did not have breakfast, left really early for plane. Great location near airport and accommodations were great.

we were having problems with the bathtub faucet....could NOT turn on, call front desk and no came till we flagged down a housekeeping member from outside our room...she helped us.

Location and breakfast was great. would recommend again if seeking a simple room. there were problems with accommodating the requested room type see below.

I booked 2 separate reservations for 2 rooms each. There should have been three 2-queen beds suites and one king bed suite. Looks like the reservations were all sent to hotel as King so all 4 rooms had king beds. A request was made for a 2 bed-room and hotel couldn't honor request, gave a difficult time with addressing the concern and didnt really make any effort to accommodate the needs or request. Only excuse given was they were over booked. Was just searching the Booking.com website for my original request, doesn't seem to have the correct listing. Parking had to be paid daily, wasn't clearly indicated the parking would have to be paid, just available. Parking lot didnt have enough handicap parking spots. More than half were under construction.

The room was clean and the staff were all friendly. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. 

We are a family of 3 and booked a King Suite specifically for the pullout couch. I realize that the mattresses on pullout couches aren’t known to be super comfortable, but the one in our room was terrible. The springs were visible through the fabric of the mattress and it felt like you were laying directly on the springs. There was also a sharp end of one of the coils sticking through the fabric that scratched two of us as we walked by. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch cushions. The other issue with the suite set up is that each room has double doors with large frosted glass panels. All of the hallway light shines directly into the sitting room with the pullout couch and there is no way to block the light. This was a huge bummer as the main reason I booked this hotel was because it appeared this setup would comfortably sleep the three of us.

We had traveled from Oregon to Wisconsin to attend a wedding. We then visited friends in Indiana for several days. We stayed at your property for one night before flying home. We enjoyed your generous happy hour offerings. Breakfast was amazing too! Your location was perfect for getting gas for our rental car and heading to airport.

The room was dated. Couch was sinking. Bathroom shower head was rusted. Bed was hard and pillows lumpy.

Needed some upgrading. VERY noisy lobby. Room phone none functioning. Multiple safety features around bathtub but tub floor still slick without mat.

The staff was friendly and the location was very good, near the airport.

The hotel needed maintenance, the carpet in the hallways was filthy and needed cleaning. Several items in our room didn’t work and there was a lot of wear & tear to the room that needed attention. I expected higher quality for the price. We chose Embassy Suites because in the past they have been exceptional, this one unfortunately was not.

The was a sex toy left in my room on the floor! They did a great job at rectifying the situation!

It was relatively close to the airport and an easy Uber ride to get to. It was also easy to find.

The people on the checkin desk were by some way the least friendly people we met in Chicago. They did not really seem to want to help us even though we tried to be smiley and let them know how we had just landed on a flight from the UK. When we got into our room, which was booked for 2 adults and 2 children, there was only one queen sized bed. No other bedding and no bed. I tried to ring the reception but there was no obvious button to do that. So I went down and when I explained the position I was told that there was a sofa bed that we could make up ourselves. I said that this was fine but we had no bedding and so she said that she would send someone up but did not know how long that would take. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to a different room as I had thought that when we turned up there would at least be made up beds for the 4 of us, but was told that the hotel was full and therefore we had to 'make the best of what we got'. Ok, I thought, so back up to the top floor I went. When housekeeping eventually turned up they only delivered bedding for one person to sleep on the sofa bed so I asked for another set. She said that I should have asked downstairs. I said that I did say I had two children with two adults. She said she did not know how long she would be with more bedding. We then opened out the sofa bed and having spent some time in the military I can say with some confidence that it was about as uncomfortable a bed as I have ever felt. You can feel every spring. So, with reception's words of encouragement ringing in my ears, I telephoned down to make the best of the situation and asked for another duvet to be sent up so that I could put that over the springs and my children might then be able to sleep. The duvet did turn up about 30 minutes later but the lady delivering now was even more cross than when she turned up for the second time. We thanked her for the duvet and put it on the sofa bed which by now made it is solid 2/10 in...

