Such a shame that the pool was only open until 6 PM every day when so many people obvisely wanted to use it and hang out there but was forces to leave at 6 due to cleaning. Does not make any sanse. Why not clean the pool in the evening or night. People want to use it in the evening. Also the roof top bar was close between 6 PM and 7 PM. Very dissapointint for us as paying customers and a huge mistake not offering your questw this opportunity.very inside out and not outside in perspective.

The staff were always on hand to help, there was always water, fruit and very yummy sweet treats by reception, and it was in a very convenient location within walking distance to many, many great restaurants and bars. The market on the canal side is super too!

This hotel is just perfect. I particularly liked the approach, the size (not too small not too big), the welcome desk and individualised service approach, the atmosphere, the rooftop pool bar and restaurant, the breakfast buffet which is incredible, the terrasse, and the district (canals, trendy spot outside of touristic center so more milanese, bus still not far from the Core of Milan. My daughter also loved the place, including the welcome by hanging plants in the entrance, while the roof top is very trendy, it is also kind and adapts to kids very well. Make sure you test the pool and bar mornings and evenings. Totally different atmosphere. VIew amazing over Milan's rooftops. Easy to reach by taxi or tram. Also there is a direct tram to the central station.

Convenient location, we were able to walk to every site on our Milan Itinerary. The room was spacious and modern. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever experienced.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a godsend in the heat. If we visit Milan again, it will be the first place we look to book.

Perfect room with amazing rooftop bar. Modern design of the room and very new facilities. Very kind staff and good breakfast. There is some yoga and gym facilities in the room which is a surprise. I really enjoy the stay and will definitely book the same if I visited Milan next time.

Un énorme MERCI à l'équipe de la réception Frédérica et Lydia spécial dédicace merci pour leur accueil et gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute avec le sourire et la bienveillance du matin jusqu'au soir, comme tout le personnel. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec un vaste choix, la superbe terrasse extérieur et intérieur pour commencer la journée du bon pied . La décoration est très agréable pleins de petits détails, le rooftop avec la piscine un petit paradis avec une vue incroyable bar et restaurant comme un décor de cinéma. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war aussergewöhnlich - echt begeisternd. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr modern und funktionell eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum. Besonders überraschend: die kostenlose Erstfüllung der Minibar (alkoholfrei), das Wasser und der Saft in der Lobby den ganzen Tag über und kleine Süssigkeiten. Der Pool und die Dachterasse mit der Bar waren klasse. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und geschmackvoll, jedoch täglich gleich oder wir haben die Variationen nicht bemerkt ;)

Das Hotel liegt im lebhaften Viertel, nur 5-10min zu Fuß ist man mittendrin im pulsierenden Navgli - Viertel. Wir hatten Zimmer zum Innenhof und es war erstaunlich erfreulich ruhig in der Nacht. Im Hotel selbst kann man einen gechillten Abend verbringen - entweder auf einem Sofa/in einer Hängematte im schön angelegten Innenhof, an der Bar oder in der Rooftop-Bar. Zwar sind die Getränke dort fast dreimal so teuer wie im Navgli-Viertel, aber man zahlt eben den mega schönen Ort, Ausblick und die Chill-Out-Lounge. Unbedingt reservieren und vorher überlegen, wo genau: An den Tischen mit Ausblick auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten oder in der bequemen Sofaecke mit Ausblick über die bunt leuchtende Stadt. Empfehlenswert sind die exotischen Cocktails für 18Euro (da es wirklich extravagante Cocktails sind, fanden wir den Preis noch akzeptabel, hätten uns aber über bezahlbare Mocktails für die Kinder gefreut. Ohne Alkohol kosteten solche auch 18Euro, einen Saft gab es allerdings fairerweise für 6Euro. Die Bar und die Terrasse (schickere Kleidung wohl üblich) erreicht man über Aufzüge wie auch die Zimmer. Diese sind typische Grossstadthotelzimmet, also funktional. Wir fanden den vielen Stauraum durch Regale mit breiten Ablageflächen verhältnismäßig sehr gut (haben das in vielen Hotels in anderen Städten vermisst) und das Bad ist wirklich großzügig, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und Heißgetränke wie ein echter Cappuccino sind inklusive. Man bestellt diese. Die Bäder im Frühstücksraum sind toll. Das Personal ist das Herz des Hotels. Ohne Ausnahme alle waren mehr als freundlich, zuvorkommend, immer mit einem Lachen im Gesicht, immer mit einem kurzen Moment für einen Plausch, lieb zu Kindern und Hunden, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam Alten, Behinderten und allen Anderen gegenüber. Das Hotel ist behindertengerecht, das Auto darf kurz davor parken und dann findet man mit viel Glück einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung oder Parkhäuser (teuer).

Die Zimmer hätten hübscher eingerichtet sein können, sie sind eben funktional, typisch für Hotels in Großstädten. Das Bad hat zu Beginn gemuffelt, man musste etwas Wasser laufen lassen und die Lüftung musste angehen, dann war das in 5-10min weg. Etwas unangenehm fanden wir den Geruch der Handtücher. Sie rochen so, wie wenn der Trockner nicht mehr ganz perfekt trocknet und der Rest feucht nachtrocknet… Nächstes Mal würde ich eigene Hamdtücher mitbringen. Das Toilettenpapier war sehr billig und seltsamerweise wirkte eine der beiden Rollen so, als ob sie ins Wasser gefallen wäre. Das war etwas irritierend. Und wie bereits gesagt hätten wir uns für die tolle Bar auf dem Dach Mocktails für Preise von 10-12Euro gewünscht. Aber das ist alles Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt fanden wir es super und würden wiederkommen.

