The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre

We loved the views and space and staff very nice

Cant think of any thing

Everything

View of carpark

Everything and the view.

Location was ideal

Took a bit to work out air con, but once figured out, allgood

Everything and all about this place was great

Was nothing I did not like at all

Great location, we asked for a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the harbour and we were not disappointed. The views were amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. An added bonus was ordering food to pick up from the hotel restaurant to enjoy on our balcony.

The balcony was great although the air conditioning cooling fans for both our room and the room next door were facing inwards to our balcony blowing the warm air inwards

No microwave in room unless you get the 2 bedroom

Location amd price

Nothing

Very comfortable bed, nice and tidy, nothing too flashy but great value.

Older unit but very clean, large room. Free parking

We didn't have breakfast but the view was great and the peaceful location. We've stayed several times before and always enjoy the experience

I can't think of anything

This place never disappoints, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the car parking is free and its in a great location close to great restaurants

It was really nice room had a city view which was lovely really nice staff and decent breakfast would definitely stay here again

Parking was a bit limited but that was because there were conferences on at the time found one near the door slightly later

Great value Great View

Nothing

It is a bit isolated for walking to any restaurants etc. other than the onsite one. Rooms are a bit dated

Spacious and clean room. Beds were comfortable. Location was great.

There was a faint weird smell in the kitchen. Not sure what it was.

Beds were very comfy.

Parking on steep downgrade

views and tranquility

Welcoming abd helpful front desk people. Spacious room with view, balcony. kitchenette, lounge area and spacious bathroom. Attached restaurant good menu and friendly staff. Excellent location for central city activities. Would highly recommend.

Could do to have non-lactose milk options for breakfast buffet.

Great view, nice room and everything we needed. Also we were given a bit of extra time for check out which was nice.

It was all good.

Clean, staff are friendly and welcoming.

Parking

I have just spent 21/2 months in NZ visiting family and friends. I spent the first 4 nights in Parnell and found that the Parnell Hotel was perfect for me, so I returned multiple times during my stay in NZ. Each time it was a treat to move into one of the rooms, which was always clean, fresh and airy. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good the few times I ate there. I felt very safe in this area and there was always parking available for my car. The shower was very good, the soft towels, the comfortable bed and the cozy linen all helped to make my stays perfect.

The Parnell Hotel is a great place to stay. I have spent multiple nights coming and going as i make my way round the country.

the room was perfect for me clean had everything i needed

nothing

Very clean, great location good size and value for money

The good location and clean rooms

Excellent spacious room, ideal in which to relax before our long haul flight the next day.

Good room with balcony. free car parking for two cars was a big saving.

Nothing

Location, parking, value for money and view.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out process. Comfortable beds. Close to the city.

Easy access to motorway, city etc. Good parking. Great city scape view

Nothing

Service was exceptional from reception to restaurant. Room was spacious and comfy and quiet but the best was the food - duck entree and pavlova dessert was sublime

Nothing, the Parnell is one of the best places to stay in NZ and I travel all the time ka kite ano

I feel safe here & as a business woman travelling solo, that is important.

Location is amazing

To be honest, the property is well maintained, clean perfect for what we needed.

Had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the food from the Restaurant and service Thank you.

The room was very clean and tidy with the bonus of having a restaurant on site which we had a meal at and was very good and the service was excellant

not much

Great location, ample parking, facilities in kitchen were good enough for a few days.

This is our third stay at the hotel and it is perfectly located with great parking. We were in the older part of the property but the room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean and well appointed.

We were on the South side of the property away from the sun and the view. The room seemed a little dark but it was clean and comfortable.

Great location, great value, roomy apartment with stunning harbour views.

No complaints at all. Our regular hotel when visiting Auckland

Excellent location

Excellent service. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and we had a balcony which was great for our young son who could see the sky tower. Very happy customers definitely will stay here again.

Close to the city. Great view

Units cleaned to a very high standard. Beds Comfortable High chairs excellent for those with hip and knee pain

It was a bit cold for our stay and did not find any extra blankets. Kitchen adequate and very clean Needed help to sort the TV at 8 pm a very nice young man knocked on our door and was polite and helpful Rated 8 because of the lack of blankets We we visiting Auckland for multiple hospital visits and it was an easy drive. We will be back. Many Thanks

Regular Quiet Free park Close to cafes etc

No microwave in units

As usual a lovely spot to stay, and a very understanding and helpful staff.

Shower wasn't great-hot water took a longtime to come through. TVs sound was very quiet-i was with elderly ladies & they couldnt hear it Bed was very firm

Clean, room service, no daily clean which is a great initiative for sustainability, milk provided

Room, views, breakfast ,& dinner.

Room service for dinner & breakfast.

Better lighting would be good

View was perfect and had a large wardrobe with lots of space. Really sunny room and great having the balcony.

Have nothing to say about what I did not like as there was nothing.

Easy check in comfortable beds breakfast was lovely staff was amazing view was nice as well

Nothing

Windy night, caused whistling in the windows that disturbed us. Not able to prevent it, so reported next morning.2

The room was excellent value for money - nice and spacious and well 'kitted out'. The location is excellent.

I left an expensive facial mask in the room and emailed the day after I left to notify the hotel and ask if it had been found. The response was that it would be looked for, but I never heard back.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable. Restaurant on site was excellent

quiet, comfortable, fab views

Always enjoy our stays here. Helpful staff, great view and excellent value.

The super bright lights outside the rooms ( and the significant gaps around the doors) allowing way too much light at night in the rooms. Also means it’s a bit draughty. Perhaps a bit of draught stop would help lots.

Free park Close to food Quiet Excellent staff

No microwave in smaller units

Location and staff.

You did not get a reward, even though your always come back Hotel all the time. To me it is like my second home in Auckland.

性价比还不错，带阳台的房间很大，有一间房间和一间起居室。

设施比较老旧，卫生间马桶反味。

Very noisy. Can hear everything happening next door and outside. Gap in the door. Tired. Dark rooms.

地理位置优越

部分基础设施老旧 需要更新

The location is fantastic. Clean and tidy.

Location safety comfort

quiet, well appointed, great view from allocated room, easy parking.

L’emplacement et le parking sur place. Le personnel aimable à part un monsieur.

Hôtel qui vieilli assez mal, un monsieur responsable au petit déjeuner assez intrusif.

A very handy location, especially given we had a car. Place was very clean. Room amenities were fine albeit dated. The standout for me was cleanliness - super clean, and I'd say good value for money. Not quite a budget hotel, but not expensive.

We liked the view from the room over the harbour.Location is superb, very quiet. The restaurant served excellent breakfasts. Very handy to downtown City.

We could not think of anything we did not like
