i thought maybe there was coffee shop in the lobby or even a coffee provided but must have missed it. I did not use the coffee thing in my room because I do not believe in wasting all that plastic.

Personnel pitoyable. Valet désagréable, qui refuse de nous dire ou l"on peut se garer car noter véhicule ne rentre pas dans leur parking. Son collègue fume un petard alors qu'il va garer une autre voiture. Sympa l'odeur dans votre voiture après. Réceptionistes ne disent pas bonjour et ne sont pas capable de vous situer sur un plan. Ménage pas fait. Odeur désagréable dans le hall, musique à fond !!!

Charge for valet parking, when could easily self park. Sink was dirty, looked like someone had been smoking in there and put their cigarettes out on it. No water in the room.

Price was a little on the high side.( pay of convenience i guess). Was no free parking even thought the hotel stay was almost $600 for 2 nights, so parking was $55 per 24 hrs. And was no complementary breakfast, they wanted $19.99 per person just for a breakfast

The new room is slightly better but still has the same high-pitch electrical noise coming out of the two USB ports on the power outlets next to the head of the bed. Had to cover them with pillows to reduce the noises.

The bed, the comfort of the mattress, the pillows, and the blankets were outstanding. Bar tender and restaurant staff were very professional and friendly.
I didn't appreciate being charged $55 for valet parking. I was there for less than 18 hours from check-in to check-out, so the amount seems excessive. When I arrived, I asked where to park, and there didn't seem to be any other option besides valet.

I didn’t like being charged for the insurance that wasn’t mentioned on the listing. Also, thought breakfast was included which was another reason for choosing the hotel. But it wasn’t and really overpriced. Would not have been an issue if mentioned in the listing. Other hotels seem to be upfront about these things but this one was not. Just didn’t like these unexpected charges! Also, not having a choice to decline the $50 valet parking. Again I understand it being downtown and wouldn’t be a big deal if they had been upfront about all the charges. Like they nickel and dime you every chance they could get but sneaky about it. Not cool.
