The carpet and bathroom were dirty hair all over, the room and hallways smelled like sewer. The Kleenex box looked like employees had used their hands to put the tissues in. The elevator had fingerprints all over the bed and pillows. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but they smelled. Super noisy you can hear the cars on the expressway

The sofa’s mattress could have been thicker so that I could not feel the metal bed frame.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I stay at this IHG one week every month for work. It’s a very clean and comfortable hotel with great rates. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are great. The staff is always courteous, helpful and professional. It’s just off of I88 at Naperville road which makes it very easy to drive anywhere in the area, and there are many restaurants within an short walk. Management has a happy hour on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings which I appreciate. I highly recommend this hotel.

But the room would benefit from a newer coat of paint The shower, tub and toilet were separate from the sink area. Which is always appreciated. But the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall. There is a refrigerator, microwave and prep area. Either bring your own or buy dishes to use.

That I was double charged. Was told the pending transaction of the second payment will go back on my card. We'll it didnt and now the management is saying they don't have nothing in there system stating that I paid twice but it show on my card transactions . Then we wanted to check out early and tried to tell us that there was a balance on 200 when I paid 478 for 2 nights. And wanted me to pay 200 on top of the 478. I wouldn't not recommend this place at all. They will screw you over on money !!!

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026The continental breakfast was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary snacks and drinks on Tuesday was nice touch. The manager who gave out the snacks and drinks was really pleasant. Overall, the atmosphere was beautiful.
The walls are very thin. I was there for a work on a 3 day seminar the was close by. I informed the front desk staff that I needed a quiet room. I could hear my neighbors conversations, toilet flushing, etc. My first night i woke up to my neighbors alarm clock going off at 0440. I had to call the front desk to get them to turn it off. it lasted 7 minutes. It took a while to fall back to sleep. Only to wake up again at 0530 to their phone alarm.that went on for 10 minutes. I was very unhappy, however the continental breakfast quickly made me forgive. Night 2 wasnt so bad. The bathroom needs some cosmetic work. I was shocked to find my room not cleaned when I was out of my room from 0815 to 1740.

Within walking distance are several restaurants to choose from. The breakfast area is quite big and they have an outdoor patio area. Overall, good stay, and I’ll definitely work to come back next time i’m in the area.
