Absolutely nothing. Was horrible. Not worth looking at. We couldn’t even stay. Walked out and stayed somewhere else

Very run down, old broken some rooms spelt of damp carpet. No restaurant or bar open. Could order an evening meal but limited time frame. Casino lots of undesirable people.

Rooms looked tired and the air conditioning was very noisy. Advertised as having a restaurant which wasn’t the case

Handy to where we were going

Restaurant was closed an didn’t know until arrival. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Rooms need to be upgraded an painted very old.

Very friendly staff

Fantastic staff went above and beyond. The restaurant was closed so they brought a microwave and dining ware to the room for us. The pool and spa area was very spacious and inviting. Ample parking. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Some maintenance needed in the hallways, and the interior stairs to reception need some attention.

No road noise … excellent shower pressure. Comfortable beds.

Uneven ground outside. Constantly adjusting the temperature in the shower.

There was a party being hosted at the hotel the night we stayed so it was a bit noisy.

We wanted to go in the spa pool but it smelt a bit strange.

Two mattress joint together to make one bed but when joint separate , then gap in between mattresses not comfy, heater was not good, light not work properly , I called for dinner in dinning time , no one pick the call, bad smell of humidity, shower room too small .

The hotel is advertised on Booking.com as having a restaurant, however we were told it had been closed for last two months. So no food! However being five minutes from Otahuhu we found an EXCELLENT restaurant "Secret Thai Garden" Wonderful Thai food.

False advertising! The restaurant is no longer open yet doesn't mention on the websites. I had surgery recently and wanted a staycation with spa and the restaurant close by. That was my main reason for booking and I get there and restaurant closed since May 2026! Still has the menu on the website. Totally false advertising. I dont like bad mouthing local business but this was not on.

Could hear everyone entering/ exiting the block where our room was allocated. Had to move bed to opposite side of room so we could get some sleep. Bathroom plumbing not working properly. Toilet blocked causing drainage from shower to overflow Complex needs Upgrade overhaul.

Heater wasn't working properly, room was so cold. No warm blanket, just two sheets and a light blanket in between. No microwave to heat any food. Beds were uncomfortable because its was two singles put together so there's a gap in the middle.

Great value for money, safe and secure. The staff we interacted with friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, with good curtains so we were able to sleep easily.

Some of the car parking is a bit tight. Our room seemed to be designed for 2 single beds so the light switches and power sockets were not in the right places to be convenient. The bathroom is small but has what you need.

Its more noisy the people walking around..And the bed maybe its a two single beds that combine them to get double bed and when we slept its like onee bed separate

The front desk staff was very welcoming. Parking was easy and available which is a rarity in Auckland. When there was an issue, the staff handled it right away, no wait time.

In the first room I was in, the sink was broken and loose on the vanity. The heat pump was broken; it wouldn't work, and the front desk staff could not get it to work. The new room I was in had a working heat pump, but it did not seem to put out anything beyond moving the air, and the room was incredibly stifling. The bed was supposed to be a king-size bed, but in fact it was two twin beds pushed together with a single sheet. This created an INCREDIBLY uncomfortable sleeping arrangement if you moved to the middle, and there were no box springs, so the mattress also sagged. I got an awful night's sleep. There were smokers all around the front because there is a gambling room there which made it really gross as well.

That our room was serviced while we were away for the day.

The parking was full upon check-in due to an event being held so I had to return afterwards. The room was cold. It took over 2 hours for the heat pump to warm up the room and most importantly, the heat pump needed a well overdue service or clean. The vents looked like it needed really good sterilisation of some sort. Not only that, the whirring noise of the heat pump during operation was irritating. The lack of soundproof in the room, especially for the main door entry. Anyone who walked past and was talking could be heard & woke us from our sleep a few times throughout the night. Bath towels were sized as if they were for children.

I had bugs in my room couldnt tell if they were cockroaches or some other type of bug but there were a few in the room and heaps in the bathroom. The tv remote was broken & so was the window handles. The floor was disgustinly dirty & everything just looked so run down and old. Beer bottles in hallway & neighbours fighting. Highly disappointed.

Great shower but no place to put the soap, shampoo or body wash.

Very quick poor quality tidy up. A bit more effort and it could be a reasonable stay. Heat pump sort of works but its a bit loud.

I know that there was an event but music was to loud but everything else was wonderful stay

It was tidy

No soap in the bathroom, bed was uncomfortable, and you could hear everyone walking around above you on the next floor and people talking in the next room. We ended up leaving and booking another room elsewhere for the night.
