The family and I loved our stay. Very nice hotel and facilities. Staff was great as well. Very helpful.

Great location. 6 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Near so many great restaurants. Also had a nice mini breakfast to go bar, Fitness Center and cornhole outside.

Our room remote kept unconnecting from TV as if it was a shortage but that’s our fault because we didn’t say anything. Wasn’t in room much anyhow. And the linens underneath were either too small or shrunk because they kept coming off.

Great location, large room, well-maintained fitness center, has a self-service laundry for $3 a load.

They charge $25 for early check in even though occupancy was less than 50%. Unfriendly lady working at the front desk.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, especially since I was next to one of the facility's entrances. Check-in was easy and quick. Individuals at check-in were friendly and very helpful. They gave me a ground-floor room, and parking was right outside my room. So I could keep an eye on my Harley.

It was a little hard to find the facility. It’s behind a gas station adjacent to Main Street in Flagstaff.

It was clean and tucked away off the main road.

The turn in was a little uncomfortable if you’re coming the wrong way.

I loved how clean and nice this place was. We stayed two nights there of our road trip.

The only negative thing I can say is the beds were not a true queen size. We had two people to a bed and it was not as comfortable.

Deaf people like me should enjoy their stay anywhere equally accessed as we all know that. However your TV's to gain access to close captioning custom preferences are so limited that my wife and i couldn't enjoy watching TV with captions that are not to our likings. Afterall, everything's great. Just don't forget the tiny things to satisfy your future customers in any way, shape and form.

I liked pretty much everything! This hotel was by far my favorite out of all that I've booked through this app. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! I loved the scenery around it, the pool, jacuzzi, comfortable beds...

It was pretty confusing because they attach the entrance along with the gas station so it’s very likely for people to get confused with the turn so not a big fan of the location. Other than that, everything else was comfortable.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst. Uns hat besonders der Pool- sowie der Gartenbereich gefallen, wo man sich ausruhen konnte. Mit dem Auto ist man zudem innert 5-10min im Zentrum von Flagstaff sowie für Wanderungen liegt man tip top.

Die Dame an der Reception war nicht gerade motiviert / freundlich.

All the accommodations provided were amazing.

Great location. Room was clean, quiet, nice amenities and a bar. Entrances are odd. Just turn into the Circle K or Dennys restaurant it will all work out.

The location was excellent for our needs. It had places outdoors to relax.

There was no complimentary breakfast. Very limited choices to purchase.

The fitness center, staff, and facilities

Thin walls, you could hear everything from a door closing to people talking in the hallway, hearing footsteps from the hallway on the second floor.

Comfortable bed. Nice room.

The $35 incidental charge that’s not disclosed (I’m on a TIGHT travel budget) and I had to scramble to accommodate that charge. It’s a hotel that will nickel and dime you to death.

Beds were super comfortable, very quiet as well, great place to stay if your looking for a great sleep

Did not like much. It was located a couple minutes from the university we were visiting with our daughter.

We checked in the later evening , and there was no parking left, that was because a U-haul took up 5 spots. The front staff at check in was not friendly . We ended up having to park in the employee parking lot. The room was right next to the door that got slammed shut many times early in the morning when people were going to the breakfast area. Bed was uncomfortable, and the room did not have a remote for the tv or a hairdryer. We asked for a hair dryer that night and no one could find one, even after being told staff checked the empty rooms. First thing in the morning. I called the front desk and she brought one within 5 minutes! A gal at the desk upon checkout was the nicest one. Just not a pleasant experience.

The front desk staff, Jesse, was extremely helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

The jets in the hot tub were not working and I had called previously to confirm they functional.

The smell of the room. I was given a handicapped room, it smelled old n like dirty feet. I wasn't handicapped, according to staff this is all they had. Not acceptable Parking was awful

Jennifer was amazing, her energy and friendliness was beyond welcoming. The hotel itself was awesome, I definitely will be staying here again.

Rooms are small, and the location is slightly inside. Not easily visible from the road.

No proper shelf in the shower, only a foldable table. No air dryer, no bottled water. You need to ask the receptionist for everything.
