Courtyard by Marriott across Universal Orlando

Clean and convenient

It wasn't longer

Our family loves this hotel. Every time we come to Orlando we stay in this hotel!.

The room and amenities, great staff !

Excelente servicio

Great rooms nice and big clean

The parking situation dealing with third party parking got charged after I paid the hotel for parking

The location was good

There were ants all over the room we stayed in. My partner woke up with a couple bites on him before realizing there were ants all over the table between the beds.

The location and the front desk staff were amazing.

The laundry room was out of order the whole length of our stay. We had only 2 clean washcloths in 4 days of our stay, no bath towels. I wasn't aware that the parking wasn't included.

How close it was to universal studios.

That I had to pay $30 something for parking my car in the parking lot to the hotel, which i had already paid to stay in. Even after paying the parking fee i still had issues leaving the parking lot as it asked me to pay again! I called concierge three times for them to finally let me out of the parking lot. Making me late to my appointment! Lastly, breakfast was shorter than the hours posted ànd when my son went to grab food, they had already cleaned up. Then the bed had a stain on the sheets.

Qualité et dimensions des chambres.

The cleanliness and it smelled sooo good!

Nothing

Ubicación a los parques. Excelente servicio y habitaciones espaciosas y muy confortables. Desayuno variado y completo.

The service was great. They did a good job keeping our room cleaned. Also the facilities was always well maintained.

The prices. Super high. Didnt like the fact that we were hit with a surprise parking fee of $180??? Parking should've been free for a $1300 stay. Also the breakfast was very limited for One thousand, three hundred dollars!!! Other than that, the services, and everything else was awesome.

Across the street from universal Studios restaurant attach to some stores walking distance around it in the outdoor pool is beautiful at night.

Park to pay,

Great value with great access to universal

Aircon in room could have been better

location

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family of five and reserved a suite that was advertised as having two queen beds. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the beds were significantly smaller than expected and were more comparable in size to twin beds. As a result, it was not possible for two people to sleep comfortably in each bed, which created a very difficult situation for our family. We explained the issue to the front desk and requested an additional rollaway bed or another solution that would allow our family to sleep comfortably. Despite explaining the situation, we were informed that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. This was very disappointing, as the room did not match the expectations created by the description at the time of booking, and no reasonable accommodation was offered. We specifically chose this suite based on the advertised sleeping arrangements for our family, and unfortunately, our stay was negatively impacted because of this.

Location

Not all staff was welcoming

The bed was uncomfortable. The sofa bed did not have any sheets. When called to front desk we were told we had to go down and get some if we wanted them.

Staff was amazing, bartender was definitely on point and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Pay for parking. And they want to charge you for each day. so tired of this pay for parking scam. $30 a day so a week stay could be over $210 just for parking. And room had Mini - mini fridge. Not a even close to even a decent size refrigerator

Yeri iyi

Kahvaltı berbat

The separate bedrooms from the living area. Spacious and it was perfect for my mom and sister and my family while still feeling like we were in the same room

Having to pay to park kind of stinks but other than that no complaints.

Location

My room smelled and so did the whole section of room 117. Once you walk into the other side of the hotel it did not smell though. The bathroom is not well kept. When I went to open the bathroom door it seems to had been painted shut.

Location, beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Most of the employees were very nice and pleasant.

We had two different mechanical issues with our room. One was a plumbing issue that was occurring when we first got our room and made the toilet unusable for a time after we got there, and the other issue was a few days later with the refrigerator and ended up causing us to miss the shuttle to the theme park that morning. Things were fixed after I called about them, the maintenance men were very nice and did a great job, but there was an attempt from the front desk person to be dismissive and blame us for for "filling the fridge too full (it was not overfull) which would cause it to not get cold enough; but they could replace it if we wanted". (After the maintenance man told us that "we needed a new freezer, and he would be back with one") Waiting on that to get fixed (because my daughter has a medication that has to stay refrigerated, caused us to miss the hotel shuttle to the theme park, because we couldn't leave before we had refrigeration for the medication- so we had to drive and pay extra for parking. There was no breakfast included, and we had to pay $30 a day just to park there at the hotel. The prices for a can of pop or bottle of water were extremely expensive.

Pool was decent, hot shower, clean room. Gym was okay.

Drinks and snacks are wildly expensive there.

