Excellent emplacement sur les Navigli de Milano. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner offert alors que nous ne l'avions par pris et très bien fourni. Possibilité de se garer sur place moyennant payement. Grande chambre spacieuse. Je recommande vivement.

Great location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the large comfortable room with balcony! The staff was very friendly and having the carefour right across the street was awesome! The staff also brought up champagne and treats for our anniversary which was much appreciated! We loved walking the canals, and even walked to all our sites and excursion points! Would recommend!

The food for apertivo was a little bit of a let down and the main entrance and lobby was under construction and building a little dated overall.

Die Einfahrt ins Parkhaus war sehr flach, ein SUV mit Dachbox führt zu Problemen. Der kleine Spa wird nicht gepflegt (Eiskübeldusche defekt, Dampfbad stark verkalkt, keinerlei Personal)

It could be more eco-friendly and, for a “Art Hotel” rooms are unimaginative and quite bland. Could do with themes, perhaps, to jazz it up a tad. Bar should have more of an ambience and mood lighting. Rooftop terrace could do with a pop up bar, chill out music & vibes.

Pas de noir total dans la chambre, pas de volet et des lumières de détecteur…on entend un peu les bruits du couloir mais l’hôtel est heureusement très calme

Очень тихое место, несмотря на то, что каналы, бурлящие ночной жизнью тут же. Очень нарядный зал для завтраков. Сами завтраки- обильные ( не итальянские). Мин бар заполнен. Есть кофе, снежки, вода , индивидуальные средства для ухода. В фойе весь день сервирован буфет. Персонал абсолютно дружелюбен. Метро в 5 минутах. Заселились раньше без доплаты.

Ничего критичного, а цепляться к мелочам не стоит.

Környék csodás volt, metróhoz is közel volt, a szállodának saját parkolója volt. Gazdag reggeli.

Mindennap nagyon hidegre le volt hűtve a szoba, és a légkondit korlátozottan tudtuk a szobából irányítani. A recepción viszont minden este segítőkészek voltak és átállítottak a hűtés fokozatát.

Location is wonderful! The bed and the shower were very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Pas de bouteille d'eau dans le mini bar à l'arrivée. Propreté ok mais sans plus. Des travaux étaient en cours dans la chambre d'à côté, pas idéal pour faire une sieste dans la journée.

Fantastic location in Navigli, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and public transportation. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the spa. The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. I had injured my foot during my trip, and whenever I asked for ice they brought it to my room properly prepared in bags so I could use it easily. The air conditioning in room was great. Refrigerator had some items for sale, but I simply moved them for my own things. Bed and pillows were very comfy! Nice robe! Breakfast was great. Plenty of options even gluten free and vegan. I also had a minor issue with the room electricity a couple of times, which they fixed immediately, and they kindly removed some charges from my bill for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the level of service and how well they took care of me. There is a Carrefour express market steps away. A tip for car to/from MXP - I pre booked a taxi using the app FreeNow. It was only 110€ from hotel to MXP when i departed. Taxi can drive to the front of the building even though it’s a pedestrian and authorized vehicle street I believe. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and welcome!

I had a minor issue with the room key/electricity system a couple of times, but it was resolved immediately and handled extremely well by the staff. Hair dryer was not the strongest but that is expected in most European hotels.

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen található, a közlekedéshez és a metróhoz közel. A személyzet barátságos, a reggeli kitűnő volt. Bár egyes részein felújítás zajlott de ebből szinte semmi sem volt érzékelhető.

Location is good - well setup - there were renos happening so they seemed to be throwing extra food, services etc etc - seemed like a social place in the lobby.

Its pretty dated - someone put a lot of work into it a while ago but I think it just needs better maintenance, additionally more signage and explanation of whats going on and how things work. For example - airconditioners are on a temp timer so once it gets too hot they turn on, we ended up getting sick from them and frustrated in trying to switch them off - after we chatted with the lobby, they said it was automated as people had complained its too hot and they could switch them off. Eitherway it would have been great if this was communicated to us and so we were given the option - it made our travel harder getting over the congested sickness. A simple sign would have been extremely helpful.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Milan et surtout profiter du quartier Navigli ! L'hotel est propre, le petit déjeuner agréable, les chambres spacieuses et confortables. l'hotel dispose d'un parking sécurisé. L'emplacement est idéal et proche des transports. il est à 25min à pieds en marchant tranquillement du Duomo, et cela permet de visiter en marchant plusieurs spots. Je recommande.

