Room was cozy and comfortable. The location is nice, surrounding by river. Good maintenance and decoration overall. Breakfast was superb. Staff were all friendly and helpful

L'établissement est équipé d'un parc aquatique et d'une grande piscine, un bonheur pour les enfants, ils en ont profité tous les jours. La salle de sport est équipée de machines neuves et récentes. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon, beaucoup de sucré/salé, un espace pâtisserie pour les enfants. Nos enfants ont appréciés la machine à pancake ! Les chambres familiales sont très spacieuses, avec une séparation, parent/enfant, et une grande salle de bain (douche + baignoire). Le petit déjeuner en bord de rivière était magnifique.

La struttura è molto bella e la camera davvero accogliente. Ottima la colazione, con una vasta scelta di prodotti. Posizione buona.

Forse il tempo che il pomeriggio si rovinava e non ci permetteva di goderci la piscina.

”さすが5つ星ホテル！”でした。 街の中心地から少し離れたところにありますが、その分緑に溢れ、静かな時間を過ごすことができます。 プールの種類も複数あり、簡易ではありますが、ホテル周辺を歩く/走るコースもあったり、子どもが遊べる施設もあったりと、全ての人に優しく、そして考えられたホテルだなと思いました。 スタッフの方の対応は言わずもがなでしたし、朝食の種類の多さ、ロビーでのコーヒーやアルコールでの休憩、レストランの多さ、そしてルーフトップバーと、突然の雨や、あえてホテルでゆっくりするというプランでも充分楽しめるホテルだなと思いました。 部屋に関しても特に不便なこともなく、思い返しても”コレ！”って感じが無かったってことは、むしろそれは”快適に泊まれた！”ってことなんだと思います。

朝食会場やロビーのコーヒーやお茶がせめてチャンライ産のものだったらなーと思いました。特に明記されてなかったのでどこのかは分かりませんでしたが、あんなに美味しいコーヒー豆や茶葉が採れる地域なのであれば活用したり、しっかり明記されたらコーヒー、お茶好きももっと楽しめるかもしれません。

Everything ,location , staff ,cleanliness ,service it’s is all incredibly well done the management and owners should be congratulated as this is how a first class hotel/resort should be run Also cannot help but mention the food which is just incredibly tasty and well done and presented beautifully I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great getaway as the pool and kids areas are just magnificent. We would not consider staying at any other place in Chiang Rai

Choisi une nuit pour faire plaisir aux enfants, mission ultra réussie Côté adultes : personnel hôtelier top , chambres fonctionnelles et confortables . Petit dej tip top . N hésitez pas à vous éloigner côté restaurant si il y a du monde . La vue côté fleuve est magnifique. Tout le monde en profite à la réception et aux restaurants .

Pour visiter nous avions prévu de séjourner dans le centre ensuite et j’aimerais aimé ce déroulement . Les restaurants : service bof

Er is een zeer ruim aanbod bij het ontbijt. Alles is heerlijk. De kamer was erg ruim en netjes. De bedden waren erg comfortabel en zacht. De faciliteiten zijn super: groot zwembad, fitness, ... . Het hotel ligt vlak naast de rivier. Prachtig!

Het hotel ligt niet vlak in het centrum. Je neemt best een taxi wanneer je ergens in Chiang Rai wil gaan eten. 's Avonds is de weg naar het hotel erg donker.

Les prix des taxis excessif

WAW wat een mooi en groots hotel! Het lijkt meer op een groot sterrenhotel! Dit had ik niet verwacht aan deze prijs! Alles was top! Het zwembad was uiteraard het leukste voor het gezin.

Ook al is het TOP, 2 mini puntjes: * Westers eten van de kaart was niet zo top (wel de wafels bij het ontbijt, de lekkerste ooit en ontbijt ook goed!) * Jammer dat we rekening moesten houden met de uren wanneer het waterparkje open of gesloten was. Zwembad is non-stop open.

Er is een leuk zwembad met twee glijbanen! Het hotel is erg milieubewust bezig!

This hotel is amazing for families and small kids! Everything about it was easy and beautiful, from the amazing family suite to the glorious breakfast, the fun kids club and the super fun water park.

The only thing was the air conditioning on top of the big bed. Too strong even at the lower level and unfortunately it cause me a bad cold.

