Excellent Italian Restaurant in Cairo! Highly recommended!

Beautiful experience staying in the hotel and hosting a 4 day meeting in the hotel attended by 25 participants. Everything was smooth. I want to particularly appreciate the team at the restaurant ( Ramalan, Khaleed stood out) who made sure a large group of Nigerians with peculiar culinary preferences did not have any thing to complain about over the 4 days. Hisham at the front desk proved to be my " go- to" guy whenever I needed help. Well done . I will come again .

We stayed here for one week and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were clean, comfortable and tidy, plus we had a lovely view of the Nile. Breakfast was great, different variety on offer and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Specially thanks to Mr abuzeid

I could not sleep they had maintenance On above floor I was in room 1208 tgats not acceptable I could not sleep at 3 pm they working g and drilling very noise and uncomfortable

had a wonderful stay at Semiramis InterContinental Cairo from August 19th to 22nd with my family. Everyone was very happy with the hotel, the beautiful Nile view, and the cleanliness. It was truly a lovely family experience. I would like to sincerely thank all the amazing staff who made our stay even more special. 1-Night & Day Restaurant — thank you to the entire team, especially Ahmed Mohsen and Waleed. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and the service was excellent. 2-Cafe Corniche a special thank you to Hassan Esh Esh for his great service and hospitality. 3- The Club Lounge, where I spent most of my time during the stay. A very special thank you to Nermin, Reem, Hadeer, Soheila, Hatem, Waleed, Abu Zeid, Hisham, Said, and Demiana for always making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thanks as well to Mr. Mohamed El-Sennousy, Gerges, and Omar. Honestly, having such wonderful people as part of the hotel team is what makes a stay truly enjoyable Thank you all .

Lounge is quite nice and remarkably uncrowded. Breakfast has typical foods and falafel and eggs can be ordered. Tea involves a lovely etagere and the cocktail hour provides quite ample food.

They were always ready to help with recommendations, arrangements, and any requests I had, and they handled everything efficiently and with a genuine smile. The Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis exceeded all our expectations during our stay in Cairo. The location is absolutely perfect right on the Nile with breathtaking views of the river and the city. The staff were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make our experience very unique. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offered an amzing variety of both international and local cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area which provided a relaxing escape from the bustling city below. The hotel's proximity to major attractions like the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir Square made sightseeing convenient. Special mention to the concierge team who helped arrange our tours and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. Overall, this is a world-class hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cairo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium experience in the heart of the city.

I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental Cairo Semiramis. The location is fantastic and very convenient, while the atmosphere is elegant, welcoming, and relaxing. They truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning again.

After 30 years of being sentimentality connected with the hotel, I still find it in a state which matches its status. All the employees are super professional and respectful, especially in the executive lounge with an over the top level.

The location is excellent, and our room had a breathtaking view of the Nile. We really enjoyed the hotel overall—the facilities were beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. There are several excellent restaurants on site; we especially enjoyed the Italian and the French restaurants, both of which offer stunning views of the river. Every member of the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The location shown on Google Maps was not very accurate, which made it difficult for Uber drivers to find the correct entrance. In addition, pedestrian access to and from the hotel could be improved, as it was not very convenient.

اولا هذا بيتي الثاني في مصر من 30 سنة ما اسكن اله بهالفندق اشكر كل الموظفين على حسن الخلق والاحترام من الي عند الباب خاصتا الكابتن عمر الى موظفين الاستقبال كلهم مثل الاخ هشام واحمد والمدير محمود غرف وسيعه ومريحة والنت ماشاء الله قوتة عالية ونظافة الغرف هذي ثاني مرة انزل في الفندق خلال شهر وطلبت نفس الطابق لان هناك الاخت رضوى الصراحة اشكرها شكر خاص على اهتمامها في تنظيف الغرف من قلب واتحسسك انك في بيتك الثاني

الخدمة روم سيرفس في الاكل صار سئ خاصتا الفطور ممكن اتعدلون الفطور العربي وخاصتا الفول سئ جدا وارجوا من ادارة الفندق تخصيص طوابق خاصة للشباب وطوابق خاصة للعوائل

Prima hotel in centrum Cairo. Hotel zoals het hoort op dit niveau. Prima ontvangst bij de receptie, conciërge, bell boys, echt zoals hotels ooit bedoeld waren. Kamers ruim opgezet en houden het geluid van buiten dat dag en nacht doorgaat goed buiten. Ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid. Diverse restaurants: Thais restaurant erg goed en sfeervol, Italiaans restaurant, eten erg goed (lasagna!), maar het restaurant is niet heel sfeervol. Libanees restaurant ook heerlijk gegeten. In de omgeving is weinig waar je naartoe kan gaan of wat makkelijk bereikbaar is, daarom een aantal x in het hotel gegeten. Zwembad en beachbar ok. Goed bewaakt en vriendelijke ontvangst van de heer die voor het hotel de auto's die aankomen en vertrekken in goede banen leidt. Hij zorgde ervoor dat ik steeds in de juiste Uber kwam, dank daarvoor! Zeer oplettend en gastvrij.

Badkamer beetje verouderd, maar het hotel wordt gerenoveerd. Douchen in een badkuip is niet prettig. Bij het Italiaans restaurant en bij de beachbar komt de bediening telkens langs en noemen hun naam, met als doel dat je hen persoonlijk reviewt op google of tripadviser, dit is irritant gedrag. Veel prostituees die door de lobby heen en weer lopen en in het dames toilet zichzelf weer staan op te knappen. Hoort erbij, maar het was wel lichtelijk vervelend als je het toilet inloopt en er staat een hele optocht aan dames gekleed in 2 lapjes stof en die niet opzij gaan. Meer toezicht is hier wel nodig.

The best downtown hotel in cairo

The best luxurious hotel in downtown, the staff are very friendly and helpful specially the reception team, concierge team, and the housekeeping. I would like to thank Mahmoud Al wasif, Mohamed Fawzi from the concierge. Mr. Mohamed Sharkawy from the reception and the housekeeping team on the floor ( sorry for not recalling the names) It was an enjoyable memorable stay and I will definitely co.e back. Thank you

اكرر ترتيب منطقه الاستقبال ويجب ان يكون هناك رقابه وضبط بالنسبه للبنات الليل لعدم ازعاج النزلاء وخصوصاً كبار السن والاطفال

The hotel is nice, in a beautiful location. My room had a spectacular view of the Nile and the pyramids in Giza could even be seen in the far distance. The hotel restaurants are however in need of some additional care and investment and the breakfast buffet was tired and uninspiring, the Italian restaurant as well as the restaurant in the lobby could also benefit from an upgrade. The gym could definitely be improved with some helpful staff. I had to remind them to provide water and cups. The staff at the checkout were not very helpful or pleasant, despite it being relatively calm when i checked out.
