Great location. Easy parking.

Room was missing 5 of the 6 pillow cases. There was only one clean bath towel. No hand towels and no wash cloths. There was a dirty bath towel in the bathroom. They moved us to a clean room.

Comfortable beds and nice shower.

Cement walkways could have been cleaned.

It was available on a busy weekend, the check in staff was nice. Parking and location was good.

There was no toilet paper, a hair ball in the bed, bathroom door did not open well. Towels were sad and few, there was something smeared on the headboard and just all and all seemed dirty and it made the stay uncomfortable.

The location was nice. Next to shopping and places to eat. Waffles were good but additional fruit would be nice.

Pool and hot tub wasn’t working, found 2 plastic cups behind the bed. One was on the box spring. Floor around beds were very dirty. I only know this because we needed to move the bed over a bit. Hair dryer didn’t work properly.

Breakfast room was terrible. Congested, no coffee for a long time, when coffee was finally remade it was terrible coffee, toaster was not straight forward and most people couldn’t figure out how to use it, poor food selections with no proteins, only carbs, waffle iron stuck so bad no one could get a waffle out , plastic utensils ran low to out. After 2 mornings like this, we went other places to eat or bought groceries for our room which incurred expenses we didn’t think we would have as a we had counted on a breakfast being provided. It will stop us from staying here again.

Petit déjeuner très limité. Sur le site officiel, l’hôtel est classé 2 étoiles et non 3 comme indiqué sur Booking. Expérience décevante.

I was disappointed with my stay at the GreenTree Inn Flagstaff. After checkout, the hotel charged around $25 per room from my deposit without any explanation. No additional fees were mentioned during the checkout process. I tried to reach the hotel directly, by email, and through Booking.com, but every attempt was ignored. I'm leaving a low rating because a hotel at this level should respond to a guest's inquiry — and future guests should be aware of this before booking

I had to eg to get room cleaned and even when I was on the list it was never done… staff also did nothing to fix it

We only book hotels with pools and spas. Upon arrival I waited at the desk while the front desk person was busy texting on her phone. 2 minutes later a second person appeared and checked me in. Upon payment, I mentioned it would be nice if the hotel had posted that the pool and spa were closed. She said: "We don't have a pool." The problem was that I just parked in front of the pool/spa. She again said that "We don't have a pool." A flagrant lie as far as I was concerned. It was late afternoon on a Sunday and had just driven 300 miles and was in no state to argue about it AND the fact I wouldn't have booked this hotel. Breakfast the following morning ranked as the second WORST hotel breakfast of the 100s I've experienced. In addition, the Guest Directory clearly stated breakfast runs until 10. We arrived at 8:40 and it looked like they were closing up. The staffer said it ends at NINE AM. I pointed out that the Guest Directory says 10, to which she stated it ends at 9. The food selection was SPARSE, not even sweet breads. The bagels were likely among the worst.. No proteins and not as pictured. The room doesn't have a lounge chair or a table. Not the cleanest either. I will never book here, and if the reviews had been honest, I would not have considered this Hotel

No place to sit together. One desk chair with a small desk. I had to sit on the bed. It hurt my back. No clock, ice bucket, paper or pen, the advertized pool and spa shut down (we came with our suits). Breakfast was terrible. We saw a color picture advertising their breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon. None of that was there. Just carbs. Bagles, cereal, and waffles with a faulty waffle cooker. In our room the floor felt super dirty so I took a wet paper towel and wiped about a 12 inch area. The towel was black when I looked at it. It was awful and I want a complete refund.

We wanted to check in 1 hr early. I had specifically said my arrival would be around 2 pm. When we arrived the parking lot was empty and the receptionist looked bored & would rather charge us $35 rather than accommodate us. The shower floor also had a weird angle & was very slick when wet. Also, the shower curtain did not keep the bathroom floor from getting wet. It would have been nice to have a meat or egg choice for breakfast. Fresh fruit would also be appreciated

I always stay here when I am passing through Flagstaff. I have stayed here multiple times. The continental breakfast is fine, and the rooms have been renovated recently. Unfortunately, some high school kids trashed their rooms here and they had to raise the damage deposit. If you are looking for a place to party or wreck, please go elsewhere. This is a decent and well located hotel (near the freeway for travelers).

