Shuttle driver left me at wrong airlines . At American and not Delta. Also dropped me off with very short time to get through customs

Red Roof is normally a good place to stay and this was no exception. Room was nice, parking was free, all good, very happy

The location is great, safe and close to grapevine and the airport. The lady at the reception is really nice and kind The room was clean and even over my expectation.

No cold water in my bedroom ! With 40 degrees outside, when you get into the room, the AC isn't working and the shower only has hot water. That was unbelievable! I was able to use the fan though.

Hotel looked nice, they told me my reservation was canceled, i arrived around 8:30 on booking my reservation showed active but wasn’t honored, clerk said they tried getting ahold of. Did not have any text messages or calls. Tried booking again and prices were doubled. Ended leaving the place. Another person had a similar issue

There was a cockroach in my room… need I say more.

I had transfer to the airport to and from the airport.

The room smelled of dampness and cigarettes. The elevator was dirty. The area where they sent me, claiming they were the 'new' rooms, was dark. The room's air conditioner was extremely noisy. There was a smell of marijuana throughout the ENTIRE hotel. I do not recommend this place for women traveling alone or for families.

What I didn’t like about the property is when they put a guest in a room when it rain they know water comes in thru the door and leaking reastroom leaking water and was trying to keep me in there but I told them I didn’t feel comfortable so they ended up moving me

空港のシャトルバスを電話で呼んだ後、1時間以上待っても来なかったこと。結局来なかったので、他の手段でホテルまで移動。到着したのは24時前。遅い時間帯(20時以降)に到着することから、空港近くのシャトルバスサービスがあるホテルを選んだにもかかわらず、何の役にも立たなかった。

Location was 15 min to the airport. Inside the room was neat. Ok for a day stay.

The property does not look well maintained. It could use some renovation. I would not suggest for families.

Room was very clean, new towels, combo safe in room, microwave, good price.

Super friendly staff and great location…. If you’re going to Dallas Fort Worth airport, don’t follow your GPS: just find a way to get to the raised freeway which is actually a parking entrance and you get a ticket by pushing the button, and you pay it once you leave at parking and return down the freeway… Make sure to go to the left credit side of the tollbooth, insert the card, and pay only by credit card or Apple Pay

The staff was incredible. The woman at the desk for check in was very nice and professional even after the man before me was exceptional rude to her. They were efficient in getting through the masses of people that missed flights like I did.

There was lots of stains and hair on the bed especially. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

and a broom. I cleaned my room every single day and put the trash and dirty towels outside my door, hint, hint! Yesterday I went and took some clean sheets to change my bed! They were Not clean, they had food and stains all over the pillow cases that were folded up on the shelf. I called the front desk again to request for the manager to come take a look at that condition of the supposed clean sheets! Then this man had the gull to tell me, if I didn't like it I could leave his hotel!!! I swear if I was a man I would have punched him right in the nose! This man has no idea how to run a business and has no clue about customer service or how to treat people! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Regarding the hotel, you get what you pay for.

The shuttle service was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the airport with a baby in my arms, I called the Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW for a pickup. Initially, they said they would come in 30 to 40 minutes. We waited an hour, and they didn't arrive. I called again, and then they said they would come in 20 to 35 minutes, but we had to wait another hour approx. It was awful waiting for almost two hours with a baby in my arms, tired and hungry. It was very difficult to contact the hotel from overseas since they only have one communication channel. And the person at the front desk lacked charisma and motivation.

Bed was comfortable

This room smelled so bad. I get all they had was a smoking room but when you open the door you just would literally gag and it stunk so bad all night long. It was just almost unbearable sitting on the bed. You can just see a lot of stuff that was dirty like the floors were dirty. There was a lot of ashes built up in the corner of the floor. Even the air conditioning had looked like Coca-Cola still dull over that you grabbed a rag. Just out of curiosity crack in it. So I mean I don't know I don't. I don't know if it was what's considered good anymore.

It was close to the DFW airport and the shuttle service was on time. The shower was good water pressure and got hot quickly!

You can hear every one and everything! The TV had no connection therefore couldn’t watch it. Bath towels are a minimal size.
