The location was fantastic with it being so close to universal and the staff was super friendly

You have to pay like $35 EVERY DAY for parking which is insane. There is NOT complementary breakfast and the breakfast prices are absurd.

Location was great being just a 20 min walk to the attractions entrance. Convenient with bridge over the freeway was just outside the parking lot. There was a delicious hot pot restaurant just a 5min walk from the hotel entrance.

Front desk staff didn't have alot of information about taxi services. No shuttle to Disney theme parks.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff kept all the little extras topped up like bottled water, clean towels and cups. Beds were the most comfortable i have ever slept in, breakfast was superb and staff were very attentive and friendly

Great location across the street from Universal Studios and close to great places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Beautiful fountain and lots of seating in the courtyard. It was a nice place to stay.

I thought breakfast was included but it was at an extra price and you have to pay extra for parking. Still a nice place to stay.

E' abbastanza vicino all'entrata degli Universal studio e Citywalk. La colazione era abbastanza varia e il personale della colazione era gentilissimo. La stanza era enorme.

Non è così vicino come dice la gente. Si può andare a piedi ma la notte il percorso è molto buio per cui prendevamo un uber. Per andare negli altri parchi come per esempio l'epic Universal c'è una navetta che parte ogni ora la mattina, credo 3 o 4 volte e dalla 5,30 il pomeriggio per il ritorno. Non mi posso lamentare della colazione ma i tavoli erano senza tovaglie, il che è normale qui, ma almeno un sotto bicchiere sotto la tazza che trovavamo rovesciata a contatto del tavolo avrebbero potuto metterlo. Non era sporchissimo ma dava l'impressione di un igiene non perfetta che, almeno dove si mangia, è essenziale. La stanza era enorme ma datata. Il bagno pure. Seppur la stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni e gli asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente, il pavimento del bagno non ha mai visto un aspirapolvere. Lo trovavamo come lo lasciavamo.

El primer día el agua de la ducha se filtró pero súper luego supe poner la cortina para que no se filtrara más , el último día me dejaron la puerta de la habitación abierta gracias a Dios no se perdió nada.

I only had the room made up and cleaned 2x during our 5 night stay. They didn’t come in till 5 when we were back to relax and shower. I had to request the housekeeping to come in and give us clean towels and toilet paper. Otherwise great stay

It’s my second year staying here - it’s convenient to universal for Halloween horror nights, the rates are super affordable, the staff is friendly and the room/bed is comfortable, can’t ask for much more from a hotel at this price point. Will stay here again next year for HHN.

I didn’t like the $30 parking fee, for me it is a bit too much.

La habitación es amplia y la limpian todos los día, las camas son cómodas. Es tranquilo y se puede descansar bien. Nosotros hicimos parques y fue muy fácil la utilización de los micros

No me avisaron que el desayuno no estaba incluido. De todos los días que estuvimos fuimos 1 a desayunar, mi hijo no desayuno y me cobraron $50 dólares por el desayuno de los 2.

The elevators were in rough shape, as well the rooms AC was not working well.

The hotel is great, new, and with very good quality-price. They also offer a shuttle to the parks.

We had an issue with the payment due to a mistake from the reception, and they kept charging us money for the entire duration of the trip, which is something you do not expect from Hilton. They didnt even offer free breakfast for this incident (which was caused by us paying the breakfast). 5 days have passed and still the charges are not reverted and they offered no solution or compensation for the worry and time lost in this. Somethinh you truly do not expect from Hilton.

Great position for universal and airport. Easy to get to places particularly with a car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the area and beyond. Enjoyable stay on all fronts.

I recommended this hotel to many friends. They have very good breakfast, restaurant and cafe. Room very clean, soap and shampoo smell amazing, they also prepare plenty of towels. Very easy to go to Universal since it’s just across the street! You can walk there just about 20mins or take the shuttle bus for free (need reservation). If you want to go to Disney, you can easily take Uber for about $25 And next to the hotel, there are many restaurants. Very convenient.

