Clean, beautiful. Quiet… could not hear anything from either room beside ours!

The curtain did not close all the way in the room, so it let the sun in. Other than that nothing was wrong!

Proximity to downtown. Walk to places of interest. Pillows at the hotel. Hotel parking. Ice machine on each floor.

Need to update bathrooms and carpet in rooms. No microwaves in the rooms. Need more packets of different kinds of sugar for coffee pot.

The breakfasts and the staff were amazing. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.

There were not enough handicap parking spaces. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. When you are short and a senior with limited reach the push bottle soaps in shower were difficult to use.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Naperville, just a few steps from the Riverwalk and many restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean and the lobby was stylish, bright, and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Coffee is available in the lobby quite early in the morning and we really appreciated this. Free parking is available in an attached garage, which was especially convenient during the rainy, stormy weather we experienced during our stay.

The location was the best!!

Very hard to get early check in. Room was small, cleaned so quickly that they were outside of the room. Sheets kept coming off the bed like they didn’t fit properly. TV glitched and froze all night when watching the World Cup! Lighting in bathroom horrible for getting ready! Could hear baby crying in middle of the night.

The property at Indigo Hotel is so clean and peaceful. I only had an overnight reservation but it was so beautiful. The Riverwalk,environment and staff won me over! The Ambiance is just so beautiful and relaxing!! I have found a new weekend getaway.

Beds were really comfortable, the shower had great flow and temperature, and downtown naperville is beautiful and full of great shops and restaurants.

the room had dust and hair in the drawers and under the sofa bed. We stayed a week, so this mattered as we had to put our clothing and personals away. One day we came home at 9:30 at night, and our room was 87 degrees - someone had been in our room and turned the heat on. When we went to the front desk to tell them what had happened a young woman (I think "Lauren") was over the top rude to my wife and I. She was on her phone showing the maintenance guy pictures. We came up, and my wife began to explain what was happening and she cut my wife off and said something like "get to the point, what do you want?" it ended with her telling us she had already comped the night, and there was nothing else she could do. We didn't ask her to comp the night. We were concerned that someone had been in our room, doing things they ought not to have. I talked to the manager, and he was very nice. He said Lauren must have been having a bad day. He asked if there was anything else he could do, and I said it would be nice to get an apology. Lauren was the person who checked us out. no apology. No acknowledgment of any kind. No "thank you for staying with us.". finally, the housekeeping on the weekend was great, but during the week it was bad. They didn't "make" the beds, just kind of smoothed out the covers. The hotel has 'dynamic" pricing which I didn't know about, so some nights were under 300, and one was over 400 They also charge a $25 a night resort fee, which is absurd because there is not a pool or gym, and breakfast is not included (and expensive). It is gratuitous. Over all, if you just want a fun night, I would recommend this hotel. But for long-term stays, don't expect to be treated well.

It was a very pretty location with restaurants in walkable distance. The decor of the hotel was pretty. The in room fridge was helpful.

The sheets did not fit the beds. In spite of the higher rate of surrounding hotels, the construction was not bettter. The walls in the room and outside were thin. I do not like to hear what is going on in the bathroom, or the hallways.

It’s in a great location easy to get to everything.

We’ve stayed before and loved it! Our first time staying was looking over the river. The room was quiet at night. We went again and brought our son. This time we got a suite again, but it happened to be overlooking the street. There was so much noise from the street. We traveled with a sound machine which helped drown out some of the noise. However you could still hear some cars. If you have trouble sleeping book overseeing the river.

This is a wonderful hotel located right in the heart of Naperville with easy access to shops and restaurants including the River Walk. Our pets were welcomed with cookies, and we will definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Nice hotel but didn’t eat there.

Staff at check in. No greeting, no smile, no welcome. They allow pets but not pet friendly. No treats, no water bowl. Couldn’t leave the dog in at room at all? People travel with pets for a reason and would like grab dinner or coffee.

Thumping noise in our ceiling which was reported and undiagnosed therefore unfixable. I was offered a change of rooms but no suites were available. Love the hotel. 4 th time I’ve stayed there. I was assured that an adjustment would be made on my bill.

Great hotel in the heart of it all... shops, dining, river walk.

Lauren was great. Best part, give her a raise, give her a bonus! Overall, fine. Nice place, close to all in the town. Their people make the stay nice! Maid team nice, efficient and thorough. Bed linens are too small. Seem like queen on a king. Older too, pulls and seams coming apart.

The walkable distance to Sullivan’s Steakhouse from Hotel Indigo was great! We had an excellent River view room to watch the downtown activity.

The hotel was excellent for the most part. There are 3 things that would put it over the top: 1. Microwave in every room or at least on each floor. 2. Softer mattresses 3. Overhead lighting.

Everything was great with one exception: for a boutique hotel in a town like Naperville, I would expect nicer bath towels. The ones there were on par with a Motel 6.

I didnt like all the charges for the river walk 25 dollars just to walk in it yet the public didnt pay 25 dollars to walk on it And then all the taxes for the river walk If i would of know i had to pay for the riverwalk to i would found a different hotel To top it all off breakfasts was not included And for 329 a night it was not that fancy i will not do that again The fees were ridiculously cheaper hotels offer free breakfast

Location was perfect.

The room smelled of mold/musty. Bathroom floor was wet and dirty when we arrived. Air conditioning leaked. We expected more from an IHG hotel.

This was a great location and the hotel was perfect for what I needed. I usually like to stay in small boutique hotels but this felt more like it. The area and what is available for food and entertainment was great

The hotel is clean and modern. The room was nicely decorated, and the balcony was a nice touch. The location is perfect, walkable to all downtown Naperville restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that I thought $300+ per night was a bit overpriced.