Ubicación en el barrio de Navigli es fantástica , buen ambiente de restaurantes , para cenar y tomar algo frente a los canales . la habitación súper amplia, íbamos en familia 3 adultos , pero espacio para 4 . Gimnasio muy completo y SPA perfecto Andando al Duomo 25’ de paseo o buen transporte público , perfecto para dejar el coche en el parking .

Trovo davvero strano e assurdo che le pulizie della Hall vengano fatte alle 7,30 del mattino, pavimento bagnato e imbarazzo nello stare nei divani mentre danno lo straccio .

I really love this hotel. I swung back to use it as a Milan base *twice* during my travels through Italy of over a month and the people here are just great. The rooms are comfy and clean, the breakfast is really good with lots of options and notably very good coffee. The location just off the canal is absolutely unbeatable and it somehow manages to remain calm and quiet even being in the middle of a major tourist and nightlife area. Definitely will be staying here again whenever I am back in Milan.

I only had one problem, the AC in my room was not working when I got there, and they fixed it *immediately* by moving me to a new room the next day. This was hustle I didn't often see in Italian hotels.

The rooms are basic and need updating. Everything felt quite grubby - I did not use the towel rack in my bathroom as you could see there was layers of grime which had just been left there for years, and if I walked on the floor barefoot the soles of my feet would be black. The bed itself was super uncomfortable and the pillows rock hard. The AC is not fit for purpose and it is misleading to say the rooms are provided with them. The rooms were way too hot and mixed with the uncomfortable beds mean I did not sleep well at all during my stay. Breakfast was good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them, but the rooms need updating and a more thorough cleaning. Sadly, I was glad to be leaving!

A localização é excelente e a equipe que nos atendeu no café da manha foi excepcional!

Ao chegar na propriedade, o Davi, que estava na recepção do hotel não localizou nossa reserva efetuada pelo booking.com, que inclusive ja estava paga. Insistimos para que verificasse, porém, mesmo com a reserva confirmada no app do booking e impressa, ele afirmava que o booking não havia feito nenhuma reserva. Como teríamos que buscar um lugar para ficar e havia disponibilidade no hotel, ficamos, porém tivemos que pagar pelas estadias. Entrei com uma reclamação pelo booking.com, mas até o momento não tive retorno sobre o estorno do pagamento que ja tinha efetuado.

Helt katastrofal rengøring. Kraftig skimmelvækst på badeværelset og beskidt gulv. Uacceptabelt at man ikke oplyser om, at man er i gang med renovering.

Barman investi, qui pense à votre anniversaire en vous offrant un extra. Personnel qui parle anglais et français. Spa sans affluence, vraiment sympa pour se détendre en fin de journée.

Accès à l'hôtel en voiture compliqué (pas en jour de marché). Penser à informer l'établissement, et à réserver le parking. Pas d'accompagnement en chambre lors de notre arrivée. On aurait aimé avoir des explications sur le fonctionnement de la climatisation.

The staff was very friendly. The location, even though not close to the main tourist/shopping area, was in a unique area. Many places to eat at good prices. Picturesque with the canal nearby.

A few cleanliness/maintenance issues. However, the staff took care of ot ipon bringing it to their attention.

Apperitivo at the hotel was lovely. The garden was also a great space in the evenings.

Das Zimmer war gross und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich und alles da, was man brauchte.

Das Hotel befindet sich teilweise im Umbau und es hat eine Baustelle im Hotel. Dies wussten wir vorher nicht. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht sauber (fleckige und löcherige Bettgestelle, Kontaktlinsen vom Vorgänger im Bett, Haare vom Vorgänger im Zimmer). Wir hatten dies der Rezeption gemeldet und uns beschwert. Wir wären zwei Nächte gebliben, sind nach einer aber ausgechecked. Das Hotel hat super auf unsere Reklamation reagiert und uns die zweite Nacht zurückerstattet sowie uns die Kosten für den Garagenplatz erlassen. Sie haben uns weiter ein anderes Zimmer kostenfrei angeboten und sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Wir sind trotzdem ausgechecked, haben das Angebot und das professionelle Verhalten aber sehr geschätzt.
