Overall very nice to stay in your hotel. Breakfast was very good too.

Only issue was the water in the shower. The water dripped out and it was hard to control temperature. Very hard to have a good shower.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The room was dark and had an old weird smell, bed sheets were stained and dirty, the hallway had a really bad smell that made me wanna throw up, the walls were also dirty and with peeling paint, really old furniture. I was so disgusting that didn’t have breakfast although it was included. I tried to chance the hotel but they “couldn’t find any other available”, even though it had many others hotels of the same hotel chain here on booking.

Si potrebbe migliorare l'etanseita della porta d'ingresso della stanza perche specialmente di notte i rumori e la luce del corridoio filtravano dentro la stanza attraverso le fessure della porta

Vec kod prvog ulaska u sobu problem sa kljucem,vrata nisu bila ispravna....ujutru prijavljen problem i naravno,nista nije uradjeno.Sutra dan,sok...dodjete umorni i ulazaknu sobu nemoguc jer je stok lajsna otpala i preprecila ulazaknu u sobu.Cekate 2h da neko dodje.I vjerovatno bi cekali jos da nismo trazili svoja prava koja nas kao "ostecenog"u tom momentu sleduju.....Dorucak veoma siromasan,jednolican.Kupatilo u kojem imate "mini poplavu"poslije svakog tusiranja.....Definitivno ovom hotelu treba velikaaa renovacija da bi naplacivali ovoliku cijenu

このホテルで、最後の夜にとても怖い思いをしました。 「ステファン」と名乗る男性スタッフ（本名かどうかは分かりません）が、夜、突然私の部屋に入ってきて、体に触れようとしてきました。 私はその状況から逃れるためにフロントまで行きましたが、彼は「一緒に話したい」と何度も言い、しばらく部屋に戻らせてもらえませんでした。 その後、ようやく部屋に戻ることができましたが、彼は何度も部屋のドアをノックしてきて、さらに部屋にも電話をかけてきました。 あまりにも怖くて、その夜は一睡もできませんでした。次の日の朝から予定があったのに、スケジュールも完全に崩れてしまいました。 部屋自体は綺麗で、他のスタッフの方々は皆とても親切でした。しかしこの出来事によって、イタリア旅行が完全に台無しになりました。 女性1人で泊まる場合、このホテルに泊まることはおすすめしません。このようなことが二度と起こらないよう、ホテルにはこの件を真剣に受け止め、スタッフの行動について適切に対応してほしいです。

Die Zimmer waren geräubert sehr sauber.

Das Badezimmer war sehr altmodisch, mit alten gelben Fliesen und man hatte kein Regal oder ähnliches, wo man seine Utensilien ablegen kann. Wir hatten am 1. Abend nach dem Duschen einen Wasserschaden festgestellt. Es tropfte viel Wasser aus den Deckenplatten im Vorraum zu unseren Zimmern. Leider konnte der Schaden während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts nicht fachgerecht behoben werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltete leider viel zu viel süßes wie Kuchen, süße Croissants und wenig Brotauswahl und wenig Belagauswahl. Ich freue mich mehr über ein gesundes Frühstück.

Location is great. Room was good size for rome. Breakfast wasn't too bad. A/C worked well.

Very noisy. Elevator/lift is sized for a Barbies house. Staff not friendly. It is overpriced for what it offers. Bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were flat and tough.

Comfortable stay, clean rooms and has lift facilities. Breakfast was good spread. Very near to Roma Termini. A lot of restaurants are around the vicinity. There's a good Indian restaurant nearby. Our group enjoyed the location of the hotel and the eateries nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are also minimarts nearby.

The street was a bit narrow, that our coach couldn't enter. We had to drag our luggages a bit further to the main road to board the bus. The hotel is divided into 2 buildings that are not connected. We had to go down to ground floor and take the lift at the other side to meet our friends.

I will definitely come back to this hotel! The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and kind. The breakfast was impeccable, and everything was very clean and well maintained. a localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo ao Termini, então se vc chegar de trem, estará a poucos metros do hotel, facilitando também o acesso a ônibus e metrô. Café da manhã bom, quarto com bom tamanho.

É disponibilizada uma academia, mas salvo engano, não há informações no site sobre o fato de ser outdoor, com poucos aparelhos, de modo que se esse for um ponto de interesse, não recomendo. Travesseiros ruins tb.

I liked it. Stylish and clean. Octavian, the concierge, was friendly and kind to us. He also offered us a room upgrade and got us water to drink while waiting. Just a good attitude and warmth overall. Room is clean, modern. No complainst.