The location is good. The design and the staff are top. The rooftop view is amazing

Room are too dark and not really as spacious as pictured on the pictures. Bathroom isnt convenient and a lot of the equipment was wobbly. Breakfast eggs were awful and to get normal "sunny side up" you need to pay extra. Swimming pool water wasn't clean enough to my taste and not heated. They close the swimming time at 18:00 which is pretty annoying.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um das Quartier zu erkunden. Personal unternimmt alles, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten

Jättebra frukost. Mycket god service, personalen var supernice, speciellt Mikael. Trevligt med vatten o godis i entrén och god och vatten + dricka som de bjöd på i rummet.

Att det inte fanns skyltar om att man var tvungen att duscha innan man gick i poolen. Det blev därför riktigt smutsigt i poolen.

Gillade att stilen var enkel och modern, att det fanns frukost som var gott och att det var mycket att besöka i området.

Spacious, quiet rooms if you are in a room facing the courtyard. The canal view room is facing a road filled with bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast with wide selections.

Très bon établissement. Le personnel à l'accueil et au petit-dejeuner est tres accueillant et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, avec un large choix de produits frais et sains.

La vue depuis le rooftop est très belle et nous étions prêts à payer le prix fort (18 € le cocktail). Malheureusement, le service n'est pas du tout au niveau et manque totalement d'organisation. Malgré la présence de trois serveurs, l'attente était générale. Lors du service, un cocktail a été malencontreusement renversé sur la table et sur l'un d'entre nous. Le serveur a servi les autres verres et s'est retiré de manière nonchalante, sans jamais revenir nettoyer la table. Nous avons dû aller chercher nous-mêmes des serviettes au bar. Le style décontracté du personnel (t-shirts, tatouages, piercings) est très bien et ne pose aucun problème ; l'indifférence envers les clients est par contre un vrai probleme ici. Pour finir, au moment de régler au bar, j'ai été totalement ignoré par le serveur à 1,5 mètre de moi, préférant discuter avec son collegue, puis préparer ses verres sans un mot. Frustré par ce mépris, au bout de 5 minutes d'attente, j'ai commencé à descendre par les escaliers, ce qui a enfin fait réagir le responsable pour me réclamer le paiement. 77 € de boissons pour un service aussi médiocre, c'est inacceptable. Formez votre personnel ou baissez vos prétentions, vous n'êtes vraiment pas au niveau.

What an incredible hotel!!! Roof top bar, restaurant offers breathtaking views day and night and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax during the day. The hotel is situated in the centre of navigli 2 minutes from the main canal stretch where all the bars and restaurants are. The hotel is quirky in decour and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Modernes design Hotel in angesagter Lage, sehr beliebt bei jüngerem Publikum. Meine erwachsene Tochter war begeistert, besonders vom Dachpool, wo man sehr gut entspannen kann. Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, Personal freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Viele Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

El hotel muy moderno, y con excelentes instalaciones. Con vistas al canal. Desayuno buffet muy bueno. El hall con agua, zumos y pasteles. Un futbolín para amenizar la estancia, si vas con niños. La piscina chillout en la azotea con música y copas, un acierto.

La localización del hotel. Está a 20 min en taxi del centro, pero merece la pena.

Zimmer zur Straße und zum Kanal am Abend durch feiernde Jugendliche sehr laut bis tief in die Nacht. Pool erst ab 9:30 Uhr, also nicht vor dem Frühstück, geöffnet. Sehr schade. Frühstück mit viel Süßkram, matschigem Rührei aus dem Tetrapack, einegeschränkter Obstauswahl mit Dosenobst.

We hebben enorm genoten van het hotel. Super vriendelijke medewerkers, heel behulpzaam! Enorm lekker ontbijt, alles heel netjes, ...

We waren wel geschrokken van de prijzen voor een drankje aan het zwembad ... €16 voor een drankje, vlak buiten het hotel heb je plaatsen waar ze maar €5 kosten.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, sämtliche Einrichtungen waren top inklusive der Dachterrasse mit dem Pool und der Bar. Am besten hat uns aber der sensationell gute Service gefallen, so aufmerksam, unaufdringlich und sympathisch sollte es immer sein!

Had a good time. The hotel is not far from Duomo. 25 min walking and you are there. Excellent facilities and also a pool at 7th level with stunning view above Milano. Recommend!

La piscina. El personal sobre todo la camarera Aurora y su compañero barman, que ahora no recuerdo el nombre. Las habitaciones amplias. Los amenities de recepción, un acierto. También los aminities de la piscina, crema, toallas y chanclas, gratuitos, todo un acierto.

Que no den dos tarjetas por habitación, es un gran inconveniente. Alguien se quiere quedar a descansar y ver la televisión por ejemplo y el otro quiere ir a la piscina y no puede porque se necesita la tarjeta para subir y otra para ver l televisión. La solicitamos y nos dijeron que no tenían. Que haya que bajar al hall del hotel para subir a la piscina. La comida no era excelente era un poquico justa.no e normal que te cobren por pancakes o huevos fritos y si te ofrezcan revueltos…. La penumbra de la habitación y las instalaciones.

Too late to change, but "industrial" style decor in bedrooms made it rather unappealing. Clothes in warehouse style shelving that I kept banging my head on whilst picking up clothes. Clear triumph of "trend" over function?

I loved the location and proximity to great restaurants and designer shopping. Also the rooftop bar and pool is a whole vibe!
