Gale Miami Hotel & Residences

Id recommend to add slippers! For each room

Hotel rooms

Food drinks very expensive

Great rooms, large balcony, restaurant options, amenities, and location. Rooftop pool is nice. Room came with kitchen utensils.

Pool hours too short and a bit slow service at times

Location. Comfortable

Expensive dining

everything beautiful hotel every time i got to miami i will be staying at the gale hotel again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, views from the balcony were amazing, valet parking was very professional but 75$ is pricey, we loved the pool area on the 9th floor. We’d definitely recommend and would return again.

Nothing

The hotel cheated me on the parking charges. Although my car was parked there for only two days (75 USD/day), the hotel charged my deposit for five days (375 USD) and, to this day, refuses to refund the money. When I requested a refund for the three days when I did not use the parking, they told me that I had to prove that I didn't use the parking, rather than them proving that my car was actually parked there. Of course, I provided evidence showing them invoice when my car rental ended, but I still have not received my refund. I am a foreign customer, and I feel that I was completely ignored. The hotel is in a great location, but the staff are unresponsive and seem more interested in keeping customers' money than in resolving legitimate complaints. Very disappointing experience.

Location is excellent. Beautiful apartment, exceptionally clean, beds super comfy, amazing view. Pool was great, food downstairs is great - really enjoyed my stay here

No hotel parking. Could use some cutlery and plates in the apartment since the kitchenette is already there.

Très belle chambre, très confortable, très bonne literie

Rien

The walk-in shower and view of the city from the balcony !!!

Only valet parking

Everything. They service, the room, the restaurant, the security staff, the amenities.

The construction site being our main view. The elevator was tricky at times as well.

Absolutamente todo

Nada

The rooms were amazing

The elevators took forever

Todo

Todo perfecto

Facilities were excellent with a lovely big gym & pool! Rooms were lovely too with all the mod cons!

Would have liked the room to be cleaned regularly especially the bathroom but otherwise excellent stay in a great location.

Central location

The plumbing in the walls I can hear the water. A bit disturbing.

Great hotel in perfect location. Friendly staff and quite secure

Very loud air conditioner

The view was alr room was cute

It was okay won’t come back tho. Front dest was not really helpful

As condições do apartamento.

Hotel davvero molto bello, accogliente e curato.

Highly recommend staying at this location. Everything was perfect from the rooms to even the spa. We decided to do a couples massage and it was the best.

What I like about the property is view of room balcony and the wonderful scenery

Over packed unorganized n two elevator broke down smh

The location was perfect, the breakfast amezing and the beach spot was the plus

The parking fee

/

Great rooms, good staff

Overpriced drinks

The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location. The room was comfortable with a nice view, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the pool and how close the hotel was to restaurants and attractions.

The hotel was nice, but charging $6 for a bottle of water was unreasonable. I think complimentary water or more reasonable prices would improve the guest experience.

Everything

The steam iron

Great experience for first timers in Miami and for a first night ! The view was breathtaking as Europeans with lower skylines. The room was comfortable and clean. The balcony was perfect. I recommend !

The rooms are very beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you!

Paying $75 for parking. I called before and said parking was free. To pay all that money for a room and still pay for parking

Room turned over once in a 5-night stay. Breakfast service was incredibly slow at times with parts of orders missed

No housekeeping was provided during 3 nights

Friendly staff. Communicating updates. The location was convenient.

To request for cleaning services a day before, daily.

Konum

Depozitomu hala iade etmediler, 4 günlük konaklamam boyunca odamı hiç temizlemediler, 4 gün boyunca aynı çarşaflar ve aynı havluları kullanmak zorunda kaldık

Location and pool

Didn’t clean the room, balcony wasn’t finished when built and the side room looking over a building site, also stood on some glass on the balcony..

Facilities and location

Bathroom and room amenities could be better

Schock "amazing".

Location, room, bellman

Personeel

Moderno y muy bien ubicado.

Equipe atenciosa.

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. Overall the atmosphere was very nice for this price point. There were three staff members that made the stay exactly what was expected. Ms. Salana who works in or a department called PBX. Ms. Alziza and a young man named Thomas who both work at the front desk. They were helpful even before my family checked in and continued to be attentive throughout their stay.

The staff were not educated in the bar/dining room as regards the World Cup pass. They seemed to think that although our booking/payment was for 4 adults that myself and our two sons would only watch while my hubby (who made booking) would receive the daily benefits of the breakfast, cocktails and canapés . This was exceedingly awkward and greatly affected our stay. We also did not enjoy the lack of attention and willingness to support with bookings out with hotel - this does feel/operate like a hotel, more like the residence side. Not really suitable for holidaymakers. No housekeeping for 4 nights and needed to ask for bathroom supplies- even when this was delivered the dirty towels were left in our bathroom and only one toilet roll given at a time for 4 adults .