There was a lack of breakfast options, as the breakfast was predominantly Asian-style

Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat hun eigen niet opdringt maar weet hoe je de gasten moet behandelen. Zeer professioneel en excellente service. Ook heel kindvriendelijk met hun kidsckub en diverse zwembaden en aangepaste kids menu. Als volwassene kon je er soms jaloers op worden.

De opslagruimte voor de kleren was wat krap maar dit is wat muggenziften...

Hotel scheint aussen (Fassade) und beim Poolbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein (ausser die Zimmer, die scheinen ziemlich neu). Sie sind aber dabei, zu renovieren. Hotelpersonal (v.a. an der Poolbar, dort sogar sehr auffallend) recht demotiviert, das ist schade, weil insgesamt ist der Poolbereich nicht schlecht. Frühstück top, Abendessen im Thai Restaurant war nicht unser Geschmack.

Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid, propere kamer, groot zwembad.

Slechte isolatie (lawaai tussen de kamers en gang), ook veel storende geluiden in de kamer (ook van airco en ijskast). Minder voor koppels (eerder familiehotel). Tip: ontvochtigers nodig.

Hotel is clean and room are big, I really like the pool, lazy river and slush. Staff is helpful and I am sure will be back here.

I think on the room balcony should be ok to smoke cigarets and also I would add chair next to the pool smoking area since you need to stand while you enjoy your cigaret. And also small coffe table to put drink in the reception smoking area.

מקום מהמם, גדול, מרווח, חדרים מצויינים גדולים ונוחים. יש לילדים אחלה של תעסוקה בבריכות ובפארק מים הנחמד מאוד. צוות אדיב. ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיקום נהדר. מלון מספר 1 בצ'יאנג ראי. הכי מומלץ !!!

שיש חלונות שלא ניתנים לפתיחה. רשת בחלון ואפשרות לפתיחה על מנת לנשום אוויר אמיתי זה פיתרון שחייבים לחשוב עליו.

E’ un top resort tutto fantastico. La piscina in realtà è un parco acquatico con vista sul fiume…in Italia il prezzo per una piscina del genere costerebbe più del soggiorno… Dalla camera si vede il Buddha bianco

Per arrivare in centro anche se non lontano serve una macchina/taxi (80 bhat con grab, quindi poco male!)

הבריכה ממש טובה לילדים, יש מתחם אבובים שממש נהננו ממנו וגם מגלשות. מבחינת אוכל בבריכה הפיצה ארבע גבינות הייתה מעולה. המלון נמצא במקום מושלם מבחינת נוף מהמם.

טלויזיה לא חכמה אי אפשר להתחבר לנטפליקס, המיטה לא היתה ככ נוחה, אבל שכשאמרנו הם הוסיפו תוספת מעל וזה שיפר.

Très bel hôtel, parfaitement entretenu, avec un magnifique cadre au bord de la rivière. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et d’une grande propreté. La piscine est superbe et très agréable. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Chiang Rai tout en profitant d’un environnement calme.

Le petit-déjeuner offre un choix satisfaisant, mais nous avons trouvé que la qualité des produits pouvait encore être améliorée pour être pleinement à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel.

Beautiful location next to the river. It is a few minutes out of the main city area which ensures it is quiet at night.

The photos are a little misleading. The waterslides are not included and are not open for large amounts of time during the day.

Exceptional value. One of the best buffet breakfast offered in Thailand. Very comfortable, relaxing stay. Enjoy the serenity and beauty of the facility and surroundings as well as the hospitality of the staffs. The three in house restaurants offer delicious Thai, Chinese and high ended Western food. Very memorable stay. Definitely will return soon.

Pool so cold (May). Staff on reception were not very welcoming. Expensive shuttle into town.

Exceptionel service fra personalet overalt. De tog sig til til at snakke, nød det og huskede gæsterne. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dem nok, alle sammen. En golf vogn jagtede gæsterne så de ikke skulle gå de 90 meter fra parkeringspladsen til receptionen i varmen. Det fandt jeg ret morsomt og havde aldrig set det tidligere. Lækker lys lounge og cocktail bar med kager, bingshu og meget andet. God morgenmad, dejlige rum og god seng. God valuta for pengene. 3 restauranter, rooftop og hvad man kan ønske sig. En rigtig cappucino kunne bestilles mod betaling.

Jeg har ikke noget reelt at udsætte på dette ophold af flere dage.
