Na pierwszy rzut oka hotel robi wrażenie ze względu na vallet parking, eleganckie lobby, całkiem ładnie wyglądające pokoje. Tak naprawdę to bardzo średniej jakości hotel. Obsługa czasami była bardzo miła, czasami miałem wrażenie, że lekceważy nasze prośby. Największą zaletą hotelu jest lokalizacja i super widok z okna.

Ceny za parking są kuriozalne, ponad 60$ za dobę. 200 dolarów kaucji za dobę, czyli w zależności od oferty więcej niż sama doba. Spędziliśmy 6 dni, a serwis sprzątający był tylko raz i po wielkiej prośbie! Ogólnie przerost formy nad treścią.

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was very clean. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary items and more in the kitchen. We prepared our own breakfast. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. One day, there was a smell coming from the drain in our bathroom; a member of staff came and dealt with it straight away. The gym and swimming pool were excellent.

Actually, I would have given this hotel a score of 10, but on the last day of our holiday we had an unpleasant experience. We spent 4 days at the Marriott Stanton Beach (in South Beach), with which the hotel has an agreement; the sea was lovely and the beach was excellent. Under the terms of the agreement, we were entitled to two sun loungers and one parasol every day, and we made use of them. Whilst we were in the sea on the last day, at around 12.30 pm, two credit cards, 200 dollars and 1,000 Turkish Liras were stolen from our bag. We noticed it straight away and cancelled the cards; around 230 dollars had been spent on each of the two cards, so we had them cancelled. However, neither the Elser Hotel nor the Marriott hotel staff had warned us. When we later raised the matter, we were told that nothing could be done as it was a public beach. I would strongly advise you to take particular care regarding this.

Great location in downtown Miami, the apartments are very spacious, well furnished and have large balconies with great views. We had three bathrooms in a two bedroom apartment which was great. The rooms seem to be soundproofed as I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The views are amazing and door staff very helpful and professional when arriving and leaving the building, the rest of the staff not so friendly. It’s just across from Bayside where we got a great boat trip and the Freedom Tower is just a 2 minute walk, the Fifa Museum inside is amazing.

We had put some requests on our booking not to be near the elevators, our room was in the elevator lobby! They advised that this is where all the two bedroom apartments were, I was very worried about the noise but I didn’t hear a thing. We stayed for 3 nights and received absolutely no room housekeeping until late the night before we left, someone knocked on the door around 9/10pm to ask if we wanted towels or not. Be aware the hotel take a $200 holding deposit per night (!) when you check in, we were not told this, they said everyone is told this but I was in a very long check in queue on arrival didn’t see anyone told. We went to the pool area on arrival, they music was so loud and everyone seemed to be sitting as far away from it as possible, a guest was also being helped to leave and the police were on site so we decided to give the whole area a miss. I would have expected a lot more for the money charged, we had a great time in Miami but wouldn’t stay in this hotel again, they didn’t make you feel valued as a guest at all.

This was my second visit to this property, and once again I had the opportunity to stay in an apartment — this time on both the 22nd and 38th floors, with a beautiful view of the bay. A big plus is the staff and their quick response to any issues. Upon entering the apartment, I noticed that the coffee machine was broken. After reporting the problem, a replacement coffee machine was brought to me within about an hour. This kind of customer service definitely deserves praise.

As for the downsides, I feel that the property has the potential to offer its guests much more. First and foremost, more attention should be paid to the thoroughness of cleaning and the cleanliness of certain elements of the apartment. In both apartments I stayed in, the sofas were noticeably dirty. I understand that not all guests treat the furnishings in the same way, but given the high volume of guests at the hotel, the sofas should be thoroughly cleaned from time to time, for example with a professional upholstery cleaning machine. Dear Director and Management, please pay more attention to the cleanliness and condition of the apartments and their furnishings. With such a beautiful property, fantastic views, and responsive staff, improving this aspect could significantly increase guests' comfort and overall satisfaction. I am also writing this from the perspective of someone who works in a manufacturing company and manages a team of around 300 people. If I were responsible for a team and kept receiving feedback from a customer about the same issue, I would take it very seriously. I would feel that we had not done enough to address the problem and would make every effort to introduce corrective actions as quickly as possible so that the same situation would not happen again. I believe that in every industry, the customer should be the most important part of the business. As companies and service providers, we unfortunately have to adapt to our customers' expectations and needs. Of course, it is not always possible to meet every expectation, but if a customer repeatedly points out the same issue, it is worth taking a serious look at it and drawing the appropriate conclusions. Otherwise, we should ask ourselves whether we are really in the right place and whether we genuinely care about maintaining a high standard of service. Overall, I rate my stay positively, and the staff's quick response shows that the hotel knows how to take care of its guests.

I called prior to confirm the complimentary drinks since it was our anniversary surprise for my partner. And was told they give it upon arrival but when I went to pay the young lady stated they no longer offer that at the hotel.

The location of the property was a huge plus. We were in walking distance to some of the places we visited.

I didn't like upon check-in the guest staff wasn't very clear or informative on parking, etc. She spoke as if I was supposed to automatically know what she was talking about. I also didn't like you had to ask for wash cloths. I mean I literally had to request wash cloths upon my arrival and on another occasion after the cleaning staff cleaned the room.