Hotellista oli helppo vierailla Chicagon keskustan kohteissa. Huone oli kalustuksen osalta perinteinen, mutta kaikin puolin siisti ja tilava. Kaksi erillistä huonetta toimii hyvin jet lagin tasoittamiseen. Harmi, että vuodesohva oli täysin kelvoton nukkumiseen. En voi suositella huonetta kuin kahdelle hengelle. Aamiainen oli ok.

Vuodesohva oli luokattoman huono ja nukkumiskelvoton. 99% teräsjousia, ei lainkaan pehmusteita. Todella harmi, sillä muuten tilava huoneisto sopisi loistavasti 3 henkilölle.

The Breakfast was by far the best part of the stay

the rooms A/C seemed to be inoperable, with the unit set to the lowest possible temperature and Fan ON, we all inevitably sweat in our sleep and had to dispell of the blankets.

The pool made it worth it.

Outdated, room felt very old and musty. Expensive for what it was.

The fridge leaked water and made a loud noise all night and I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning was very loud. The room did not appear well cleaned. There was hair all over and in the ice bucket. The pull out bed was so flat all you felt were springs

Our family of 4 (kids aged 18 and 11) stayed at the Embassy Suites for a night after arriving from the UK and before heading back out again for a flight to Bozeman the next day. Location of the hotel is good, only about 10 minutes from the airport and we used the free shuttle both ways which worked well (goes every 30 minutes). Hotel is a short walk away from Rosemont area which had some restaurants and a short drive away from an outlet mall (did not really seem walkable as you would need to cross a busy road). Value was excellent - less than $200 and that included hot breakfast with personalised omelette chef plus a happy hour in the evening with snacks and drinks (alcohol available for adults). Only 3 stars because of decor / cleanliness - the hotel feels like it is stuck in a 60's/70's timewarp and could definitely do with a revamp - luckily we were exhausted which meant we did not overthink the hygiene of the beds. In theory there was a sofa bed which would have allowed the kids their own bed but no-one in their right mind would sleep on that given the noticeable stains and it was also in a separate living room which faced out into a courtyard area which was noisy and very light. Overall if you are looking for extreme value this is a good option but I think there are likely better options available which are a bit nicer!

Stay here was pleasant and peaceful. The location was close to an outlet mall, theater, bowling, and multiple restaurants. My conversation with Margie from HGV was very informative. She is very knowledgeable about the Chicago areas. Margie was very pleasant and helpful. I would come back and recommend staying to others.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la grande superficie de la chambre ainsi que la qualité de la literie, vraiment confortable.

Mon coffre‑fort ne fonctionnait pas et, bien que le personnel ait été très aimable au départ, il m’a finalement laissé trois jours sans solution. Cela m’a même obligé à refuser le nettoyage quotidien, puisque je ne pouvais pas sécuriser mes effets personnels.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very nice. Conference center (specifically the "Board Room") accommodated my group very nicely. Working with Angela (Executive Meetings Manager) was fabulous. She made the planning, a/v needs, billing and banquet selections flawless. This was set up very professionally and I will plan to have more meetings there.

Their pull up bed / sofa bed the mattress is old and need a replacement. Is not comfortable and kind a beat up mattress.. if they had that replace i can give a high score

Close by to many places, spacious rooms, rooms are well insulated so as to not hear the airplanes from the airport. Great breakfast.

I was not greeted when coming into the hotel for the first time. There were 2 women behind the counter. 1 was talking to the maintenance man and other was looking at her cell phone. I was right in front of her and she never looked up at me until I finally said am I in the correct place to register my stay? Then she stopped and looked at me and quickly got me checked in with not any other pleasantries. Once she was done with me and my husband came in with our luggage she was further behind the counter but back on her cell phone again. The mattresses were very worn and flat. The air conditioning was very loud and a maintenance man came in and was very nice but said the units are old and no way to reduce the noise. We found that if we raised the temperature the noise was not as loud.

