Super comfortable bed. Enjoyed being on a lower floor, and my dog loved the balcony. It was really a convenient spot to stay, as it was a block away from all my work meetings. Being able to use the printer/copier was helpful as well. For the most part, the staff was awesome.

It could have been cleaner. There was a thick layer of dust throughout the room, and I asked the front desk to send someone in to clean, which they did. The only other concern was the Banquet manager. I was eating breakfast, and throughout my entire meal, he was in and out, slamming and banging, and not once did I see him use gloves for food handling.

Good shower & shower products. And the bed was comfortable. The front desk girl who checked us in (from Ukraine we found out after we asked about her accent) was friendly, helpful, and well informed.

We were charged $20 for breakfast and $20 for parking. Everywhere else we stayed on this trip cost less and breakfast was included…as was parking. The TV had numerous options on the screen, however all but the basic channels required personally logging in or signing up to a streaming service. In a hotel chain of this caliber, that seemed ridiculous! Starbucks in the lobby didn’t allow us to use our Starbucks app. Also only 1 bathrobe was provided in our room. And if you can believe it, only 1 USB and USB-C charging port were found in the room. We’ve stayed in Hilton Hotels on previous occasions and have always been delighted, which is why we chose to stay here. This location for the price, was very disappointing as we very much expect more as a Hilton!

- parking is $20 a night (doesn’t matter if it’s outdoor parking or parkade) - when we went to park in the parkade, we saw a worker manually pulling a chain to open the gate and let a customer out of the parkade. - on their facebook, the promoted free parking and a $25 gas card per night, but when I asked about it they said “your rate doesn’t include that” and because I booked through a third party (booking.com) - the parkade roof is very low. we drive a medium size SUV (hyundai tucson) and had very little clearance. when we opened the trunk to get our bags out, the trunk hit the roof. - water bottles are $3 in the room or they have glass cups; however, one of our glasses was dirty, so we opted for the paper coffee cups. - our toilet wasn’t flushing or filling properly, so we called the front desk. they sent someone to come check it out. the man said, “looks like it’s working,” and left. about half hour later, i used the washroom and it wouldn’t flush again as the tank wasn’t filling. tried calling the front desk and they didn’t answer. - the location isn’t great, but that’s on me for not checking beforehand.

No microwave in all the rooms and you will have to go out downstairs to use microwave each time, this is inconvenient and not comfortable at all with the high amount of over $200/ night Secondly, guests still pay for parking at $20 .with a noght lodging of over $200 It’s not fair at all

The jacuzzi room was large, mostly quiet and very clean. Parking and location were convenient. Staff were nice, check in went smoothly, and the free cookie was kind and quite tasty. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Our king jacuzzi room was stocked with mismatched items including glasses and floor mats. The hotel lotion was left unopened when wall-mounted, and we couldn’t manage to open it for use. Jacuzzi jet functions were broken or disabled with only bubbles available, and a tub function independently turned on after draining. Bottled water in the room costs $3, and fetching ice required a trip on the elevator.

The location is great. I like the underground parking. The balcony is a nice bonus

We really enjoyed everything about our stay! Facilities and staff were wonderful. Clean , modern and comfortable!

The food at the pub we have had a lot of misses and few hits in that lounge over the past year. This stay we had raw chicken wings x 2. Then offered a complimentary dessert and the berries were hot on the dessert but the cinnamon bun it was with was totally frozen.. neither meal or dessert was edible.

Shower pressure was great

Every member of the staff was just so genuinely nice and a pleasure to interact with. I’ve stayed in several doubletrees and had no complaints but the staff at the Regina location were just extra nice.

Would not stay again , can get same great facilities & service without $20 pzrking charge!

Floors are shiny

First time staying there and very happy with everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. The Diplomat Steakhouse is just a short walk from the hotel and definitely worth checking out. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

It was a nice central location to stay in Regina.

Clean and great service

Hotel is beautiful, very friendly staff (reception, restaurant), room very clean and comfortable. They even give us warm cookies upon arrival. Parked in the secure parking garage, would not have felt comfortable parking in front parking lot. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. We were a little concerned with the location. We did not feel safe walking after dark, even though the restaurant we went to was a 5 min walk away. We chose to dine at the hotel our 2nd night there. During the day, we explored Regina on foot and felt somewhat more comfortable but would not have walked alone.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and usually find it quite pleasant. This time we did not have the same experience. We felt unsafe upon our arrival when there was a woman outside on the bench in front of the hotel doors, who was obviously very intoxicated and talking incoherently to us. During the night there was a group below us that partied all night quite loudly and by 8 am they were tying ropes from either the room above us or the roof top and we were quite nervous that they were trying to climb these ropes and would come onto our balcony which was directly above them. I did contact the front desk to make them aware of the situation. We quickly packed our things and checked out. Upon check out they did ask how our stay was and informed us that they had moved this group to the floor above us as they wished to stay another night. They did not offer any apology for this and I feel for the folks staying in the hotel tonight that are in close proximity of there room. On a positive note, the rooms are clean. I think we will find a new hotel to stay at in Regina the next time we are there.

Family friendly, clean room, great staff

Nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome with many options. Breakfast is not included but you can purchase it as an add on when you book for $10, and it’s worth it. Without the breakfast voucher we would have had to pay $20 per person. It ended up being $2.50 per head for our family of four. Well worth the excellent breakfast. They had pancakes, poached and scrambled eggs, made to order omelettes, yogurt, a variety of cheeses, croissants, oatmeal, cereal, hashbrowns, fresh fruit like melon and pineapple, olives, smoothies, and more. The service in the restaurant was amazing. The waitresses were very accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The only complaints we had were that it took 10 minutes of running the water in the room for it to become warm, and parking underground was $20. The area didn’t seem safe so I wouldn’t recommend parking on the street. We would stay here again.

This is a typical doubletree. All good. No issues with our stay. Although disappointing to see Hote parking was quite expensive, but I can’t complain because I knew that before we came.
