It is close to the outlet mall and Universale, but you still need a vehicle.

There is a shuttle service to Universal, but sign-ups are only allowed between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM; since we were out of the hotel during those hours, we couldn't use it.

Está bastante cerca del parque Universal. A pesar de que el shuttle en el que debíamos regresar a eso de las 5pm al hotel estuvo lleno y no pudimos utilizarlo, la caminata hasta el hotel estuvo bastante bien.

Otel universal studyolarına yakın. Universal studyolarına ücretsiz servis var ancak erkenden rezervasyon yapmanız gerekiyor. Çamaşırhane var, kullandık, memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı yeterli ancak 2-3 günden sonra aynı kahvaltı sıkıcı oluyor.

Çocuklarımız ilk günlerde ranzalı odada kaldılar. Ranzadan memnun kalmadık. Üçüncü gün odayı değiştirdiler. Yeni odada 2 adet queen yatak vardı, daha geniş, ferah ve Universal studyoları manzaralı bir oda idi. Çocuklar bu odada çok rahat ettiler. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ama her gün aynı kahvaltı verilmemeli, çeşit artırılabilir.

Exellent staff

I don’t like they allowed pet in the facility the dogs barking a lot next to my room. They should not oét in the dogs or any pets in the facility for this price over $200 a night, because I feel like I stayed in Motel 6 or any cheaper motel.

There was mold in the room. Very cheap for the prices. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Blankets were very thin. That we had to pay to park at the hotel even though we were guest at the hotel. The breakfast was cheap.

Llegamos al hotel después de aproximadamente 4 horas de viaje. El check-in estaba establecido para las 3:00 p. m., pero llegamos poco después de las 5:00 p. m. y nos informaron en recepción que nuestra habitación todavía no estaba lista. El empleado nos pidió nuestro número de teléfono y nos dijo que nos llamarían cuando estuviera disponible. Sin embargo, nunca recibimos ninguna llamada para avisarnos que la habitación ya estaba lista. Esa fue la única situación negativa que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia, pero después de un viaje tan largo y llegando más de dos horas después de la hora oficial de check-in, esperábamos que la habitación estuviera preparada o, al menos, que cumplieran con avisarnos como nos habían indicado.

We were awakened at 8:00 a.m. by loud banging on the ceiling, and the hotel did not notify us beforehand that work would be taking place. We were also told we would receive a credit for parking, but we were still charged for it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better.

The staff was excellent! The hotel is located close to all the major attractions and the free shuttle to and from the Universal studio parks was awesome for saving money.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h. La personne qui nous a reçu pour le Check in pas aimable, pas un sourire…. Rien. Je savais que le parking était payant, il faut utiliser le flash code…. Qui ne fonctionne pas, je lui demande de l’aide, après avoir insisté lourdement il me débite ma carte bancaire. Pas un merci de sa part rien… pas du tout à la hauteur de mes habitudes aux USA depuis 30 ans.

El cuarto es muy acogedor y limpio,, los desayunos y la comida del H bar muy buena. La ubicación del hotel es excelente y me encantó que tenía el shuttle para los parques de Universal. También me encantó que tuviera un laundry.

Room cleaning policy was ridiculous with a family staying there for 5 days. Then they wouldn't even show up until 4pm or later when we are back in the room. So they couldn't come in. Our room ended up being disgusting. The room cleaning every 4 days when you stay 5 is horrendous. TV and guide situation was a abysmal. Guide didn't work so you had no idea what was on. Breakfast was horrible. Always out of everything every day. Not very good either.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Orlando and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. We've stayed at plenty of hotels that include breakfast, and this one was truly top-notch. There was a great selection, everything was fresh and well stocked, and it was a perfect way to start the day before heading out to the parks. We also really appreciated that the hotel arranged shuttle service to Universal Orlando. That was a very convenient perk and made getting to and from the parks much easier without having to worry about driving and parking. The location worked extremely well for a Universal vacation, and after a long day at the parks, it was nice coming back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. Between the accommodations, excellent breakfast, convenient transportation, and overall value, Hyatt House exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando/Universal area. We will definitely keep Hyatt House at the top of our list for our next trip to Orlando.

Just got back from a 1 night stay at this hotel after staying at one of the Universal ones for a few days. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to people, the staff (in particular Bryan who helped us with finding some of the missing quarters we were collecting) were super helpful, the location is great for a short walk into City Walk as well as to the nearby shopping outlets too. The pool was also a big hit with my kids after a hot day. Oh and the room had plenty of space for the 5 of us with a lovely view too! I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a good place to stay near Universal Studios.