The carpeyed floor of the atrium where we ate breakfast was disgustingly filthy. The never vacuum food dropped on the floor. They never shampoo the food stains.

The location to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is what I liked best; I was there for work, and it was nice just to be able to walk across the street.

I didn't really expect the openness of the food court area with the loud echoes from below. There were a few inconsiderate guests that stayed up until 1:00am playing games, they were quite loud.

No Place Like Home Always spend our time at the Embassy Suites/Rosemont when coming thru Chicago. Great staff, great service, great receptions, great food. It was a pleasure meeting the Hilton Ambassador Realyn today. She provided great information and is very customer oriented. Appreciated our chat. I highly recommend staying at the Embassy Suites, Rosemont. It's another 1 of our "No Place Like Home Away from Home" experiences.

Front desk agents left me standing as if Iam not a customer who still did not finish the problem or I get the feeling that they want to help. I did not get the feeling that they want to help at all. Night shift front desk agents on 6/12/26 around 10:30pm

Love the location, shuttle service, and overall design of the hotel.

Definitely could be a little more clean. We walked in and our room smelled like cigarette smoke and we found a discarded cigarette right by the window. Because we were traveling with two young children this definitely wasn’t ideal. So brought the rating down for us on account of uncleanliness

The location is perfect from the airport. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant across the street at the Doubletree is delicious!

This Embassy Suites definitely needs a facelift. The carpets were very dirty. The elevators are dirty. The room toilet had rust rolling down and the chairs in the dining area were very stained.

Is was very close to the Rosemont Theater where I went to a concert.

The guests next door were loud until 2:00 am non stop and children were still up they were loud and obnoxious.

Breakfast was horrible. Pretty sure they used cheese wiz in the cheese omlettes. The selection was minimal. The room walls were paper thin. They did a horrible job cleaning the rooms and the water in the pool was gross dirty. I wish I was kidding. Theres was a ton of hair and dirt floating around. The rooms need renovation. Finally FINALLY the wait for the elevators was insane. I don't have one positive thing to say.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, expecting a King bed and a living area with a sofa bed. Unfortunately, we were given a Queen bed instead. When we pointed this out, customer service insisted it was a King, which was disappointing and could have been handled better. Additionally, the breakfast was a letdown—the food didn't taste fresh, and there were very few options to choose from. For a Hilton property, the overall experience felt very basic.

We liked the location and especially the airport shuttle. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were so grateful for the evening snacks and drinks. After an 11 hour flight, it was so nice to not have to think about finding dinner. We appreciated the breakfast, especially that you had bananas and yogurt. The rooms were spacious, cool, and comfortable. The bed was great.

The carpet in dining area needs to be replaced. It is rather grouse with many stains. At breakfast we noticed that it didn't appear to be vacuumed from the night before.

Ran into Joey w/ HGV at this property and she is definitely consistent with her friendliness and hospitality. She was giving out emoji stickers to kids AND adults! I love the hotel and will keep coming back! the staff is friendly and Dan and the entire front desk staff today was amazing. Shout out to Chris the bartender in the atrium. Thank you Embassy Suites.

Very convenient to Airport, and I appreciated the shuttle service. The staff was lovely.

Fire alarm at 11:30 p.m. with absolutely no guidance from or even visibility of staff. As we were leaving the building, the staff was still behind the desk checking people in. Sofa bed in my room was garbage - springs poking out everywhere.

Writing this on the first evening of my stay and it’s already off to a wonderful start! Joey is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming; just her compassionate attitude would have been enough for me to write a positive review. But Joey really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed at Hilton, which I am so incredibly thankful for. With Steven’s help (Who I would like to add was also incredibly friendly! Talking to the two of them genuinely felt like catching up with old friends) they were able to hook me up with a fantastic package and points! Thank you Joey! Thank you Steven! You both have made this stay absolutely amazing and I’m looking forward to using my rewards towards Vegas!!
