Staff are always so lovely and accommodating, the rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, we always love staying here!

This is my hotel of choice in Auckland. Even street side rooms are quiet. Great pool, lovely area, excellent evening menu for bar snacks

Was in for leisure but in a room Uber the restaurant which meant chair scraping and people walking noise prevented a sleep in. Ok on a work day but on a leisure day it wasn't flash.

Guy at reception was a delight. Room was one for us when we walked in. Extra milks given happily.

Need more than a thin rug on a cold night for those of us that don't like to have the heater on all night. The step up to the shower tricky for elderly.

Gute Lage.

'Frühstücksbuffet' war sehr, sehr minimalistisch. Im Rührei steckte der Löffel von den Baked Beans. Sonst gab es nur Birnen aus der Dose, Toast und eine kleine Müslistation. Und der Kaffee, wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann, war wirklich sehr schlecht. Am schlimmsten allerdings war dieser Typ der das Frühstück bewacht hat. Der war so unfreundlich! Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!!

This hotel is really comfortable. We arrived after midnight after reception had closed but there is a lockbox system with the room key in so very easy to check-in. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the supplied toiletries sublime. All the reception staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area Would definitely return in the future.

I love the location. Quiet, beautiful part of town and only minutes from everything. It has been renovated, so the rooms are lovely.

I enjoyed staying here. Very easy checking in and a comfortable clean room.

It would be great add USB sockets when the room gets an upgrade.

location was good for us. View from the hotel was very pleasant. We didnt have breakfast. waitress in the resturant was very pleasant and helpful despite having to tell us 4 times that what we wanted was not available.

We stayed two nights. I would have thought that they would make the room up for the second day. The resturant was not up to scratch . We asked for 4 different things before we got what we wanted, Everything we asked for ( on the menu) was not available

The room was spotless. Love the location. The building smells fresh. The bed was very comfortable.

The cups were very small. We had to buy our own mugs to get a decent cup of tea or coffee. The extractor fan in the bathroom, toilet was only on at selected hours, not when needed. The TV sound was not crisp and clear, a little muffled.

Newly renovated room overall.

The shower is elevated too much. It would be difficult for seniors or guests with weak knees to get up & down from it.

Very close to the Auckland Museum we were visiting. All staff we interacted with were very professional and pleasant. Room was nice and I thought it might be noisy with the road next to my room but night time was quiet.

Unfortunately when we stayed they didn't have the buffet operating for breakfast but the breakfast menu was ordered from was very good.

Perfect downstairs room

I have a thing about my bed being stripped and remade every day. Always have. Put the sign on my door on Saturday at about 8am for my room to be tidied, thereby expecting my bed to be made. Returned after 3pm and my bed was not made up. A bit disappointing as I thought I could be spoilt this time while staying at your facility. In brief, I like a tidy made up bed every day. A quirk I have!

Goede locatie, goede parkeergelegenheid en alle benodigde faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Tevens een goed restaurant bij de accommodatie!

Kamers zijn relatief klein, wat niet heel handig is met veel bagage.

Staff were friendly and parking was good

Previous occupants had flooded the bathroom and wet the carpet in our room. Carpet was very wet and smelled awful. Let ataff know and was only told they would let the handy man know. We had to sleep with the windows open for the smell and weren't even offered any recompense

Easy access to Spark Arena

Room was on road front so was noisy with traffic noise.

Great modern rooms and facilities. Free car park and close to city centre.

perfect location for the city and spark arena, . Shame the concert was cancelled. Thank you for letting us leave the car in the carpark for the day after while we went back to town. saved trying to find a carpark in the city. so helpful. customer service - excellent . :)

Couldn't turn the tv on. Having a brief note on the tv or wall would be helpful.

We are regular visitors to Auckland and always stay at the Rosepark. It is perfectly situated , modern and immaculately clean. Breakfast is superb. Staff are warm and friendly.

I was genuinely shocked at how good it was as the price was so good, lovely big room all renovated with lovely bathroom, huge bed, great air con and on site private free parking was perfect for my stay

The drinks menu from the bar was quite limited, what you'd expect at the movies and there were no sugar free mixers

I've stayed here before but it was a few years ago. I like the improvements made to the decor, the new bathroom are lovely. Our stay was very comfortable, thank you

I wasn't entirely happy to have the security fee of $255 put onto my credit card for a one night stay. That pending charge has sat on my card for 4 days now and I hope it disappears very soon. I travel overseas often and I've never experienced this charge before. If I stayed at a different hotel every night while on a road trip and they all charged this expensive fee it would be a real issue during my holiday.

Staff was really nice. I had an emergency regarding my luggage for a long international flight and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Rooms and breakfast were both good.

The hedges being trimmed just after 7am this morning. Road noise was tolerable but the hedge cutter was very annoying first thing this morning!

Breakfast was a bonus and delightful 😊 the rooms were super clean. 10min walk to spark arena

Lacked towels we had 2 queens in each room and only 2 towels in each.

Staff at the front desk were lovely, comfortable beds and appreciated the room was warm when we arrived. Easy to park and location was good with a 15 minute walk to Spark Arena

The position near the Rose Garden, comfortable room and bed. Nice breakfast in the morning, helpful reception staff. Nice pool though not used. Parking included. A pleasant stay.

Due to the fact we parked under the large palm tree our car was covered in bird mess, but there was plenty of other parking so fine if you avoid that spot.

It was handy and had parking. We had a 5.00 am start so it was easy to leave key at a drop box.

Someone on the shift before gave away my room,so after delay got another one.Not up to the standard of room I booked months before.For three adults,with 2 queen beds.End up with 2 king singles.Night manager good,got another room for one of us.Have stayed here for years,very stressful and disappointing.

Location and ease of commute to our events

We loved the location. It was central to all places we needed or wanted to go.

Our tv wasn’t connected to the wifi and we weren’t able to connect the chrome cast either so we couldn’t put a movie on for the kids. We had our own devices though so we weren’t too worried.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

The main road next to our room was a bit noisy. The shower it's self was great but you have to step up to get in and out which I found a bit dangerous. On one of the days, the cleaners threw away my magazine which was on the table - I hadn't finished with it and was annoyed.