El desayuno es muy completo, y la ubicacion es perfecta para hacer transbordos de Roma, a cualquier parte de Italia porque esta a cuadras de la terminal de trenes Termini.

La zona no es linda, pero es lo que necesitabamos para hacer transbordos.

Room with space. Strong AC. Cleaning on point. Great location (close to train station). Window with electric roller shutter (room is completely dark in the morning).

Breakfast with a lot of options, but not that good. Bread and pastries were below average.

Nu stiu de unde are hotelul acest scor, deoarece nu este nimic conform pozelor. Cearceafurile vechi, ingalbenite si nici nu acopera salteaua. Peretii si pardoseala murdare. Tablia patului patata. Usile pline de urme si murdarie. In baie lumina aproape inexistenta, doar un spot functional, in dus nu aveai lumina. Micul dejun foarte saracacios, am avut aceleasi feluri zilnic. Strada pe care este situat hotelul este plina de oameni ai strazii, cu miros puternic de fecale si urina.

In really hot weather was air condition life saver. Rooms were cleaned and prepared nicelly. Personal was helpful with all my questions and got us taxi at very early time.

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de la réception. La décoration, différente de celle que j'avais connue 20 et 30 ans ,en arrière. Le buffet varié et de qualité du petit déjeuner ,avec un personnel toujours accueillant et attentionné.

מקום טוב, בהתחשב במה שעלה לנו קיבלנו תמורה מצויינת. חדר עם מיטה גדולה שידות ארון הכול הגיע נקי החליפו לנו מגבות וסידרו את המיטה כמו שצריך באמת הצוות היה נחמד והמלון מאוד מאוד יפה במיקום מעולה הכול היה לנו קרוב היו מסעדות ושדרת קניות ממש במרחק הליכה והחדר אוכל היה טוב עם מבחר מספק של נקניקים וגבינות ולחמים ומגוון רחב של קינוחים והייתה גם מכונת קפה טובה ובאמת מלון טוב לאלו שבאים לטייל בעיקר רוב היום וצריכים את המלון נטו כדי לאכול ארוחת בוקר ולישון ולהתקלח חחח

It’s close to public transport

The room was very old and in bad condition. There was mold in bathroom, bath was damaged and leaking. Furniture was old, very used. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Lokalita hotela je super! Personál je veľmi milý, izba čistá, postele vynikajúce, pohodlné matrace ! Jediné čo vadilo, že všetko bolo počuť ( celú noc) z vedľajšej izby, steny nie sú izolované. Raňajky boli dobré, aj všetkého bolo dosť, stále odkladali ...

El personal era muy amable, las instalaciones eran cómodas, había bastante espacio en la habitación que nos tocó y el baño era amplio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y el desayuno estaba bien. Estaba muy bien comunicado mediante transporte público, la estación de tren estaba a pocos metros.

La zona en la que se encuentra el hotel podía parecer algo peligrosa ya que había bastantes personas durmiendo en la calle, pero al ser una ciudad tan turística podías andar tranquilamente de noche porque había mucho turista y muchos restaurantes y establecimientos abiertos hasta tarde.

Pequeno almoço bastante variado, quarto espaçoso e casa de banho era linda e bem equipada, ótimas toalhas e o secador de cabelo é ótimo, pedi chinelos e meu pedido foi atendido 😁 a localização é perfeita muito perto da estação termini. Nos deixaram guardar as malas no Checkout, o rececionista do nosso Checkout foi muito simpático.

Ar condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção nada foi feito infelizmente no verão de 37graus foi decepcionante, também nos negaram um edredom extra ao pedirmos um outro edredom a recepcionista do dia do meu checkin respondeu dizendo que se estávamos com frio era só ajustar a temperatura do termómetro, nunca vi um hotel negar um edredom extra a um hóspede. Também pedimos à noite do checkin para separar as camas o que nos foi confirmado que seria possível no dia seguinte, então reforçamos também o pedido com a equipe da manhã e disseram que seria feito, mas quando voltamos no fim do dia a cama continuava de casal tive que pedir os lençóis a recepção e fazer a separação eu mesma. A falta de comunicação entre a equipe nos decepcionou nestas questões.

Great location being close to transport, friendly and helpful staff. A good standard room to stay to sleep.Great air conditioning. Note to others, one of the exits at Rome Termini is way closer than the other!

There were a few basic vegan breakfast options provided like vegetables and bread and a sweet item and after asking onsite, a croissant. The manager did get soy yogurt and vegan butter for the rest of the time though. But it would be nice if at least yogurt and vegan butter were standard offerings.

