Location and price. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The staff were friendly, nice breakfast, and the location was nice. It had everything we needed for the three night stay. The bed was comfortable as well.

Our room had a slight smell and the elevator was a little scary to ride in with a lot of people.

Banheiro com cortina, não acho higiênico . Nosso quarto era no terceiro andar e o ÚNICO elevador que tinha ficou parado (defeito) dois dias, inclusive, no dia da nossa saída tivemos que descer com as malas pela escada. Do ar refrigerado era barulhento.

This hotel is in desparate need of a renovation. I traveled with a group via Diamond Tours. We weren't made away of the accomodations until two days prior to departure. Pulling up, I was immediately disappointed. There was a stuffiness to the room, and a slight odor. I immediately sprayed air freshner. I honestly wasn't aware that Best Western was still in business. I would not recommend this location to anyone until upgrades are made. The breakfast area was small and closed off. It wasn't a welcoming area to eat. Our group had several issues, water not working, mold in some rooms, air conditioning not working. The bathroom made me happy that I travel with shower shoes. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay.

The AC in the wasn't cool enough

There was somewhere in tear in the room chips and the frame around the mirror. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Which is super important for my son. He’s a foodie.

He said there was somewhere in chair in the room. It is definitely an older hotel that we literally just needed a place to stay for one night while we’re traveling to our main destination.

I asked for hotel to call me as there were several issues with room. This room had two double beds one was fine the second had a busted box spring. The bed sank in the middle and made noises as it was busted. The bathroom light started flickering when I was showering by the time my girlfriend showered it went totaly black. Lastly the air conditioner was sqeeking all night or every time it turn on. I payed 157.00 a night this was no value. I also asked for the hotel manager to call me when he got in with no follow through. Very disappointed with Best Western chain.

We liked a lot the location and the beds were comfortable.

Me and my husband had a wedding in Naperville and the couple actually put in their website as recommendation to stay. We drove 8 hours from our the city we live to Naperville after work on Friday. We arrived very tired and the staff working that night wasn’t nice at all. We are used to stay in different hotels when we travel and is first time we aren’t treated well by the hotel’s staff.

The room was nice. The jacuzzi tub was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the bed springs under you. The panel around the tub was seemed like duck taped. The door for the room seemed liked it wasn't closing right.

Didn’t get room I reserved and put in filthy smoking room with my child. Felt highly disgusted and not accommodated by staff

During my first experience, I had previously communicated with the manager regarding a suitcase I had left at the hotel. When I returned to retrieve my belongings, Joy informed me that I would not be able to collect my property until the following morning. When I respectfully asked for clarification, she responded, “because you have to,” without providing a clear explanation. I ultimately had to contact the manager directly in order to retrieve my belongings. Unfortunately, I experienced another issue during a separate stay. After accidentally locking myself out of my room, I went to the lobby for assistance but found no one at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes. I then located Joy in the dining area, where she was eating and engaging in personal activity with her boyfriend in view of guests. I politely explained that I had locked myself out and requested a new room key. She responded that she would assist me in five minutes. I waited approximately 15 minutes while she continued her personal time before finally receiving assistance. I have consistently received excellent customer service from other staff members, which makes these experiences stand out even more. I believe this employee would benefit from additional training in professionalism, guest relations, and responsiveness. I share this feedback in hopes that it will help improve the overall guest experience moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Café da manhã era bom, apesar do salão ser pequeno para a quantidade de quartos. Achei o quarto bastante espaçoso. Boa disponibilidade de vagas para os carros.

Na hora do checkout, o processo não foi simples. A recepcionista não estava conseguindo localizar o cartão de crédito que tinha feito o depósito caução e demorou um pouco para resolverem essa questão no balcão. Tirando isso, a qualidade do quarto corresponde a proposta de valor do hotel.

breakfast was ok, room was all right, the bathroom light switch would turn on the fan too so that was loud and annoying, the housekeeping staff the first night never gave us clean towels so we have to go down and get some, the housekeeper the next two nights was great and did a great job!

Best Western Naperville Inn is a great choice for affordable accommodation. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. For the price, the value is excellent, and I would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.