The floors were dirty. I spilled something, used a towel to clean it up and the towel was BLACK. There was also hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

EV chargers available, very clean room, nice shower remodel.

Walkways could be cleaner, breakfast was just ok. Noise from highway was just a little too noticeable.

The location was great!! Flagstaff is beautiful and this motel is right in the middle of restaurants and conveniently across the street from a Walmart. We loved our stay. I would stay again!

Breakfast!!! I would have liked eggs and sausage as well. I am someone who focuses on eating protein and the breakfast at this motel did not serve this. This is something I would change.

Excellent value. For a 2-Start hotel we definitely got our money's worth. It was clean and had great service. The beds were very comfortable. Any issues we had are things you'd expect from a 2-Star hotel.

We could hear dogs barking and babies crying. The hum of the air conditioner muffled most of it. Ear plugs helped make a good night sleep. The parking is directly next to the rooms so we heard people walking past the room early in the morning and trucks starting their engines. It was a good alarm clock. I could have gone back to sleep if I wanted. Again, these are to be expected from a 2-Star and didn't diminish our trip at all.

Got a ground floor room which is what I wanted.

Don't know if they had an ice machine, Wish that the breakfast was offered until a later time.

Location was excellent, within walking distance was a Walmart to stock up for hiking & road trip. Access to Hwy leading to Sedona....( A must see) 😁. Plenty of linen, comfy beds. Breakfast was good and they served at 6am...we had to get back on the road early! Safe travels 🧳 to all❤️🙏

Shower was just slightly dirty, corner had some crust otherwise it was over pretty clean. Shower door slider was very free moving and we weren't used to that so it banged a bit on the wall, but that was probably more do to our inexperience with this type of shower door.

The staff was great and the location was good.

The property is very run down and the rooms definitely need to be painted and cleaner. The breakfast offered cereal, bagels and waffles. No proteins except yogurt. But the coffee was really good.

The staff was kind and recommended a dog friendly restaurant. Felt safe and location was convenient.

At least try…the place is dog friendly but no where but in the lava rocks to take them to the bathroom. The rooms need to be updated for the cleaning staff to even have a fighting chance of making that place look ok. There was gaps in the flooring in the bathroom. The toilet might be refurbished from a first grade classroom cause they were abnormally close to the floor.

Terrific location. Property is a little bit under-maintained. But it’s definitely a handy stop in Flagstaff. Absolutely everything you need is close by. Staff is friendly too!

Hate the bright white LED bulbs in the rooms. I actually brought my own warm white bulbs. But aside from that the rooms are spotless.

The breakfast was a disaster. Bagels, but no cream cheese. Crowded with no place to sit. Other guests were rude and pushy, with several cutting in front of people. Almost ten parking stalls were taken by some guy with a trailer, who parked right in front where there was already limited parking.

It was clean and a good location. The young man who worked at the desk and breakfast area was great and was really working hard.

We didn't get our original room that we reserved. The blinds were broken and taped together. There was a lot of noise from the other guests. You had to walk outside, around the building, to go to breakfast in the lobby. The breakfast area was very narrow and small. The offerings for breakfast were minimal.

Property was within 20 feet of I 40 which is an extremely busy traveling area for semi’s all night long and we might as well have dad the door open all night because it would not have made a difference because there’s no buffer for the sound of heavy traffic

This is a great budget hotel to stay at close to the airport. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and they have a nice breakfast. They even had popcorn for us at checkin!

Horrible breakfast. No fruits, no bread, and nothing else, except some juice, water, coffee, cheap yogurt, and waffles. It was a VERY bad breakfast. The rooms facing the highway have no noise blockers. It was impossible to get some descent sleep. The bathroom fan was making horrible noise everytime we turned the bathroom lights on.
