s available without paying more

Great hotel within walking distances of all the county musics sites downtown! Staff was wonderful and focused on providing outstanding customer service. The hotel offers 6 different dining options (to include a complimentary breakfast), rooftop pool, fitness center, and convenient parking options.

Youssef is the best. Very welcoming and makes a great old fashioned.

We stumbled into AC Rooftop just planning for one drink, and stayed all night because Youseef behind the bar and Chef Inna made the whole night feel magic. Drinks were crisp, food was dialed, and that view just tied it all together. We came alive up there, didn’t even want to leave. Five stars, easy.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. There was a gym which we used and a complimentary breakfast. Also a quick and easy laundry for guests. The location was very good. It was very busy and felt a bit chaotic but maybe this was because it was July 4th!

You had to wait forever for the lift becuase it was so busy. My biggest issue was the valet parking. When we checked in we were a bit confused about the parking and asked at reception who told us there was no charge for residents. But when we checked out we were charged by the valet team. I do really feel that this was not explained to us properly especially as I checked a couple of times before deciding to use valet and not public parking. Like other things it all just felt a bit chaotic.

Location is great. Close to broadway and a lot of restaurants. Love how the rooms have a full sized refrigerator.

The elevator situation is crazy, Need at least one more set of them to cut down on the wait times. Parking is outrageously expensive now, it used to be $47 a night, now it is privately owned and costs about $70 a night with tax

Youssef the rooftop bartender was awesome

A Marriott member I prefer to stay at Marriott properties when I can. The Nashville location is well located a few blocks from Broadway and across the street more or less from the convention center. The location is great and the rooms are generally good. The pull out beds have the worst mattresses I have ever seen if they can be described as a mattress. Sleeping on the couch would have been more comfortable. Service was incredibly poor and we did not receive housekeeping having requested it at check in and two other days of our five day stay. We gave up after three tries. We requested two keys with one working and the other not. We tried replacing it without success it twice before giving up on it. With the exception of the pull out couch the room was nice and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was standard fare and aside from switching bacon for sausage some mornings it was the same every day. That said, the food was good. The service gaffs could have been easily corrected though it did not appear they had any interest in doing so. I would try somewhere else before going back.

Sebastian at vallet was top notch! Not only did he hustle to get us our car each time we needed it but he went out of his way multiple times to help us with an injured family member. The whole team at Residence Inn is fantastic and work hard to assist in every way.

Everything was great except for one thing . The young lady was a little rude and loud . When I was checking in the lady at the service desk was speaking to me as if I didn't belong in the Hotel like I couldn't afford it . .She was very judgemental. L

Juneteen weekend was busy. We arrived early in the AM. There was no room but we left the luggage in the valet free of charge. We could have used the pool and bar. We got back to check in at 3pm and it was hectic, Gabriela found us a nice room with view to the pool. She had awesome suggestions for where to go and what to do. The hotel has discounts for tours. This location is super convenient! Please don't miss Martin's, 3 mns walk. Broadway is very close. Tk a hop on & off tour to see everything. Bodega besides Champy's! I recommend this hotel. Beautiful inside, clean and awesome service. Nice breakfast too! The entrance is weird though. Registration lobby is in the 6th fl. It's has beautiful seating everywhere with a nice balcony and more seating.

Great experience & beautiful, clean atmosphere. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. Gabi at the desk was fantastic. Pool bar/restaurant were slammed Saturday, we watched so many guests be rude to Corey & the team while they remained professional & calm. Not their fault it was a busy day & service was slower than anyone wanted. Keep up the great work!

Skitne rom, med unntak av badet som var rent. Kunne ikke gjøre rent rommene annen hver dag fordi de ikke hadde nok personale (!) Teppene var veldig skitne. Sofaseng ikke egnet for voksen person!! Alltid for lite sitteplasser og hele tiden tomt for mat til frokost. Svært lite utvalg - pålegg og brød var fraværende. Papptallerkener, plastglass/bestikk - forventes ikke på et Marriott hotell. Klart for lite personell til å betjene så mange gjester - lite hyggelig personale med noen untak. Stadig irritert på gjestene. Rooftop Bar var OK - synd at den kun var åpne på kveldene.

We stayed at the AC which is 1 of the 3 hotels in the building residences inn was one so with us staying at the Ac we checked in at the Ac but had access to residence and just wanted to leave a review also because we had access to the residence even though we stayed to the Ac the pool was amazing. The bars were great food good we actually checked in Ac, my family and I and a lady at the front desk named Michelle helped me with pretty much my entire day and was so kind to my child which was pitching a fit at the front desk when checked us in so she gave my baby a toy and I thought that was extra nice but she also helped with restaurants and just planning our stay in general and I definitely wanted to make sure I left a review for residence as well because we went over on that side and were greeted kindly the entire three hotels and one is a bit confusing, but I actually liked it so thumbs up keep it up. We will be back.

I really liked this hotel for what it is. Not a 5* hotel, just a good solid place to stay. The room was generously sized, the bed was one of the best I've ever slept on, the pillow and sheets were perfect. Next time I am in Nashville (I have a son going to school) I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The elevators are quite slow so there was a fair amount of time waiting. The pool is ok and the bar was decent but there is only sun in the morning due to the tall hotel shading it. The bright spot was the rooftop bar and Yousef, the amazingly friendly and capable bartender and waiter.

Close to Broadway, but not close enough to hear the revelry 😁. Staff very helpful and friendly. Super clean room.

Got to breakfast about 8:30, eggs and oatmeal were lukewarm warm. But, not a deterrent to visit again.

Clean and had everything we needed in the hotel. Large refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, etc. Great breakfast bar included. Also, convenient location within walking distance to broadway. Valet parking was easy.

Youssef and Tariq were wonderful. This is our second visiting. The ambience and superb and prompt customer service is why this is always part of my trip.

Very nice room king size rooms with kitchen, sofa area and bathroom. Parking costs were a shock but Blaine in Valet worked so hard to keep everyone straightened out! Thanks, Blaine!

Great location and comfortable room.

We booked this hotel specifically for my disabled child to use the pool. Upon arrival we were advised that the pool was closed for upkeep. After further discussion we were advised that the staff had known about this for two weeks and failed to inform us. This had a significant impact on our stay and we felt an email would’ve been fair. It was not feasible to walk our child the numerous blocks to the alternative pool. We were advised this change had been posted on the website but as we said then, after booking we would not be checking the website.

We had an excellent experience with Robert. He greeted us with a warm, professional smile, took our keys promptly, and carefully inspected the car before moving it — you can tell he takes pride in his work. Pickup and return were both fast; when we returned, the car was waiting exactly where he said it would be and handed back spotless and with the mirrors/seat returned to how we left them. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy — Robert made a stressful arrival/departure feel effortless. Five stars.

Erin provided top-notch valet service — calm, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He greeted us with a friendly smile, took care to park our car carefully, and helped load a couple of heavy bags without being asked. When we returned, Erin had the car ready immediately and walked us through a quick check to make sure everything looked perfect. Professional, courteous, and clearly proud of his work — made our visit smoother and stress-free. Highly recommended.
