My children were cover in bedbug bite ! There was a substance abuse conference men were hollering at my 13 year-old daughters. There were so many people in the lobby at all times of night loud the second night I had a young drunk man follow me to my door beating on my door, asking if he could come in and use the restroom. I had to call the front desk. The front desk called and swept the issue under the rug like oh yeah we talked to him there with their family and so why were they knocking on my door, nobody could ever understand that I did not feel safe. I had to go to the car and get my gun. My girls were in a separate room because we all could not fit in beds. This was the worst stay that I have ever experienced in my entire life at a Hilton I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the last two days. The issue was never getting resolved. I have called the Hilton‘s number. I keep getting the runaround this situation is needs to be investigated.

Location to airport was great. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly. It was rainy on our day and a staff member even took us to the CTA train. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good too.

i wasnt able to get service for breakfast quick enough. while i like the level of luxery with a full service breakfast, it is not as efficiant as a buffet. thats why starbucks was a great option!

The convention discount and proximity to the convention center are the only positives I can give this place. Had to go to 5 different floors to finally find a luggage cart when we arrived. We were given a room right below the active construction which meant it was impossible to enjoy the room during the day even on the weekends(maybe limit the remodeling to Monday-Friday?). Our shower drained incredibly slowly so water would be almost to your knees by the time you finished your shower. The beds were so uncomfortable that we both woke up multiple times a night due to back pain and trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in. The pillows were soft and squishy which sounds like a good thing until you realize that under the weight of your head they compress down so flat that you need all 4 pillows just to equal out to one regular pillow. We had to travel up 3 floors just to get ice. The phone in our room wouldn't connect to any of the numbers listed on the directory. The room didn't even have a microwave or mini fridge which are basic amenities even at cheap motels, likely hoping to force guests to eat at the on site restaurant.

Great value for money. Stayed at the top floor, at the end of the hallway - private and quiet, despite being right by the airport. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Mostly chatting with them on the app has been a good experience as well. The location worked amazing for me and my purposes, but it's a painful commute into Chicago by train if that's where you're headed. The room was clean. So were the hallways and the gym(s). The gyms were nice and useful. I'll definitely consider Hilton for my next stays as well.

Zero vegan options at the restaurant is a disgrace in 2026. Finding where the airport shuttle was for pickup was a bit tricky, as no one at the airport understood the directions the app gives. I also don't appreciate pushy and aggressive marketing via concierge staff. It's a pain getting into Chicago, but I hear commuting inside Chicago is tough either way. I didn't get to try the pool, as many families have were staying there at the same time, and it got a bit crowded. I expected more of the gyms but they were fine overall.

Had an amazing time at the Hilton Rosemont! From the wonderful Night Audit who checked me in (Raymond) to the Hilton Grand Vacations sales team member (Whitney) who kept me company while waiting for my next departure from the hotel… the staff was excellent, warm, and friendly! Thank you so much for your kindness during my first trip to Chicago… it has been a memorable experience!

40 dollars a night parking 3 dollars a bottle of water!, so no guest water The hallways don't smell good.

I usually stay at Hiltons because of points and chose this one because of proximity to O'Hare (had an early morning flight). The hotel looks very dated and shabby (the welcome mat at reception does not appear to have been cleaned in ages). There were signs that re-modelling was in progress. They gave me a room on 3rd floor. We wanted to take a nap after check-in but where kept awake by construction noise. I called the reception and they said that remodeling was in progress on floors 2 and 4. I questioned why they would give me a room on floor 3. The manager did try to get me another room but then came back and said they were sold out and construction would go on till 7pm. While I am glad that they are remodeling an outdated hotel, I wish they would have put me on a higher floor away from all the noise. Stay away from this hotel until the remodeling is done. You never know which floor you will land on.

Great for getting stuck at the airport and needing to sleep on an actual bed. The lobby is grand and clean, and everyone working is incredibly nice. The room was spacious and cooled well. I liked the pillows, they kept some of their shape until you sank down into them but easily reshaped when needed. In the morning, the lobby was lively but quiet, and the food smelt great. Margie helped me with my questions, and then we chatted about recent news and the weather. She even told me about the HGV packages, and they are such a great deal! 10/10 on Margie! I'm even loving the free shuttle to the airport, saves me an expensive Uber ride.