Our room was close to the ice machine so it’s a bit noisy when people go there to get ice, but not too bad

Clean bathrooms

I made this booking for my mum who had just travelled 16hrs for a 2-day conference. The front-desk staff called Katrina was so rude at check-in. She stated that the entire systems of the global Hilton group were down and therefore could not check her in. She demanded for some payment and when told the booking was already paid for she just argued back. Even after she showed her the confirmation ID she still refused to attend to her. A gentle soul called Michael from the office was very helpful and he stepped-in to assist. The manager also was very apologetic about the experience given.

The convenience and variety of the food court, pool area and beauty of the fountain area.

dirty and not well maintained, very old building and facilities not as shown in the pictures. we have stayed in other double tree hotels across the world but this one was a complete disappointment. During and following our stay some pimples appeared in our skin and we have experienced skin rash.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de los parques de Universal. Puedes ir caminado, se llega en aproximadamente 15 minutos. Aunque también hay servicio gratuito de traslado a los parques. También cerca de los Premium Outlets. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes y la habitación siempre estuvo muy limpia. Considero que incluir el desayuno es una excelente opción, ya que la calidad y variedad fueron muy buenas. El personal fue muy amable. ¡Muy recomendado!

The property was OK

The lighting in the room is horrible. There was no microwave in the rooms and you had to go all the way down all the way down to the game. Unacceptable.

Un stand de renseignements disponible pour des informations sur les parcs, billets et réservation des navettes. Plusieurs restaurants sont présents dans l'hôtels et aux alentours.

Le temps d'attente aux ascenseurs quand il y a l'affluence ou des colloques. Pas de navette retour si l'on reste pour le spectacle de 21h.

Me gusto mucho el alojamiento, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Ubicación muy cerca del parque de estudios y hay un bus que te lleva a la entrada ! La piscina muy grande y hasta las 23h te puedes bañar ! Y tiene una sala con lavadoras y secadoras para poder hacer la colada ! No se puede pedir mas !

Room with 2 queen beds was big enough. Hotel is located 20 mins walking from Universal studios but you need a taxi to go to Epic Park. Hotel has shuttle in the morning and evenings to and back from parks. Universal studio representative is present every day in the lobby to answer any question. Breakfast is decent and service is excellent.

The hotel shuttle to and back from Universal studio/ Epic Parks is only every hour even though the park is 10 mins by bus. I didn't find the time very convenient. Everything else in the hotel was good.

For the price it’s fine, nothing to write home about. Advertised having a Starbucks on site but it doesn’t

Jim was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made our experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, one of the best servers we’ve had! Jim’s positive energy and genuine kindness really stood out. He deserves all the praise for his outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back — and hopefully we’ll get Jim again!

There’s an additional 40$ per day per car to park pricing that should be listed from the start. This is partially on booking.com for not showing it.

Basic, clean and tidy Not much else to say really - we only stayed for one night following a trip to Universal Studios.

Customer service from the beginning of the stay was excellent. Caitlin was very kind to me. I am 72 don't walk very well or far. She helped me several times the to the pizza and more. Breakfast was great experience Marie and Gabby went out of the way to make me comfortable. There maids were nice It Was GREAT Experience

The door was very hard to open. They must have painted it and it would get stuck. We had to literally push the door with the side of our body really hard to get it open.

Hilton Doubletree is great resort hotel with everything at your reach including Universal studios. We enjoy staying here always. ** Carlos our bellman is so warm and friendly, we just love his humorous personality... he is the best! ** Guest Ambassador Dejan is excellent at what he does and I'm grateful for the Hilton Grand Vacation package.. Looking forward to next Vacation.

Close to Universal. We reported that the TV didn't work and got immediate help.

The bed was too soft. The property needs some work. The bathroom was in pretty bad condition including paint, the shower head and the toilet didn't flush the first time.