Received late check-in. Hardly any urgency in making sure it was ready in time prior to sitting in lobby for hour and a half. Front desk and bartender seemed more interested in hanging out than constantly holding a professional manner. Room was clean but air filter was extremely dirty which is a huge red flag for me. TV guide also didn't work so I had to search channel by channel. Atmosphere was good, No issues with any noise levels, Location also great for going to Universal.

Our room was very spacious with 2 beds and space for our baby’s crib, we had a living room with a huge sofa bed and enough space for a little cot bed for our toddler, nice little kitchen to cook quick meals and a nice full size fridge. Since we were prepared for the baby and toddler sleeping situation we ended up having an extra bed because the other kids decided to sleep in the living room. (Family of 6)

The parking is not included, so, you end up paying parking at the hotel and parking at the parks you decide to go every day.

The staff were nice, they ensured i had a room that met my requests. The view was great and the room was spacious and had an accessible shower and a kitchen.

There was a maintenance issue at the check in. the toilet and the sink were clogged and it was actually disgusting. It ruined my first night cuz i had to wait for it be fixed and i was very tired. The staff were great they fixed it as soon as possible and the maintenance guy changed the toilet bump. So im really thankful, but since it was my first night and i was very tired since i came all the way from nyc, i didnt enjoy the first night much, it was a was a tiring experience. The remaining nights, i settled and it was all good. The refund still hasnt been returned unfortunately although my bank card is working fine. i used the same card in washington and nyc hotels and i received the refund right after check out. I hope this issue can be settled. Thank you,

Las camas muy mala calidad te acuestas y se hunden al medio no había forma de estar cómodo

Hele goede ligging t.o.v. twee van de Universal parken. En ook de shuttlebus is ideaal. Prima ontbijt en fijne ruime kamers.

El hotel es lindo y la cercanía con Universal y el outlet es excepcional.

La regadera de la ducha no tiene presión y tarda en calentar.

Okay for a night but wouldn't want to stay long and certainly not for a full resort stay. It is not as close to Universal as billed with a long challenging walk and not much of a shuttle service. Room was comfortable but was not ready at check-in. Breakfast wasn't good at all despite previous reviews.

The breakfast was HORRIBLE!! Bad quality products and food was ridiculous for the punt of money we paid. The hotel was booked full every single day which means everyone paid just about the same amount and if you guys made all that profit and still served us horrible, cheap, food that was not up to par!

The elevators took long but it was understandable with all the people staying there.

Overall this hotel was beautiful and met our expectations. They post signs that parking is $25 per night and there is a qr code to sign up. breakfast was a great spread. We didn't make it to the pool or bar before close so we cant speak on that. The front desk staff were sweet. The room was clean. We did book a room with a kitchen and the fridge was a mini fridge so that was disappointing since we brought food with us for this stay. We walked to Universal the first day and it took about 15 minutes however, we drove the second day because the first day we walked back to the hotel in a thunder storm. Plan for weather!

Requested for 2 adjacent speciality king suites with bunk beds and walk in shower. We were given one king bed with accessible washroom on 9th floor and other accessible king bed on 2nd floor. Parking lot id 80% empty and they said they were completely booked on a working day and didnt care to allocate proper rooms and no refund is given. Extremely worst experience and we never had this worst experience. Unless booking or hyatt refund our amount back this will be last time to use booking and hyatt. WORST EXPERIENCE! WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXPERIENCE BY BOTH HYATT AND BOOKING. I TRIED TO CALL BOOKING AND THE WAIT TIME IS 30 MINS AND NO OPTION FOR A CALLBACK, HMM. IF NOT REFUNED. NO MORE CONSIDERING BOOKING AND HYATT.

Breakfast was great. The room was nice and clean. The laundry room facility was satisfactory. The distance from the hotel to Universal Studios and Seaworld was within minutes. If we ever come back to Universal Studios or Seaworld, we're definitely staying at this hotel.

I wasn't aware of the parking fees. I honestly thought it was included with the hotel price i paid.

The shuttle to the parks was great but could have done with been more frequent especially during the rainier seasons A direct bus to Epic and volcano Bay would be a great addition- even if only 1 or 2 per day

Hotel czysty , ładne pokoje. Obsługa pomocna. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i bus przewożący do Universal Studios 4 razy dziennie. Transport z powrotem. Obsługa parku w hotelu od 7 rano.

Bar i basen do 22. Byłem świadkiem jak ochrona wyganiała dzieci z basenu a to hotel głównie dla rodzin z dziećmi, które przyjechały do parku. Śniadania niejadalne, np. jajecznica z proszku. To już przesada. Byliśmy dwa dni. Nie było room service.

We booked a room with a kitchenette. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is great. The proximity to everything is wonderful. Would stay here again.

Loved the room setup. The pool was great, even had community toys (a little too warm). The Bathroom was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Would have been nice to know the available kitchen items to prepare and bring items to cook to save money on restaurants.
