The room was terrible and not clean. The reception staff’s behavior was also very poor. The airport shuttle was delayed for over 1 hour and 15 minutes and never arrived. When I called to follow up, the first and second responses were that it would arrive in 7 minutes, but after that, they stopped answering the phone. Finally, I had to take an Uber.

Very clean, smelled good staff was great. Price was great. Room was beautiful.

The room was great with the exception of a broken microwave. I had to call over 5 times before they finally brought one up (my second day). Bed very clean and comfortable. Room very cozy and in a great location. Love the private balcony. The breakfast was hot and they offered a great variety with the exception of being out of orange juice my entire stay (Who does that?). I loved the waffle station.

Upon arrival I was hit with an unexpected $100 incidental fee. I was very rudely told that it was in the "fine print". LOL, yes the very famous hidden fee's. Luckily I could afford the hold, that by the way I'm still waiting for it to be released. I wasn't a big fan of the marijuana smoke on the floors and coming through my walls (I don't know in this day in time that I can hold the hotel accountable for this.) I was very dissatisfied with the weekend day shift. I was without a functioning microwave for half of my stay. The capable second shift on Sunday finally adhere to my concerns and got me a microwave. The kitchen was out of orange juice my entire stay (Who does that).

I didn't sleep well， the sound of the air conditioner in the room was too loud, so I had no choice but to close the bedroom door and went to the living room sofa to sleep. There was also a large cockroach in the room.

The location was great and the price were both great

The air unit in the room didn’t get cold nor did the wall dryer work

My stay was short, but I want to thank the hotel staff for keeping it very clean and comfortable for guests; the service was excellent.

Pool had missing tiles and the chemicals were STRONG! There was only one option for meat - sausage. I’m a bacon girl but it’s fine. Only 2 flavors of yogurt- peach and red raspberry, is that normal? Idk. When we checked in the night we got in to Dallas, the chick at the front desk wasn’t the most patient or friendliest, but everyone after her was. On the night before we left, I had asked housekeeping if I could get 2 towels- because housekeeping never came by, and the person told me no. I said okayyyy well can I get one? And she handed me a towel… that was odd. Should I have asked front desk instead? Idk. Hotel is outdated for sure. Oh! There was water on the floor in the fitness center and just seemed like an after thought. But once a guest let staff know about the water, they did handle the issue efficiently.

Hotel close to the airport. Has small pool and gym setup. Free parking. Big room, large bed and also a sofa bed with tvs in both rooms. Shuttle bus to the airport Good value for Money

Nothing much to moan about. Shower was a bit naff but it was a low price hotel.

最終的に別の部屋が空いていたので交換してくれましたが、オートロックの電池が切れていて扉の鍵が閉まらなかったり、部屋の中の目立つところに虫の死骸があったりして、部屋のチェックがされていないように感じました。

The 2 men’s that work the front desk lied about the hot tub not working but when other people came out to get in they cut the hot tub on for them but told us it wasn’t working

Perfect for my overnight stay. Clean, comfy, good breakfast and facilities and the free shuttle made everything so easy

The nasty pool, the bed mattress was old and dirty. Bed was lumpy and the mattress looked filthy. Shuttle took 30 mins to pickup from airport.

Bad smell was in the room, water leaking stains on the ceiling and pretty sure it is mold on the ceiling , Coffee cups smell bad they don’t use Choice standards, brake fast wan not good either

The water pressure was not good and not really hot. And the pool was not really clean

The room was not ultra clean.. The vent in the room was covered in either some kind of dust or mold I couldn't tell which.. The staff ws friendly, But I would not stay again.

Not a lot to like. The hotel was not clean. and the facilities were significantly more dated than the online reviews lead me to believe. The hotel is not in disrepair, however it won't be long until it is. 3 stars is far too high, this is a 1 star hotel.

Staff are nice enough and the location is about 10 minutes from the airport.

They really need to figure their shuttle situation out. It is a small van shared with several other hotels and fills up very quickly. I had to wait for about an hour and a half at midnight for pick up after two vans were already full. When I stayed here the hotel had no hot water and they didn't really do anything about it. Bedding was very clean but cup rings on bedside tables and such shows that they could be better about wiping down. Don't get a room with a balcony if you can help it, they face the interstate and are incredibly loud from the traffic all night.

The staff kind of seemed like we were bothering them when we needed something and the tv was complicated to switch inputs. Also the walls were very thin and you could hear everything down the hallway

Absolutely no parking! When I asked where I can park since there are no parking spots available, the person at the counter said “park in the fire lane”. When I left in the morning, there were 6 cars parked in the fire lane and at least that many parked in the grass up against the fence. Those folks had to walk thru mud to get to the building

The rooms are spacious suites, so it's really easy to repack your luggage on your layover even when the kids are sleeping in the bedroom. The free shuttle service was very handy.

Breakfast was very basic.

Nothing really, everything I dealt with was at the lower end of expectations. Had I had high hopes, I would have been miserable. They know they are a "one-night" in and done hotel, so they do not care.

The hallway smelled bad, like someone was cooking. Breakfast was served too late to catch the shuttle bus. Seems like that was on purpose. And this was the main reason I picked this hotel: for breakfast. As for the pickup at the airport, nothing was listed on the booking site about how to get to the shuttle. Very sad, help... so took a taxi $35.00+. The lobby coffee was out, and the water was tinny-tasting.

The size of the room was bigger thank expected and was ample for our needs. The ease of booking in and proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle was a plus.
