Главный обман это название вводящее в заблуждение - он не расположен в пешей доступности от входа в парки. Нужно ехать на автобусе. К тому же пешей инфраструктуры там вокруг вообще нет. Как и каких-либо кафе. Чтобы поесть нужно ехать на такси 10-20 минут. Крайне маленький туалет при наличии вокруг большого количества свободного пространства. Кондиционер который стоит прямо у кровати и ночью его не включишь из-за этого. Берут залог и долго не возвращают (может быть и вовсе не вернут)

The staff were exceedingly helpful and nothing was too much for them, great hotel very close to universal studios, city walk and island adventures.

Modern, clean and bright hotel. Great location just across from Universal Studios. The breakfast was good and the rooms were big. We had a fantastic stay.

Very spacious room, amazing price. Loved the pool and breakfast. The 24hr market was great for late night snacking and drinks.

Wish the room came stocked with some water upon arrival but the 24hr market made it easy to buy some bottles

Hyatt place was very clean and comfortable. And perfectly located next to the theme park we wanted to visit. Every staff member was kind and attentive.

The location was too good for travelling to the parks.

The staff were mean, no smile or anything. We had to pay for parking . We had to pay for breakfast and breakfast was less than expected from Hyatt. We had to pay for early check in . I have to say that we stayed at Hyatt Place in Tampa and we did not have to pay for early check in, parking , or breakfast.

The staff we very unfriendly except for Samantha who was warm and welcoming. Other staff members, you had to beg for a smile. Another thing, we had to pay for everyone that should be included in a hotel booking ( mainly parking $25/day).

Good price good location. The rooms are very spacious . They offered breakfast for a small fee, however, did not take advantage of the breakfast.. and also they have a Starbucks in the lobby.

They need to upgrade the pillows.. They need to invest in some hooks, especially in the bathroom and throughout the room hooks are not expensive and they are so efficient you can hook your pajamas, towels..

Nice place. I paid breakfast a bit silly, but it was good. I just feel it should be included in the price. Housekeeping was fabulous. Easy to get extra blankets ect.

Upset bathroom lobby closed all 4 days I was there. In the morning, I go down for my coffee. I had to keep running upstairs and kept waking family up. Staff nice, helpful when asked something, but no one (VERY few) smiled or said hello.

Hotel is located is a very quiet residential area which was amazing! A TGI Friday's is just around the corner, a mall just a few minutes' drive away and the location of the hotel itself is superb! I came to Orlando for Universal and Disney. Universal was across the street almost! Though of course we needed to take the bus to get inside, and the hotel provides very convenient shuttle bus services to and from Universal with multiple departure and return timings. For Disney, I had to make my own way there, which I knew and didn't mind. The staff at check-in were super friendly. The hotel is fit for purpose, so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. There are a small swimming pool and a 24/7 mini market in the lobby. The room was spotless and very spacious with a seating area too. Bed was very comfortable.

The AC noise was quite loud but nothing that would stop a good night sleep after a long day at Universal or Disney! For the shuttle services, it would perhaps help if the departure timings could be spread out further across the day instead of just the morning, and if Disney could also be included even though it is located further away from the hotel, but that would be a great addition!

Good size family room, walkable distance to Universal and shuttle bus also provided.

Bathroom was very small, wash basin was in the main bedroom so only toilet & bath/shower in the bathroom & hardly any floor space to move. Air conditioning was quite noisy.

The staff was friendly from check in to check out and the location was great.

The pool should stay open later. But not a big deal

I have enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place immensely. Upon my arrival Dawneth great me with the warmest welcome and she continued to do that everyday of my stay. Any issues or assistance that was needed she took care of it expeditiously. She made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Fantastic location. You can walk to universal but there’s a free shuttle bus. Small gym and ample breakfast facilities All staff very friendly We had a big family room with bunk beds and was great for two adults and two teenagers Outlet mall very close

Left another hotel we were unhappy with and came stay at the Hyatt. Hyatt never fails. Friendly Staff , delicious food. Right across from Universal. Couldn't ask for more.