Nice

Modern, comfortable, and clean hotel.

This hotel is like a low-cost airline: they charge extra for parking and breakfast. The information regarding breakfast is misleading—it says "included," but I was traveling with a group of seven, and the reservation only covers two breakfasts. That’s the downside: you either have to go out and find breakfast elsewhere, or wait a long time for it to be prepared.

Very close to universal studios, clean and big rooms

Nothing

Dolphy was so nice very sweet and took care of us while my family was there

Dolphhy was amazing absolutely a great guy. Sent me up to the room without me knowing, a platter of cheese and.crackers and fruit up for my fathers passing. Also the front desk was great and amenable to suggestions. Rooms were clean and very nice

It was comfortable and nice house keepers

The front service lady was very arrogant and rushed my check-in beside that everything was great, but first impressions should be your best!

They were very clean and comfortable and very roomy!

Breakfast not provided.

Close to Universal Studios

The bistro was one of the worst service I’ve ever had. Took more than an hour for the order to get served.

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful, clean and good location close to I-4.

I believe charging $30 for parking is absolutely ridiculous. If the hotel would have been in a different area further from the Orlando attractions they would have not charge any. This is the first time I had to pay for parking in a hotel in Orlando.

Lobby Bar and Bar tender

The staff was very nice and the facilities had a lot to offer.

I didn’t like that when we checked in, there was a black mold ring around the toilet but the staff was able to come and clean it out. We really don’t like that we do not know there was a charge of $33 a day to park there.

Super spacious rooms. Nice and clean.

The TV has OLED burn in.

It was clean upon arrival and smelled super clean. Staff was very helpful

No complaints

Was close to universal - great location.

To much money for parking.

everything went very well. front desk very friendly. room very nice and clean.

all was well,

Everything is good

Really expensive and you didn't even get a breakfast. The breakfast was super expensive. We were also put into a room with a known leak so we were woken up at 12 am soaking up water - security and front desk didn't even care - they just switched our room 45 mins later after reporting it all and me having to use towels to soak up the water myself.

The room was very clean , and the barman was very friendly

They didn’t put any water in the room. I asked an employee to bring me some water. She said she would, but she never came back. The water was to take my medicine. There should always be water in a hotel room. We never know what can happen in the middle of the night.

Comfortable bed

Have Complimentary breakfast and stop charging to park.

It was close to Universal.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel is under construction. Dust and dirt everywhere. Bathrooms are extremely small with zero counter space. No nooks to hang towels of bathroom items.

I liked it everything it was an amazing stay.

The staff are enthusiastic and willing to serve. It is very close to Universal Studios and there is a shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

The bathroom was old-fashioned, with black dirt in the corners and the floor looked a bit dirty, even though it was cleaned. The bathtub drain in my room was broken.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Amazing room. Comfortable bedding.

No access to snacks and drinks. We tried every floor and machines were unplugged or cash only.

It is very close to the parks.

Renovation in the lobby. Breakfast was in the adjacent TGIF building and it was quite expensive all you can eat breakfast but the selection was very very limited. Shower needs renovation. Rooms are quite dated and it screams 90s.

Location to Universal. Friendly staff. Bed comfy

Hotel middle of renovations- construction zone some areas. Fire alarm went off moment got to room. Bathrooms need updating have black mold areas. Pull out couch dated. Parking fees ridiculous

Upgrade the hotel

Friendly staff. Great pool. Location.

Construction. Haven't gotten deposit back.

The staff and location was the only good thing about this place.

Paid parking..... I feel like if we are renting a room we shouldnt have to pay for parking! The plumbing in the shower were all falling off the walls so we had to be extra cautious when using it. The carpet is so bad in the hallways that we are unable to roll our suitcases due to it being rolled up and needing replaced. The elevators made horrible noises and made us feel unsafe but due to us being on the 8th floors with tons of luggage from our cruise the stairs were not an option. It does look like they have recently did some work in the room we were in but it was not quality work. I plugged my straightner in and thought the outlet was going to go through the wall due bad sheetrock repair. We checked in long enough to take showers and checked out. Its just not something that you expect to see and have that close to Universal at a Holiday Inn.... I can expect this out of a Super 8 or a Motel 6 but Holiday Inn has always held a HIGH standard to me.
