The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

The property was clean and well maintained. Lighting outside was decent. I loved how close it was to the airport.

The airplanes fly directly over this property. It was not a deal breaker as they stop flying at a certain time at night but by early morning they are back flying again lol.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and how fast the service was when we called for assistance.

Only 2 things not fantastic were how tall the beds were. Comfy once you got up on it. My husband and I aren't very short. We needed a step stool. I needed a handicapped bath and 2 queen beds. Not a king bed. However staff brought me a shower chair that fit in the tub. Which was very appreciated. Our last stay here they didn't have those bath seats. So thank you!

Centrally located to where we were going.

The rooftop pool was uninviting, not very attractive.

Staff was exceptional! From the front desk to the shuttle driver, I was greeted and made aware of what to expect during my stay. The restaurant/ bar staff are awesome. My questions were answered and I had what I wanted and needed.

N/a

Comfortable rooms and close to places to eat.

Parking

Bed mattress was extremely firm and became painful.

Location

We used the shuttle to drive us to the airport because we left the car there for 7 days! The driver picked us up at 3 am!We supposed to stay at the terminal A! The driver left us at the terminal B at 3 in the morning telling us that thevterminal B and the A was at the same!We could entry and just go!And guess what! Was rhe most terrible experience ever at this time in the morning! We almost lost our connection because of that! The worst experience ever!

bar

i didnt like the fact that we still had to pay for parking

Breakfast was AMAZING! The staff was a delight!

Chicken strip lunch was over-cooked and very thin.

I did not stated a preference for a quiet room. Room was great, staff was very nice despite the crowded and lot of requested they were receiving.

Hotel is too big, very crowded. Parking lot crowded. Even though the hotel is really close to the airport is in the opposite side from the rental car return, just consider if you have a rental. They have a shuttle but due to the crowded situation , lots of flight cancellations, it was about 30 minute wait for shuttle.

Praktische Lage nahe Flughafen. Hotel eigener Shuttlebus. Gutes Restaurant. Speditiver Service falls keine Kongresse stattfinden.

Good Gym

Attitude of staff

Guter Service.

Ambiance and free airport shuttle

Food choices were not varied enough

Good rooms, facilities. Efficient check in even on a very busy night I was there. Good shower.

Bed is comfortable but the very heavy duvet is way too hot at night.

Dinner at restaurant

Nothing

The hallways were so old and run down. The staff were really friendly and helpful

Renovate the hallways and replace the carpet and do general maintenance in our room- 341. The coffee maker was so strange and in the end broken

Really nice hotel . Very comfortable . Great food in restaurant and breakfast buffet .

Parking an extra $21

Very Clean, Relaxing and Professional Staff

Front desk service were amazing, Courtney took care of our check in. We only stayed the night, the snack bar came in handy as we checked in around 11pm.

Rooms were dated, however still served its purpose as layover accommodation.

It was clean and the room was set up well. The lobby is pretty and the people were nice.

The pool felt dangerous and looked dirty. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Airplanes right over head were loud for the whole stay. You have to pay for parking any time you come and go.

The breakfast isn’t complimentary

The entrance is nice and updated.

My room was not clean. The linens had not been changed. After being at my work conference and gala event I attempted to get in the bed and relaxed and noticed and old dried blood stain on the bottom fitted sheet. I called downstairs to the front desk to report the matter. I asked for all the sheets to be changed. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling which had not been completely repaired. It looked as though there had been a leak. I was placed in an adjoining room which I would have rather been asked if I had a preference in the room at the time of checkin. I wasn’t aware if the room details until I walked in the room and saw the extra door. I was also placed at the end of the hallway room 440. I should have been made aware of the location of the room at checking as well.

Clean , courteous staff, good restaurant/bar, loved this hotel.

It was nice

Our sink was clogged but they fixed it quickly

The room was clean and well appointed .

Shuttle service too slow and backlogged.-you need a backup van whenever there are busy times and flight cancelations. Had to take uber to get to airport on time. Tub faucet was detached from the wall.

The beds at The Westin are always so comfortable! The staff at the desk is always very pleasant.

Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly.

Restaurant.

Extremely long wait time (90 minutes) for shuttle pick up from DFW airport.

Everything.

The view of the airport from the room was really nice. The location was convenient and the overall property looked clean and well-maintained.

The room I received was not the one I booked — it was smaller and had a tub instead of a walk-in shower. The bed had a dip in the middle, one pillowcase had yellow stains, and the closet door was misaligned and wouldn’t close. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty, and I had to call multiple times to get replacements. Front desk calls often went unanswered, the lounge had no snacks available during the day or evening, and the pool closed earlier than expected.

Safe location

Breakfast not good enough for this class and price. Amenities in the room missing- slippers, selection of teas/coffee

Location was excellent for stays close to airport.

Convenient to the airport and a lot of amenities to use.

Not many restaurants etc close by.

Very comfortable

N/a

No restock of towels they took all away first day.Never replaced a single towel.. never made bed or emptied trash...bathroom sink cold faucet leaked..no complimentary breakfast..plain ridiculous

I didn’t like that there were so many gnats at the bar while I was eating.

Nice hotel!

Very good burger!

It’s was good.

Friendly staff

Food better than expected

Loved the hotel.

Clean room and staff was very helpful and professional.

Great experience!

I like the restaurant and the parking available. Shuttle service to the airport is a plus, just cant get the shuttle to pick you up on your return. Desk is too busy to take your call too.

Friendly staff, efficent in the face of huge numbers of check-ins due to DFW shutdown

The customer service is terrible, i tried reaching out prior to my arrival at the airport I called 12 times to get assistance with my reservation and every time they answer they hang up the phone right away without me being able to speak. I am frustrated not being able to get assistance from the front desk after being stranded at the airport

Location to At&t Stadium.

Hotel is nice and food was good!

Very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Rory was the best part of our incredibly short stay. Due to airline issues, we checked in around 3am and checked out at 6:45am. The room was lovely and clean, but Rory was incredibly helpful and professional.