Nice and friendly staff

Older hotel, some dishes where not very clean, and the pool was not available for use, which is important when we choose a hotel. Lights in the bed board would not turn on and phone would not work.

I loved the pool with the skylight, actually gorgeous especially at night.

The ac gave us constant problems in a hot room, horrible issues with some front staff, and the overpriced hotel doesn’t even have breakfast…

Got this hotel for my friend & his wife as a wedding gift so that they could attend gfest(Godzilla/Kaiju convention). They said they had an absolute blast, the staff, room & space were amazing & very relaxing.

The only 2 things they said were the bed was a bit too stiff (said it kinda felt like a rock) & the pricing for the restaurant was a bit high but not by a crazy amount.

Everything about the hotel and my room was terrific! Comfortable, clean, and every employee was polite, professional, and friendly. On my way out, Julyssa V explained the Grand Vacations Experience to me and I made a purchase from her. She did a wonderful job and I was absolutely shocked to hear that it was her first day! She was so knowledgeable! Overall, my stay was a pleasant rest during a stressful travel situation. It’s more expensive than I would usually pay, but at least I got a lot for the money.

The staff were kind and accommodating as much as they could be.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, with clothes and garbage on the table. There was no toilet tissue and 1 set of towels. The wheelchair accessible room does not have a mechanism that holds the door open while you roll in, so you need a second person to help you. There is no wheelchair ramp or slope in the main parking lot to allow you to wheel yourself up to the hotel. You need to wheel around into the car exit to get to the front door from it. The room has not fridge or microwave nor do the features on the T.V. remote control match what features are actually available on the TV. only basic cable. The room is expensive for 1 night and $40 parking per night to offer people so little.

The location to the city was perfect! 20-25 minutes with no traffic but longer with traffic. Either way it’s perfectly placed.

Paying extra for parking is ridiculous. $40 a day is way too expensive.

Primero, no se respeto la reserva de la habitación, cuando llegamos no habia disponible con dos camas y nos acomodaron donde quisieron. El desayuno buffet, al ser de pago adicional debería ser mejor, no habia jugo, agua, café solo el sirve el mesero.. en comparación a otros buffets 2/10. El personal del Lobby, muy desinteresado, tuvimos que hablar con el manager para que nos cambiaran a la habitación qué se habia reservado originalmente.

Visit this hotel for three days for business meetings. The staff and the venue was perfect. The highlight was Miss Joey in the lobby who isa Hilton Honors Advocate and they consider using Hilton more often. If I had one suggestion for the hotel, it’s to make the Parking easier and allow to use credit cards to get in and out of parking. Not everyone is good with their Cell Phone, which is the only way to pay for parking.

As a para, the ADA room and facilities in general very well thought out from elevator proximity to coffee pot at accessible height. However, the shuttle should be evaluated allowing for wheelchair access as currently no lift on bus - had to contract with 3rd party at significant expense (big miss).

Sami Mauria,Housekeeping made me feel special and took care of our room amenities.Sami was a great listener and offered good tips to enjoy my Gold status. Efrain made sure I felt safe and secure to and from the Mall, in a timely and comfortable fashion. Front desk CeeCee and Elmer got my cash change to be able to have tip money. Charlie was nice and easy going with no pressure of sales, and had me interested. A very convenient location for my husband’s work conference.

Everyone at this hotel is so friendly! Joey was very inviting and knowledgeable; she was a delight. The hotel is really nice and clean, and the convenience of having a coffee shop and restaurant inside the hotel is really great. If you need a place to stay overnight from your flight, or if you're visiting Chicago and want a nice hotel without downtown prices, this is a nice place to stay.

The room was in a good location for my boyfriend and I to get to the convention center across the street. The trip to and from the airport on our arrival and departure is a great location. For Anime Central we have been staying in the Hilton since 2022!

