Great location

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Cleanliness was lacking- room felt out dated. It was not "dirty" but did not appear freshly cleaned.

You have to pay for parking. Ice machine didn't work. No restaurant for room service.

The front desk staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Her name was Quwa and she was just delightful. She answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcome. Aloft/Marriot has a one in a million in this person. She is definitely the person you want to encounter after a long travel day!

The lighting in the room was not great. You cannot turn on the light in the bathroom without the hall light coming on too. This is a problem when your traveling companion is trying to sleep. The other is the shower was not well thought out, there is no shelves or cubby holes for and personal items. The last was the lack of an ice machine on every floor. They are on every other floor and not all were working.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Os serviços de maneira geral são muito ruins. O cofre do apt estava quebrado, o serviço de limpeza era péssimo. Era necessário solicitar a reposição dos produtos de higiene diariamente. A cafeteira estava com peça faltante. O café da manhã era péssimo. Na verdade existia uma especie de loja de conveniência com alguns produtos (refrigerantes, iogurte, muffins, snacks) e alguns itens feitos no local. Apesar de termos pagos o café da manhã em nossa reserva, parecia que estavam fazendo favor em fornecer alguns desses itens. Esses produtos não eram repostos e não havia opções razoáveis. O Wifi no apartamento era muito ruim.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. It's also in walking distance to a lot of fun things.

Le personnel était exceptionnel, gentil à l’écoute et surtout très respectueux. L’emplacement ideal pour visiter Atlanta. La literie était top en revanche il faudra voir avec la climatisation qui est positionnée très bas et qui donne directement sur la tête.

Lighting in the room was poor. It’s my only complaint.

The location and price for this place is fantastic. Plus their outdoor lounge is a choice place to relax late night.

The facilities can be slightly damaged. There was a VERY large crack in my bathroom sink counter and upon arrival the internal batteries in the thermostat in the room were totally dead. Luckily staff were able to fix that within 10 minutes.

Good location, understanding staff. The staff are very flexible with parking and keep it under security.

Over priced, tv selections are terrible(guide didn’t match the channels), wi-fi spotty, housekeeping terrible (made bed, took used towels, didn’t replace them),noisy hallways

The lady OG who checked us in was amazing! We have a disabled adult and everyone we met went above and beyond to accommodate him. We appreciated it so much we stayed a 2nd night there and forfeited our 2nd hotel closer to where we were gonna be on the 2nd night and just drove the 20min back. Even thought the wnd hotel was already paid for and no refundable. But we are very happy with our stay! When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Had door lock issues both days. No ventilation in bathroom/shower. A/C controller either on heat or cool when needed it on cool.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the woman that was at the front desk when we got there she was very nice very helpful. Very polite. Loved her energy.

When we got there, the sheets on the bed and the blanket on the bed were dirty. There was a water all over the floor in the bathroom like somebody had took a shower and nobody cleaned it up. The air conditioner wasn’t working at first, but then it started working.

Room location - ground floor immediately next to very noisy kitchen. Broken EV charger. Shower door didn't seal causing water to flood bathroom floor.

The location is amazing, staff was so sweet, and the hotel was so affordable.

There was no TV remote in the room and our phone did not work but other than that we had an awesome stay

Excellent service, excellent stay and comfortable rooms.. looking to stay again soon. My initial experience with the first representation, Rajeal (Rahjel, not sure how to spell her name), but she was absolutely wonderful!! Loved her energy, her smile and her professionalism!! Please acknowledge her for her exceptional service! The second young lady worked the next morning and she was incredible too! Very very pleased!

Ogwa was the absolute best! She helped us get tickets for the aquarium while also giving us advice and things to do in the city! 10 out of 10 stay and customer service!

Ogwa was AMAZING!!! We loved her. She was so warm, welcoming, friendly, hilarious, and helpful. She told us about restaurants and attractions to visit while in town. She was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay and always was such a joy to chat with when we ran into her. I truly cannot say enough good things about her & she is the best part of Aloft Atlanta Downtown.

the room was nice. The accessibility to the Coca Cola Museum was great, easy walking distance. Food options in the vicinity were limited.

we did encounter some homelessness and mentally unstable folks near the hotel.

staff and location was great, lots of space for park your car (have to pay extra). size of room was good,

for hotel like this, it is unacceptable to does not have fresh breakfast option, just some premade and they heated up for you. room service for cleaning was not good, didn't clean very well. when we checked in room was clean but next day they didn't clean very well.

Its location was not bad.

There was no breakfast and the items they had to purchase were way over priced. Two blocks up the street is a very good breakfast place. There is no call button on the back pad to have someone buzz the door open. The staff did not know about MARTA and how it works.

the only thing i found off was the layout of the room with the sink and shower so close to the door in a way that, if someone were at the door and other guest is in the shower or toilet location or maybe a door to the sink would be best. Also no overhead lighting in the main space.

Good location. Need a shuttle service to convention center. Nice coffee bar would be great. Very pet friendly, love that.

Safety, walking can be challenging for some folks.

Niza and Sinatria were excellent and deserves monetary credit.

The staff didn't check the sheets before changing the linen. There were visible stains on the sheets and comforter, which I only noticed the next after I slept in them. Also I was told several times that certain items were out of stock ... half & half , Cesar dressing for salad and a few other things. Also no microwave in room.

We were at the aloft hotel in down town Atlanta for a convention and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and tidy as well as the facilities being lovely. The absolute highlight was the hospitality we received from the front desk staff, especially the concierge, Ogwa. In a way she became a highlight of our trip being very friendly, cheerful, and helpful as we asked for assistance in a way that was very memorable for its charm. Would love to come by again for the next convention that comes our way.

Not quite as good as the Aloft in Asheville, which had nice streaming speaker in the room, made to order breakfast selections and an elevated pool deck with a view

The hotel was exceptionally welcoming. They even had live music in the lobby one night, what a treat. We were able to unwind in the beautiful outdoor space. We played a game of pool in the lobby. The workout center was very nice. Wonderful place.

Very casual style hotel. I think it is good for travelers with limited budget. All the hotel staff were friendly and kind. The room was big (compare to my San Francisco/New York/Tokyo experiences) and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is large with man chairs and tables, and it has kiosk to purchase drinks and snacks which is very convenient. Walking distance (15min-ish) to the Conference Center.

The room was pretty dark at night (a desk has a desk light, though).

Very respectful and friendly staff, they were quick to lend a helping hand and is in a great location in ATL with very clean rooms and great view of the city!

10/10 experience, this hotel was able to cater to my every possible want and need. It was also very clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful. The curb appeal is also something that immediately grabbed my attention when I first arrived at the hotel.