I had a lovely one-night stay at Hotel Milani. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is great—only about a 3-minute walk from the train station and around 20 minutes on foot to the city center, which made everything very convenient. A special thank you to Nadia and Beatrice at reception—they were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. They really made my stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Rome and definitely recommend it!

Wygodne duże łóżko i doskonała lokalizacja.

Bardzo monotonne śniadania. Chociaż z drugiej strony nie były one „w stylu włoskim” i każdego poranka byliśmy najedzeni, więc może nie ma co narzekać 🙂

Posizione comoda dalla stazione di Termini. Colazione buona e varia e camera bella. Personale cordiale. Offrono anche delle attività interessanti senza costi aggiuntivi. Purtroppo non avevamo tempo e non li abbiamo provati.

Durante il nostro soggiorno, una delle 2 porte principali per entrare in hotel era guasta. Eravamo ormai rientrati in hotel quando la reception era ormai chiusa. E per aprire il portone serve un codice che ci diedero al check-in. Pensavamo che il codice non fosse corretto. Dopo circa 10 min è venuto ad aiutarci il portiere dell'hotel accanto per dirci che quella porta non funzionava e dovevamo entrare da quella accanto. Dovevano lasciare almeno un cartello che da quella porta non si poteva entrare.

Hotel sam w sobie ok. Co do czystości łazienki w pokoju 313 dużo do życzenia wanna nie nadaje się do kąpieli czarna z zaciekami. Pomalowana chyba farba akrylową. Spłuczka po mału wodę dawał. Nie podobało mi się, że podczas naszej nieobecności ktoś wszedł zascielił łóżko i wyszedł. Uważam że powinno się informować o tym. Nigdy nie zdążyłam się z takim czymś żeby ktoś buszował gdy nas nie ma. Nic nie zginęło ale człowiekowi mina zrzędła. Szkoda tylko że nie zrobiłam zdjęć żeby tu wstawić. Pierwsza moja taka opinia. Co do sniadań to była jajecznica, bekon, jajka na twardo ,pomidor trochę sera 3 rodzaje wędlin i słodkości. Może Włosi tak jedzą. Plusy tego że Pani z recepcji w kręconych włosach bardzo miła przez gogle dogadaliśmy się . Przechowała nam rowery do wyjazdu bo dodam że byliśmy autem.

Enormt dårlig renhold på både rom og bad, og fellesarealer. Når du låser opp døren til rommet høres det ut som en fengselscelle blir låst opp, og det er egentlig den følelsen hele hotellet gir også. Kan ikke anbefales for 1 natt engang. Ligger også i et shady område

The noise. We were in room 305 and did not sleep there was constant banging and clunking all through the night and I’m a heavy sleeper so doesn’t normally effect me. Also the staff at midday would not give us key cards we were out all day and they did not give us any Information for checking so when we arrive back at midnight we couldn’t get in to the hotel. They were meant to give us a code and instructions but didn’t

No one came to clean the room until the 4th day. I had to go to reception for towels and toilet paper.

Nadia was sooooo sweet and such a great help she recommended the best places to eat and made she everything was well with my room. Highly recommend this hotel it’s near everythingn

Overall our stay was great. Our room was a good size and was spotlessly cleaned for us every day. The breakfast had a great selection for all of us as one is gluten intolerant. The staff were kind and helpful from when we checked in to when we left.

To nie jest zarzut ale dziwnie wygląda malowana podłoga w hotelu czego nie było widać na zdjęciach.

Proximity to the train station and free BZAR experiences (we did the cooking experience at a nearby BZAR hotel and it was excellent).

Breakfast was awful (yogurt was slop from a fancy machine rather than hygienic Greek tubs, there was no single fresh fruit like bananas, pears or apples) and the dining chairs we too low for the tables making you feel like a toddler sitting at the grown-ups table. The floor of the room is grey concrete which gave the room a prison feeling. Staff were unorganised and not friendly or welcoming. Would be worthwhile investing in some basic human centric design touches to uplift the experience.

Every time I go to Italy, especially Rome, I feel at home. This country with rich history and culture, amazing people and unparalleled hospitality, makes my heart and soul so calm, relaxed and happy. The street the hotel is on has some homeless people sleeping on the street at night so it’s a little sketchy. Also, breakfast was not the highest quality.

No flexibility from hotel management Breakfast quality was definitely so-so (same food everyday and not really good) No flexibility about breakfast timing (closed at 10am, not 1001am but really at 1000am: buffet cleared and coffee machines off at 1000am precisely) No access to a kettle and a few packets of coffee because in a standard room (effort could have been made especially when u pay 1500€ for 8 nights) ........
