Sann Hotel

L'hotel è molto bello, lo staff parla inglese ed è molto gentile. La stanza è grande e completa di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. La colazione ha moltissima scelta, ma prevale il salato e i piatti orientali, poca scelta di dolce.

Very clean, excellent pool, very central and friendly staff.

Breakfast was the only let down. Most of the cooked food was cold and ended up getting food from 7/11 on the last morning. Beds are firm if you aren’t into that. However, it was good and comfortable enough for me.

​Ein rundum tolles Hotel! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war wunderbar ruhig und bot einen schönen Blick direkt auf den Pool. Der Swimmingpool selbst ist wirklich klasse und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Für mich ist das Sann Hotel mittlerweile die absolute Nummer eins in Chiang Rai. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Excellent location, very good parking area and overall is good for walking around chiang rai downtown and local market.

Everyone was very smiley and kind. We really enjoyed Chiang Rai. The room was very good value and comfortable.

Excelent location, good breakfast

AC was broken in the room I got, they put me in another one with no view, 2 lizards and with an AC which didn’t cool at all, was sweating the whole night. When I told them about it, they did nothing - didn’t seem to care about it.

Location was good, close to main street, food options, 7Eleven. Rooms comfy. Had a pool, not heated, so gets a bit cool but great to cool down in. Buffet Breakfast included saily.

No laundry facilities onsite. But found a 24hour Laundromat 5 mins across the road. Buffet breakfast had a limited choice and range, but good enough to keep everyone satisfied. Quality of food and service decent.

The rooms and swimming pool were great. The location was good too.

I emailed twice via booking.com and neither of my emails were replied to. Most of the time the receptionists were on their phones, which is probably why my email went unanswered. I appreciate that we have booked through a third party but the two other hotels we have booked in Thailand have communicated via booking.com. One of my messages included my dietary requirements at the time of booking, but unfortunately I do not think this was read as I had limited options at breakfast. We had just arrived from another hotel where they went out of their way to help, cooking special meals to ensure I had something to eat. When we were checking out there were people wearing masks going room to room spraying something on the floor - I have no idea whether they were pest control which may be a routine operation, but it was a bit of a shock when we were just about to leave. Overall I think this is a good place to stay, however the previous hotel exceeded my expectations and Sann didn’t quite compare.

Lukewarm shower. Never hot. Felt cold in shower. Half glass wall in shower allowed cold air in and water escaped onto bathroom floor. Not an efficient design.

Eché de menos algunas máquinas que vendieran bebidas frías en las instalaciones del hotel. No obstante, el problema se soluciona caminando a un 7Eleven a unos 100 metros de distancia.

Clean and comfortable facilities. Though the bed was too hard. But, there was not a smile not a greeting not a goodbye. Rude in a way and catered for Chinese clients/groups mainly. The buses read China tours.

Breakfast is very challenging, it is suitable for chicken soup and stir-fry eaters. In the morning I need cheese, vegetables and there was none.

Hôtel conseillé par un ami de Chiang Rai. Il correspondait à ce que nous recherchions. Le personnel était très accueillant, la chambre très bien et confortable et le petit déjeuner inclus était également très bon et varié. Petit plus : Le restaurant à droite de l’hôtel était excellent.

Le café du petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur. Étant situé sur une des rues principales, il y avait un petit peu de bruit le matin, mais supportable. Nous y avons séjourné en hiver, la piscine était un peu fraîche car assez ombragée.

Staff incapace, ho avuto un problema con il checkin dei miei genitori che non sono potuti venire per un lutto e alla reception non hanno risposto alla mia richiesta di rimborso o quantomeno di no-show proof per l'assicurazione.

Die Lage ist bestens, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich, das Personal am Empfang eher distanziert bis desinterresiert.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war bei unserem letzten Besuch viel besser. Man konnte uns keinen schwarzen Tee anbieten, nur Grüntee. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die Antwort wir müssen uns den Tee selbst besorgen. Das Personal im Restaurant spricht kaum englisch und ist nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Früher hatten wir diesbezüglich bessere Erfahrungen.

Tudo estava impecável, quarto e banheiro excelentes, extremamente limpo e confortável. Cama enorme com ótimos lençóis e travesseiros perfeitos. Funcionários muito educados e receptivos, sempre dispostos e com um belo sorriso no rosto! Adoramos!

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was adequate for the morning, but wish there were yogurts, but we manage. Special mention of front desk arrangements for transport were exceptional and superb. Thank you 🙏🏼 Yes, another notable mention, the new cafe coffee just open on the ground floor were exceptionally nice 👍🏼

Beds mattress could be latex instead of spring, which were uncomfortable for couples, as movements were felt whenever the other turn or move!? ☺️

Źle wygłuszone pokoje. Wszystko słychać z pokoju obok. Mało pomocna recepcja, słabo znająca język angielski. Brak kosmetyków w pokoju, ręczniki nieprzyjemnie pachniały.

La posizione centrale, vicino alla torre dell'orologio. La colazione inclusa che, pur non essendo ricchissima, aveva una sezione "dolce" adeguata. Pulizia ad un buon livello

La camera era relativamente piccola, per quanto comunque accogliente. Veniva messo solo un rotolo di carta igienica ogni giorno, e questo era un po' scomodo.

Fantastic location close to central Chiang Rai, and lots of great local restaurants. Lots of parking if you have a car, but a slightly odd reception area which looked like they'd set themselves up on tables as a temporary measure, all very professional people, but the impression was not great overall.

Very noisy coach loads of other guests, making loud noise in the corridors until 2am, and awake again by 6am.

Location, clean, large room, great view of temple, amenities, great breakfast, staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

El hotel tiene amplias instalaciones, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. Bien ubicado, el desayuno está muy completo. La atención del personal es buena, el aeropuerto está también muy cerca.

Perfectly clean, great service.

Air conditioning machine could not swing; so the bed next to the widnow was cold. Breakfast was ok.

Spacious, clean comfortable room. Buffet breakfast was good. Good location, easy 5min walk for restaurants and about 10min walk to night bazaar.

Reception staff polite but limited English so couldn’t ask about day tours etc. But not big issue as Th Jetyod has lots tour operators and is only 5min walk away.

Central location close to the clocktower and a short walk to most of the major attractions and the night bazaar. Rooms were beautifully clean, Staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was good. A really good price all things considered.

El desayuno era muy pobre en comparación con el resto de hoteles de Tailandia. Solo dan una tarjeta para la habitación.

El hotel es muy nuevo, la habitación amplia y la piscina. El restaurante de al lado pertenece al hotel y es espectacular.

Me pareció imperdonable que el agua de la ducha salía fría. Lo dijimos y dio igual, no te hacen ni caso. El personal es muy holgazán y está más pendiente del teléfono móvil que del trabajo. Había una cucaracha muerta junto a las tumbonas de la piscina y allí siguió toda nuestra estancia. Eran rácanos a más no poder, les pedías cualquier cosa y te la negaban, pero eso si, les pedimos una tarjeta llave más para no cortar la electricidad cuando salíamos y nos pidieron 500 thb de fianza y en efectivo. La limpieza era bastante justa. El desayuno más de lo mismo, está bien pero totalmente desatendido. No reponen si no te quejas y con su calma, primero el teléfono móvil, después el cliente. Para decirte tener 4 estrellas deja bastante que desear, sobretodo por lo flojo que es el personal.

Bed was moderately comfortable and the time of year allowed area smoke and other odors to fill bottom floor because Thai’s open doors for atmosphere to enter, including mosquitos 😳