I had already left a review saying that thebed sofa was crooked and that the cooking pans were unusable, When called to ask for a new a toaster was sent up and staff said there were any left pans

The location was great for what we needed. The 2 bed suite had a great kitchen with 4 kids including a washer/ dryer. Smelled lovely. The views were amazing from our floor 42nd.

The room didn’t provide bedding for the sofa bed even though there were 6 of us. It took 4 hours and us repeatedly asking before we got a 3 rd set. The main bed was sheets and the rest had comforter / duvets, it was very noisy outside due to location so maybe don’t stay if you want a quiet nights sleep. A real party hotel we felt, lots of young people we didn’t use the pool as it was a bit intimidating. The lift was a bit bonkers to use, went very quickly and made us feel a bit sick due to how high up our floor was.

It was clean and spacious, but we only had 2 towels for 4 ppl and no duvet and pillows for the sofa bed

No answer when we rang to let reception know we had no towels and bedding for 4 ppl, yet they knew the booking was for 4 ppls , lift system was awful, waited ages to get a lift

It was awful that I called three times for the same service requesting a frying pan for TWO hours. I was told three times they were going to expedite the delivery of a frying pan because I had a young child that I was cooking for the frying pan never came. Her father went and spoke to someone downstairs only to find out they don't have frying pans, only pots. They referred me to speak to a manager who wasn't available and then I could not leave a message because their mailbox was full. Also the TV connections were awful. Someone came up rectified the issue got all three TVs going within a couple hours they stopped working they were all working on and off throughout the entire stay and when we called again to have someone come up the next day no one ever came. Again young kids and a non working TV!

Check in area very crowded, only around 3 staff working to check people in and it’s a big hotel. My first room was filthy, hairs and crumbs all over the sofa bed, was quickly rectified with a room change though.

We asked for a higher floor and got the lowest one, right above the pools and garages.

Amazing views and a beautiful, modern apartment and fridge with ice maker. The location is also excellent, with everything conveniently accessible. A lovely touch was the fruit-infused water served by the pool. The gym is well equipped, and the rooftop terrace offers absolutely stunning views. A really beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Despite all the nice amenities, I wasn’t really able to fully relax because the service was quite disappointing. Already at check-in, the lady assisting us was unable to clearly explain what the additional charges were for or what the final cost of our stay would be. I even asked her to write everything down for me since we were clearly struggling to understand each other, but she clearly didn’t want to bother. In general, it felt like there were extra charges for almost everything. I booked the apartment for five people, with one person sleeping on the sofa. I’ve travelled many times before and this has never been an issue - bedding was always provided for every guest included in the reservation. Here, however, getting one extra duvet turned into a whole situation. First, a staff member brought me a blanket that looked like it had been through quite a lot. Eventually, he brought a duvet, but without any duvet cover. When I pointed out that this didn’t seem particularly hygienic, his response was basically, “What more do you want?” - and he never came back 😂 Apparently, asking for a proper duvet was too much, because housekeeping was then cancelled for the following days 😜 Very professional.

We got a low floor.

Location was spot on we cruised the weekend of 8-22-2026. The hotel was located right across from the port. Only like 2 miles but with Miami traffic took almost an hour to get there. Also having in room washer and dryer was a real nice surprise. This room was a true full suite experience.

Hotel charges 200 per night for incidentals which from where I come from is just crazy. Also they charge 84 dollars a day for valet parking and 64 dollars per day to park regular. My daughter drove in to stay with us and when I booked I was told there was parking just not that there was a charge. So keep this in mind when booking. I will say that I talked to the valet parking manager and they comped the 2 night parking fee for my daughter. So that was a nice and refreshing gesture on their part.

Le personnel était dépassé par toutes les demandes, même les plus simples, et pas du tout arrangeant. Le canapé n’avait pas de draps et on nous en a apporté une paire sans protection de matelas et une petite couverture trouée ! Les horaires de la piscine. Une odeur de marijuana omniprésente dans les espaces communs. Un groupe fumait même dans le spa.

It was clean. The soap in the shower was nice. Location was close to port Miami and the Bayside Mall. Cleanest hotel we’ve found in Miami/South Beach so far.

Had to call for towels. We had 2 towels and one washcloth for 3 people. Towels never came. Ended up taking some from pool area. Pool was very crowded. Not enough chairs for us to find a seat for any of us. Couch bed for third person was literally a twin sized futon. Had to call for bedding and a pillow. That did get brought to us. Tv stopped working around 9pm. But was working when we turned it on the following morning. City side is very loud. I would stay on the bay side next time.

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Vorletzten Stockwerk. Es war ein gigantische Ausblick von unserem Appartement. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Haus war ruhig und die Fenster gut gedämmt.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Zum Beispiel gab es wenig Besteck aber auf kein Pfannenwender.

Nice hotel with wonderful facilities, perfectly located near the city center and only 10 minutes by car from the beach. The beach long‑chair option is ideal for relaxing and simply enjoying the day. I absolutely recommend this hotel. I stayed for 6 nights with my family (3 people) in a one‑bedroom apartment with a bayside view, and it was very spacious — even more than we needed.
