Close to Spark Arena.

Our bathroom was very dark.and airccon was very noisy.

The bed was the best part, it was comfortable and it made be sleep immedaitly.

Nothing, it was all perfect. Cant wait to come back.

Onsite parking as advertised was limited - car parking building was down the street but full for an event. Shower was great pressure but over a bar tub which was quite high so would be difficult for some

Bathroom! I’m 5’5” and the shower rose was at my forehead and the toilet below my knees, really unusual . The door had a gap so when my son tried to close the gap he became stuck in there. The man came immediately to help but then proceeded to tell us to slide the door very slowly to avoid it happening again. Apart from that the room was lovely and tidy/clean.

I still havn't received my bond back and that is very disapointing.

I liked the lil balcony’s, would’ve been way better with a chair out there. Liked the red shower curtains and the little cute teas and coffee they had to offer and the fact it came with milk and we got $25 credit for restaurant/bar.

There was a stain on the top bedding on the far bed. There wasn’t enough room in the bathroom and it was a bit of a funky setup. The balcony was TINY I wanted to sit out there in the morning

The bathroom need an up grade the shower in first room was black with mould and dried milk splattered over cupboard to fridge. The second room had broken tiles but was cleaner. Interior of your hotel rooms needs up grading .

Very noisey pipes in the walls going off every few mins, kept us awake, bathroom needed a good clean, shower was broken, tap sprayed water on floor when turnt on and on yourself, dirty mirrors

No parking available. Staff at reception not that good - maybe it's a Sunday, conveying "I'd rather be not here at work" behavior. Better to have one with welcoming personality. Also noticed smell of marijuana in the corridor and it's non smoking level. Shower over the bath can be safety issue as bit high and you can missed your step on to bath mat without grip. Better to have a hand rail where you can hold on to. Risk for falls especially for elderly and those with some mobility issues.

Staff were all good, $9 Uber to Sky City, and easy Motorway On/Off ramp

Handy location, close to plenty of amenities. It’s very close to everything, while still being quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was everything we needed — clean, warm and cosy. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower was great too. We were in Auckland for an event and only made the decision to go a couple of days beforehand, so we were really pleased to find this accommodation. The price was also very reasonable, which was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff were absolutely beautiful.

The fact that there were no car parks to buy had to go out on the street and park at my own risk of damage or theft. My room wasn’t very nice. But my other room I bought was nice.

Some traffic noise. I think the price reflects that it's a bit tired and needs to be refurbished..despite this I would definitely stay again.

Great location, fabulous helpful and friendly staff, great rooms, small balcony, what more do you need.

Mainly first in first serve for parking, we stayed there three nights and were very lucky we had parking all nights we were there even though we came and went often. Luck of the draw on the day otherwise not much to dislike.

The check-in was very friendly and efficient. The room was large and very clean. The view was very good. The bathroom was large and the soaps and shampoos were good. I like the bar and the happy hour was great value - 4-6pm daily. The bed was very comfortable.

It was quite a walk up Anzac Ave but I did catch the 27 bus, and it made it easier to walk down from the bus stop.

Great location to both the hospital and downtown.

The location was perfect for the reason we chose to stay there. The Breakfast was lovely, even my son who is a fussy eater loved it. It was the most food he had ever eaten for breakfast! The room was adequate for our nights stay, very clean and tidy.

The toilet in our room was low and felt lopsided. It was actually on a slight lean to one side which made sitting on it feel awkward. We were also only given 2 towels for 3 guests. Parking was a nuisance. There wasn't enough parking for the amount of rooms available. Clearly this hotel would mostly suit people who need to pay for a taxi or Uber driver to get to and from the hotel if they aren't walking. We live 3 hours away from Auckland and drove to the hotel so catching a taxi or Uber wasn't beneficial for our trip. We were also annoyed that we had to pay $30 extra for parking. The cost of parking should be included in the hotel room fees if a person requires a car park. It wasn't nice to be surprised to have to pay more for parking. There was nothing explaining this clearly in my booking of the room. Upon booking the guests should be asked if they require a parking spot upon their stay. This way the staff will know how many parking spots are available and who to allocate them to if needed. The other annoying thing with parking is if you decide to leave the hotel car park in your car at any time you risk loosing your car park to other hotel guests. There was no allocated parking offered. So you pay extra for parking but you aren't guaranteed the park the whole duration of your stay. This we found frustrating and stopped us from leaving the hotel to do other outings.

The property should offer free parking, and they shouldn't charge customers for it; otherwise, it should be clearly mentioned on the site before the booking so that customers can look for a better option.

Reception staff barely talked to us on arrival, did not get explained anything. Had a $25 credit to use, tried to get coffee at 9:20am but everything was already packed up. Rooms are quite small but comfortable enough.

We love how close it is to Spark Arena so is our preferred spot for concerts. It’s always clean and comfortable. Staff are kind and approachable

Super minor, last time we stayed we had a large mirror in the room, and this time we didn’t have one. Which makes it tricky for two gals getting ready. However. Like I say, super minor and we managed just fine.

Room was very tired and in need of an update. It looked clean but old and in need of repair, bathroom panel was damaged and glued back together.

The room needs a bit of TLC, it wasn’t as the pictures were presented online. Furniture was a little broken, with poor patchwork for holes in the walls and upon moving the bed, the floor wasn’t clean underneath. Bathroom was small, no real ventilation and was not like the pictures I saw online when booking.

Staff not informing me of a 25 dollar food drink voucher that was included. When checking out was ask if I’d used it and when I replied wasn’t told then the staff member dismissed it as went room as been settled goodbye! I had booked this months in advance and somethings need reminding on arrival Was not informed the hotel bar closes at 2100 as a resident at that time I would have thought the bar would be open past. Did not see that on the booking advert

The shower was leaking at the top of the spout and when I mentioned it they didnt say anything and proceeded to process the payment

Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved.

I like the location, handy for our function place. Staff were so lovely, also the parking was great. We can see our car from our room. Parking was way cheaper than other hotels that we stayed. Breakfast was not really bad selection.

The staff were extremely friendly, the buffet style breakfast was delicious, close to spark arena, affordable bond, comfy bed, great water pressure in shower, easy to navigate.

I didn’t have any issues with the property at all.