I have stayed many times at this hotel; it is old but serviceable. I landed at Ohare at 11.00 pm on May 10th. I called the Hotel to find out where/when to pick up the shuttle. The number provided on the hotel site did not work - the call kept getting dropped. I called another Hilton number (reservations) and the agent gave me the same number. I then called the Hilton 800 number and after 6 minutes of constant advertising got an agent whose accent was so heavy I could not understand her. I eventually got her to understand my problem - by now it was midnight. After another 20 minutes on hold I was connected to an unknown number - when I asked the person on the other line what number this is the individual hung up on me. I then re-started calling the 800 number again. After 10 minutes of non-stop advertising and no agent I was able to persuade the driver of a Hilton Garden Inn van to drop me near the hotel. I told the agent at the hotel desk that I was disgusted with this lack of service from Hilton - her response: we have been having some problems with our phone system. Indeed - and what are guests supposed to do in the meantime? Hilton: I have been a Hilton Diamond for about 25 years; your service has been slowly deteriorating. This is the last straw; I will seriously consider terminating my relationship with you when my card renews.

We had a great experience at our stay at the Hilton Hotel we met Ashur from HGV he was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ashur provided us with a great vacation package.

Old Hotel Either all the rooms have heat or all have AC. My room was quite warm but I could not cool it down. I did not sleep at all. For that I have been awarded free breakfast. Wow what a compensation for not being able to sleep at a hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again. If you like sleep comfort, STAY AWAY.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the restaurant food was tasty. The hotel is located close to the airport which was a plus. The hotel has restaurants within walking distance and within 2-5 miles from the hotel. Morton steakhouse is located next door. The hotel restaurant offers American food that was tasty. There's a cozy hotel bar located in the lobby as well with great drinks flowing. The rooms were clean with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries available which was a nice touch. Some rooms needed a little TLC with worn drapery but overall the rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel is close to entertainment venues within walking distance which is great for adult and family friendly activities. The view was great from my room and my stay was pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to those traveling for business, solo trips, or family vacation.

It was close to the convention

There was no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. The thermostat was broken and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was broken and no bathroom vent. The room was outdated and alot of ware and tare. The time of our stay on a busy weekend for an expo at the convention the hotel was doing renovations so they had the water turned off to our room which lasted most of our 3 day stay so could not use the sink, shower and toilet. The parking fee is $40 per day and a $50 security deposit per night. This was not worth the money for how poor the conditions were.

Staff was very pleasant, helpful and answered all questions with ease, better wifi than most places I've stayed.

Dead fly smashed on the window. Restaurant did not get my order correct for two different meals.

This is a very good business hotel located close to convention and restaurants. High activity in the lounges and entry areas and the shuttle runs on time to O’Hare Airport. Caution: avoid the timeshare stealth salesmen in the lobby adjacent to the front desk. They are “ concierge” or “greeters”…. They are there to route you into the timeshare system.

Room changed at site from king to two double beds. Hotel going through renovation. After flushing toilets water would “run” loudly for a good 10 minutes. Water pressure for shower was either “wash hands” or “erode your skin away”. Nearest microwave requires a trip to the lobby. No refrigerators in rooms. Parking was compensated due to needing to press button to leave every time. Even though it was supposed to be park and go by plate. Overall it was a 4/10 experience at best.

The staff was polite and attentive to my needs. They texted to check in on how to make tge stay more pleasant. I appreciate Bessina's quick responses and excellent service.

Every single member of the Hilton Family went above and beyond for my dad. They were so wonderful. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing they were.

Comfortable, aesthetic, nice staff. Love this place for stacations. Usually come here for dance events . Lovely event space. Ill try their restaurants next time I book a stay. Their Starbucks is yummy. Rooms are spacious, clean and invite rest. Best thing for me (maybe my "thing") is that water pressure in shower is spot on. Lol!

We booked this hotel because our flight was cancelled. This is very near the airport and they have a shuttle to and from airport. The room is spacious and bed is nice. The bathroom is also spacious with a bathtub. The receptionist are also nice. This hotel is quite expensive but I like the location. Aside from being enar the airport, it is walking distance to the outlet stores so good for those who like to shop. There are also restaurants in this area.
