It was clean and the room itself was nice.

Although the room was advertised as 100% smoke-free, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke every time we walked back into the room.

The amenities were not well stocked, and it did not seem like the room was cleaned regularly.

Location and was the cheapest at a peak time. This does not mean it was cheap!

Its a motel. I guess I wasn't ready for this kind of accommodation. I was sleeping by the front door which was basically next to the main road.

I never made it to the property and unfortunately, even though i paid for refund, i never got a refund. i need that 200 dollars back.

the man at the lobby desk was rude and unhelpful, and led me in the wrong direction. he said he would not be able to issue a refund, but the people on booking.com said the hotel had to issue the refund.

I would give 0 star if I could. We booked it through booking and got confirmation. But they had no room for us when we tried to check in. Never happened before in all the years of using booking. Sketchy place with poor management. How does it get 4.2 rating in TripAdvisor at the moment of writing this review is a huge question mark for me.

I would not recommend staying here: 1-the second level is literally collapsing/falling off and they are still booking customers in those rooms. 2-They leave only one employee on site from 5pm to 7am. If you have a problem in your room they cannot attend it as they are not permitted to depart the front desk. 3-The bathroom toilet could not be used, it was overflowing. 3-There is no onsite maintenance over the same hours. 4-The sink is shallow and backs up rinsing hands or brushing teeth. 5-Stayers openly collaborate and smoke outside the doors causing their smoke to filter through the wall unit air conditioner into your room. I was traveling with an asthmatic allergic to smoke, and booked a smoke free room. 6-Management (Erika) is not interested in resolving on site issues to improve your stay. She is not skilled in customer service and has no desire in feedback, her employee safety and well being, or the safety and wellbeing of the customers. She is verbally aggressive, interested in attacking you in the company of other customers, she is loud, and interrupts as you simply try to express concerns and discuss resolution. This establishment is a city code violation. I have stayed at many Red Roof properties, this is clearly a poor representation of the chain.

I only got back $35 of my $50 deposit. I left the room in excellent condition

Convenient location for work and all to see down Naperville. Staff were courteous from the front desk to housekeeping.

I wish the standard king rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. Only upgraded rooms do so I brought my cooler. One ice machine and microwave exists for any guest to use. Which is okay.

The was guess smoking every day just out side the room and not just cigarettes, but other substances to. The was so lout outside in the hallway, the also have a fight. The microwave didn’t work and I ask for one, they said they don’t have any other available, so we started with out for six days until the last day, they give us one. They have something on the bed that make us itch. No good if you if you travel with kids.

Reasonable price and convenient location.

Front desk staff and housekeeping is very nice. Prime location in Naperville and close to the highway and lots of shopping. Very comfortable beds and nice room design.

If you use booking.com your reservation might not be received properly. There was lots of miscommunication which was frustrating at first.

Can't wait until the management changes...reviews are worst from when I left,many responses will inform managment three years and nothing corrected what's the point of informing them I stop going due to them always trying to steal from my deposits always taking two three trips to get my money back, will not return until new professional management is changed over,so many complaints with them in the last few years and nothing has changed.

I have a job that requires me to travel. I was going to a destination and needed a place to rest and get a shower to continue my travels. I made the reservation got to the property at 5 AM which reminds you check out is at 11 AM so that have been seven or six hours that I would occupy the room. The man at the desk tells me that they don’t have a room for mebecause I waited till 5 AM to check in while I wasn’t gonna arrive there until 5 AM so what else was I supposed to do? I already informed them that it’s gonna be 5 AM when I made the booking on the notes but he goes on to tell me that if I come back with cash, she will have me a room. What the crap is that they were rude. The outside the place was nasty so I’m glad I went somewhere else. They don’t have a drink machine. There was glass bottles broken all in the parking lot so I guess I’m fortunate that he turned me away, but I couldn’t get a refund on my room to get my money back because he denied my refund through the third-party company I used to book the room and what kind of crap is that I never even stayed in a room there at 5 o’clock that morning you knew I weren’t gonna I wasn’t gonna stay in a room there come 3 PM check-in why did he deny my requested? I have my money to return to me. Be careful if you stay there. These people are money hungry they’re greedy and our place is pretty nasty.

The front desk staff was fantastic. I cannot remember her name, but she was a tall, beautiful African-American woman just the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

There was police activity at the motel all weekend, there was urine on the toilet seat and the front door was broken (had previously been kicked in and wasn't fixed).

Floors were dirty and I felt a lot of debris under my feet, when walking across the floor, the keypad didn't work on the safe and the bed light didn't work, it doesn't seem like my room was well maintained.

The room was not cleaned during my stay there and there were even cockroaches.

The gentleman at the front desk was so nice! He had such good hospitality & gave us good recommendations about things to do while down here because we are not from Illinois. We had been on the road for a long time and they don't have a public bathroom. He was kind enough to let my sons go behind the counter to use the employee bathroom. He was honestly the only good part of the experience there.

This place is a dump. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like active mold. I go to turn on the heat & sure enough there is active mold in the vent. There was mold at the baseboards in the bathroom & on the ceiling. They didn't even give us enough towels. You could tell that the floors had not been mopped bc they were dirty. I would never come to this place again.

I WAS THERE 2 days ago because I’m trying to escape from my abusive husband and my husband tracking my phone so he went to the hotel and the giving my room number, THEDON’T RESPECT THE PRIVACY AND CONFIDENCE OF CUSTOMER,THANKS GOD THE NEIGHBOR ROOM CSLL THE POICE WHEN HE AND HIS FRIENDS TRYING TO TO OPEN MY ROOM , HE IS ARRESTED BY POLICE IN THE HOTEL.AFTER THE INCIDENT THAT HAPPENS BECAUSE THEY GIVING TO HIM MY ROOM NUMBER , THEY KICK ME OUT TO FROM MY ROOM.