We actually left another hotel we booked because we were unhappy with it. Hyatt never disappoints. The staff was very nice, hotel and rooms were clean, the food was delicious. I was over charged on my bill but I called and the staff was friendly and handled it promptly.

Allocated a room where the toilet was flooding. The reception quickly responded and changed the room, but it was not in the configuration we had chosen or paid for.

The AC didn’t work properly. Took the entire night to cool down the room. Our daughter left a bag from Nike with 2 new sports bras 2 pairs of shorts and a shirt (with receipt inside) in the room accidentally and it was never turned in by whoever cleaned the room. For what you pay, you expect honest employees. That was a 13 year olds summer babysitting money spent to get those items!

The property was nice staff was nice but house keeping didn’t clean my room completely but one of the house keepers was nice enough to make sure the room was clean I love everybody from the front desk was very nice over all I give them a 9/10 will book & stay again

The rooms, lobby, dining areas was excellent it had different food options for breakfast and the room was so comfortable and it was an amazing place to stay. The shuttle bus to and from the park was also very helpful for us!

I wish the pool were bigger but other than that it was an excellent experience stay at Hyatt Place!

The hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the staff makes it a 5. The staff was very helfull and very nice and customer service level excellent.

Room was comfortable and clean. Nice exercise room. $8 for breakfast is ok if you like ultra processed food.

The paid parking for guests is just another cash grab. It should be eliminated. I would’ve rated a 10.

Stayed here for one night while traveling through Florida and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience involving theft by a hotel employee. Police became involved and the hotel did reimburse part of the reported loss, which I appreciated. However, as Canadian travelers, the reimbursement process created additional complications because the money orders provided could not be accessed in the U.S. without an American bank account, leaving us dealing with unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our trip. While staff acted promptly once the issue was reported, the overall experience significantly impacted our sense of safety and trust. I understand incidents can happen anywhere, but this was not the level of security or guest care we expected from a Hyatt property. Corporate Hyatt is reluctant to rectify the situation by any means. The situation has been mishandled at all levels unfortunately. I will be avoiding Hyatt as a brand going forward.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a great hot shower and comfortable bed. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.

The place is nice and clean! When we got there the system was down so they gave us the breakfast free as a courtesy plus the bus take us to the park so the price is nice because they included those things I will definitely go back to the hotel.

The size of the room was good. The location was great, really close to the main Universal Studios park.

Bathroom was difficult to get in and out of. There were wide open cracks in and out of the shower floor. When we turn the sink on, it smelled liked sewage. We did not appreciate having to pay for parking when we are paying to stay at the hotel.

A little messy during breakfast

The Hyatt Place was THE PLACE to go. From the moment we entered the Hotel, we saw friendly faces at the reception. Room was huge, did not expect this at all. Breakfast was fine, just enough to kick your day with a nice meal. Transportation to / from the hotel was extremely easy. i would recommend this to anyone.

Great location and excellent service from the front desk. That being said, we had to request housekeeping after our third night when our room was skipped despite having no tag on the door. Our body wash container in the shower was empty the entire stay. Upon leaving, we discovered an unknown guest charged food and alcohol to our room. The charge was promptly removed but it was alarming to discover this happened. Lastly, we purchased a high floor room but were placed on the fourth floor beside the elevator. The room was very noisy at night and I was woken several times due to room location.

Great and convenient location to Universal Studios, shuttle services available on way in / back was a bit tricky as it rained that day and we needed to return sooner than expected shuttle time.

Return shuttle service back to the hotel is not flexible.

We had two rooms, staff helped making sure we were next to each other. Rooms were nice and big. Loved that they had a shuttle to universal awesome perk.

Staff is wonderful Dawneth went above and beyond to help us at check in and beyond, remembered our anniversary and introduced us to other employees and told them about our anniversary! She is a true gem!! Thank you Dawneth for making us feel special

We have stayed at this hotel on several different occasions and it is a great hotel for the money. It is about a 15 minute walk to Universal City Walk. You get a nice hotel minutes from Universal without paying resort prices.

The parking is an expensive add on but it is in line with all the other hotels in the area.
