Accomodating staff to move me to a more updated room

Parking isn’t clearly allocated and sometimes other people park in front of your room

Nothing top place to stay in.

Staff were super friendly and location was perfect. Place was consistently kept clean and was very comfortable. Thank you and much appreciated ❤️

Exceptional customer service. Flexible with checking and checkout times. Was very quiet too considering on a main road.

Beautiful place to stay

Nothing

Wonderful renovated rooms, very helpful obliging staff (Weeda). Have stayed twice and would thoroughly recommend. We will be back!!

Beautifully clean rooms, simple set up but had everything you needed. It was very quiet in the room, considering you are by the main road.

Location was perfect for what I wanted.

No complaints.

It was central to a lot of places we were visiting.

The door into the shower/toilet needs a bit of crc on the hinges as makes a noise when opening in room 7. Otherwise was a very comfortable stay. Thanks

Clean room has everything you need. Comfortable Bed and easy self check in .

So convenient to go to media stadium very central.

Comfy bed!! Close to Mt Smart. Our room was right next to the road but it was still reasonably quiet.

Easy to book our accommodation with excellent communication online with staff. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. Great Location

Nothing to add

Perfect for what I needed. Well kept and recently renovated. Will definitely book again.

I wasn’t aware of this place sooner.

in the dark the signage was hard to see. perhaps some solar light would help

Clean and comfortable.

Wasn't so sure about the high ceiling and room temperature.

Comfortable beds, location to Sylvia Park,

Sometimes the staff aren’t readily available.

Inside units were clean Beds comfortable

Wood flooring was cold - needs a rug or just take ones slippers No extra linen (blankets) Outside units needs a bit of tlc

Central to shops and quiet

Everything is satisfactory

Most comfortable bed as always nice and easy check in , very clean and love staying here when we go to the warriors game,

Tv didn’t work but we didn’t care just thought we would let yah know!!

Room was very clean and organised. All facilities as advertised

The area wasn't great, but no fault of the hotel

Nice and tidy , nice location

Perfectly located close to Waipuna Conference Centre and Sylvia Park, and not far from airport. Easy to get around. Excellent communication, very tidy facilities, great guest services.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was a lovely room, seemed very clean, then my daughter found heaps of bed bugs😬 check your sheets whanau!

Nice, clean and modern refurbished room.

No wine glasses!

Value for money. Location. Comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed.

Shower pressure - a very minor dislike overall.

Location and good size rooms. Bathroom was lovely renovated. All I needed.

New, clean, well equipped and close to everything you need, easy parking. Great communication.

Clean, self-check in, spacious room and bathroom

Didn’t have a sink in the “kitchen” area for dishes

Clean

I like everything

Excellent place to be comfortable clean everything was above and beyond

All was excellent

Clean and quite -nice getaway

Clean spacious and had everything you need for nights stay

Restaurants aren’t close enough to walk too

Room is very clean and very spacious.

A great location and a well kept clean site. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfy with great accessibility. Highly recommend@

Just missing an iron. Don't usually need one, but did on this occasion. Not a necessity but maybe available on request from reception?

Easy to get to Sylvia Park. A field to walk around just down the road. Nice modern feel. Easy access on the ground level.

Service is not always available so if you need something like towels, make sure you check what times the staff are available before you need them so you’re not caught out.

Location suitable walking distance to superrette. Comfortable bed.

Shower had xonsiderable amount of fluff on the floor. Had to rinse it down on first day of use. Was worried my feet may pick up something. Floor cold would have to bring sluppers next rime.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower and toilet was great. Good parking and the lockbox for the key is a great idea so we could arrive after hours without disturbing anyone. Very clean and a handy location for Sylvia Park.

There was no sink for dishes and no glasses provided for our cold drinks. We had to rinse out our coffee cups in the bathroom sink each time. There was only enough coffee and tea for two cups.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable and well positioned.

I would have liked a bigger table in the room to be able to work properly on my laptop. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I thought my days of budget type motels were over, and I always associate them with breeze block walls, a shower from the dark ages and brown bedspreads. This place was many steps up from that! It was simple and basic but clean and comfortable. Some thought has gone into the decoration and the essentials were all there. The bed was comfy, the linen was clean, and the bathroom was roomy. The area is not pretty, but we chose it because it was so close to IKEA and that was the purpose of our visit. We expected road noise but actually didn't hear any and had 2 quiet nights here. The self check in was a first for us in a motel, but there were no issues at all. The communication from the motel was excellent 👍

The bathroom floor was very clean but it felt a tad sticky on bare feet and had a vague aroma of chlorine. I'd much rather that than a manky floor.

Clean room and nice bathroom

Location is not good I really regretted not staying in the city because there was nothing to do in the area and I didn’t feel like I could just walk about - it’s on a high way and light industrial area - nothing to fault about the place itself though, just not a great area

Nice spacious apartment room for family of 4. The room was clean, and described as exactly in the description upon booking. As it was a last minute booking we were grateful for the availability. would definitely stay again and recommend for others especially if you are a family of young ones. The motel also did self check in/out. And gave us good instructions on how to do so.

Nil.

Newly renovated, clear signage with lockbox and numbered units. Super easy and very nicely renovated

Clean ,modern good location

Cost effective basic clean accomodation

The parking was very convenient outside units However unfortunately other guests were very inconsiderate taking up 2 spaces including our designated unit space As to not to inconvenience other guests we were caused to be stressed inconvenienced and unsure where we could park without breaking rules or inconveniencing other guests ! Not ideal after a long days work

Very clean and minimal…lighting in living area poor..

The spacious, warm and clean room :)

I especially loved the responsive customer service, spacious and warm one bedroom apartment, gave lots of room for the four of us to comfortably stay. All facilities cleaned to a high standard and I would stay here again :)

Ver,y Central

Very clean, tidy and easy to find, accessible.
