There was no self-parking option within the hotel garage.

What didn’t i like about the hotel, the staff very helpful and friendly, the location a couple of blocks from broadway, bbq place next door, small swimming pool. Just a good hotel and staff

Actually, we really appreciated the birthday card that had hand written notes for my husband from the staff. We are sooo sick of AI and all the non-personal stuff, so that really stood out. Kind of sad to say but true.

The bed was extremely worn I. And very uncomfortable. The AC unit made lots of noise and was not very cold at all. We had to set it down to 60 for it to cool the room to 70! The only parking option was valet for 60!dollars a night on top of the ridiculous price for the stay in a 3 star hotel.

View was great. Location great. Early check in appreciated.

Straws and empty water bottles between night stand and bed. It took almost and hour and a half to find a luggage cart when checking out. Took over an hour to get car from valet. Mediocre buffet breakfast. Hot food was maybe warm at best.

Some of the breakfast staff were rude . The room was not cleaned very well. A loud dehumidifier was placed outside our door to dry wallpaper that had peeled off in the hallway. On the last day of our stay the check out staff took cash and charged my card and I ended up out of pocket and could not use my card for a week whilst the error was sorted. Hilton head office shrugged off the complaint directing it back to the hotel who, despite reminders from me, refused to resolve it, or recompense me for the exchange losses I suffered because they charged my card even though I told them several times I would settle in cash that I had left from arrival in a safe box behind the reception area because they would not allow me to pay before check out.

Great location, clean and loved the late check out at 12:00.

They need more signs to identify the building. It was very difficult to find with the sign at the very top of the building. Could not find it easy on ground level walking or driving around.

Great ballet Parking

This hotel is well-located in the downtown area. The hotel was in good shape, and I had an overall good stay. Why the three stars? Parking was crazy expensive (I know, downtown...), and it is very congested to even get to the drop off/check-in drive. And, during my stay, there were no housekeeping services provided for my two-night stay, and no notice given at check-in. I know that's in an increasing trend, but for the price being paid, I still have a hard time accepting that. Combined with the no notice at the desk, that's a "1-star deduction" from my review.

I must admit my expectations have been set by hundreds of other Hilton Garden Inn breakfasts. Here in Nashville it is high quality like all the HGIs. It is why I am a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton. Rasha was a very sweet and helpful server.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating (gluten-free options).

Overall a nice place to stay for a trip. Close enough to Broadway. The staff was friendly, though I do need to mention that the server for breakfast each morning came around with a printed QR code from TripAdvisor with her name written on it and asked us to mention her in a review. So here you go- I thought that was extremely tacky. Just my opinion.

Ordered breakfast from cooked to serve menu. Waffles were clearly not cooked to order. Syrup cold had to use that to soften the waffle so I could cut them.

Conveniently located

My room was right next to a Gym. It sounded like someone was throwing a bowling ball against my wall from 9pm to 530am.

The Hilton Garden inn downtown was a wonderful stop for my business trip to Nashville. The room was spacious and clean. I went to both the Hop Yard and the breakfast restaurant and both were greeted with very hospitable attendants. Tasha, from the breakfast restaurant was especially a pleasure to speak with. She greeted me immediately and was helpful when sharing the menu options. Ill definitely return to the Hilton Garden Inn and it's restaurants!

Rasha at the Garden Inn Restaurant was so beautifully kind. I stumbled in to find a place to eat and relax after a previously long day of travel woes and she genuinely made me feel at home.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Nashville. Room was nice; Serena at the front desk was friendly; close to broadway but not too close where you can hear the music. I took off a star because it’s about $66 a night for parking including taxes. Why can’t I just park my own car? Breakfast options are not that great for diamond members. Can’t use the food and beverage credit for their pantry area.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and its close enough to everything you can walk. There are restaurants in walking distance and there's the Hoppy Bird on the ground floor of the hotel that has amazing service and food!

Not necessarily a con (this location is great!) but just be aware there is valet service here thats not optional and it is $59/night. They were very nice and helpful, just an extra charge people should be aware of when comparing rates in the area.

The hotel was excellent. Clean, centrally located. The in house restaurants were great as well and our reservation included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was great, and all the staff made sure we had everything we needed to start our day.

Valet parking. I understand all places charge for parking but I would like to park myself. In addition to paying $65 per night for parking, the app states to tip your valet who never offered to help us with our bags.

The hotel was spotless and i loved the area. the pool area was also extravagant and i loved the scenery and the view from the pool. i had such an amazing time downtown. As well as during breakfast, the ladies were very friendly and so sweet, it made me feel as if i were at a second home. she always checked up on me and helped me out when i needed anything, they are all so respectful and kind. i will definitely miss them and hopefully they will be here when i come back!! The ladies were so nice, hopefully i can see Nagwa when i come back!!

Location was great. We walked everywhere, except to The Gulch. We were given an accessible room, so it was quite spacious. The breakfast was very good with many choices.

The chairs in the room were not cleaned prior to our arrival. They had long hairs on them. I cleaned them.
