Don’t have any dislikes. Very family oriented, if you’re looking for an adult getaway, it might not be the place for you. But it was perfect for what we needed.

gute Lage, tolle Aussicht, aber das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist einfach ziemlich alt backen und dementsprechend ist alles irgendwie abgenutzt.

zu viert haben wir ein Bett plus ein Schlafsofa bekommen. mussten für Bettzeug nachfragen. Schlafsofa war durchgelegen, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Einfach keine Option für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse, sorry. Das Hotel ist an allen Ecken und enden einfach abgenutzt und alt. Gebrochene Fliessen, Griffe die angenutzt sind, Farben alt, nachgebessert usw ... Bei dem Preis und dem Namen muss man was anderes bieten.

The convenience of being so close to the wedding venue and the location on the water front amazing. We had a small glitch in the first room and management accommodated us into a new room immediately. Thanks for the warm welcome and making our experience a great one.

Only thing we were concerned about is the lack of handicap parking, we had to park a long way away from the side of the hotel we were staying at because all the handicap spaces were taken. And also charging us $18.00 a night for parking.

The location was excellent with each room having a view of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation!

The view ,tbe food was great . Had the cowboy ribeye, it was very tasty.This asparagus was good, also ordered the pizza, which was also really good

Really disappointed that I had issues with having to be bothered by maintenance.Because I couldn't get into my room right away.And they had to come back and fix the issue.And also disappointed that I couldn't use the hot tub, which is one of the reasons why I booked at that hotel.So I can enjoy those comforts. They should notify people who book that it is out of commission. Thank you,

Spacious room overlooking the ocean, comfy bed and pillows. Parking was easy, staff was very helpful and nice. Price point was perfect and the hotel was located near many places for dining or activities. The A/C in our first room was not cooling down. The manager immediately came to the room to assess the situation. He put us in another room and made the situation right. While there he was very friendly and gave us suggestions for things to do in the area.

Even after moving to another room, the a/c was still not the best. It was better than the first room but still struggled cooling the room down to acceptable range. When using the battery operated fan that we brought with us, the temperature was more manageable.

The pullout sofa was not comfortable. The king-size mattress was great.

My room didn't have soap, conditioner, and the remote didn't work. I don't believe it was cleaned properly which is disappointing because we checked in after 7pm. There was ample time from last check out until our arrival to properly stock the room with the basics.

I absolutely loved it here. The staff were all very freindly, helpful, and knowledgable. It had a very family friendly vibe. The rooms were impeccable and right on the water and the beach was beautiful.

That it rained for part of our stay. :)

Loved the pool area and the bar at the location.

I am in a wheel chair and there was no ramp access to the beach. We also had to wait an hour past the check-in time for our room to be ready. Most of the staff was friendly but there was a couple of front desk clerks that were not.

Loud music played by guests at the pool. We had ask the front desk to stop it, 2 times. It was very loud, making it hard to have conversations.

The rooms were comfy and great. They were perfect for our stay. The beach view was beautiful! We loved our stay and will definitely be staying again!

I hate the bathroom door in the room was only slightly frosted so you can see when the person is on the toilet or in the shower . I stayed with my children and future son in law and felt it was inappropriate and had to get tape and garbage bag to cover door so you couldn’t see in - the room itself was clean and comfortable

Room was not ready by 4pm when checking in.

Breakfast buffet, a bit overpriced for the food that was offered, there was no juice or fresh vegetables which I would expect for that price. Very limited selection in terms of dishes

This hotel is very nice: clean, great location, great rooms with a great view and very nice employees. Food is a bit pricey and their coffee has a lot to be desired, even though they just started a new brand trying to improve on it; my recommendation in this day and age is to get a coffee shop in the hotel, as they already have outside customers using their beach area by entering through the hotel.

Das Personal am Frontdesk war nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich, ebenso das Personal im Restaurant. Das Internet war gut und schnell. Das Bett waren schmal, aber bequem. Die Lage, das Hotel ist direkt am Strand.

Das Frühstück ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, keine Wurst oder Käse, stattdessen nur gebratene Sachen. Hervorzuheben sind Serials und frisches Obst. Man kann auch Bestellungen aufgeben. Am zweiten Abend fanden wir Haufen von Sand in unserem Zimmer, eindeutig platziert, warum auch immer. 10 Dollar Trinkgeld hatten wir hinterlassen, welches auch weg wer. Noch am selben Abend kam jemand, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Man hat uns angeboten, daß wir den Preis vom Parken erstattet bekommen, welches aber ein paar Tage dauern kann. Alles in allem ist das Hotel ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Alles sieht aus, wie aus einer US Serie aus den 80ern. Am Tischbein ragte ein Holzsplitter hervor, Verletzungsgefahr. Das Bad ist altbacken. Der Balkon ist klein, aber die Aussicht ist toll. Alles ist ziemlich hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, das man Nachts nicht schlafen kann. Aufgrund dessen haben wir sogar das Zimmer wechseln müssen.

Everything was wonderful. The location, nearby restaurants, grocery store options, staff were friendly and eager to assist.

The only con for my family was no complimentary continental breakfast. We did not use the restaurant. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the suite but no freezer part so we were limited at what food we could store.

Its an expensive hotel and then you have to pay for parking and pay extra for "included breakfast" and pay if you want to sit in the hotel chairs on the beach kind of crazy

Hilton owned are always the best. Very comfortable here, plush beds, restaurant, bar, nice pool, on the beach. Ate at the restaurant twice. Clean, fantastic views.

The bar and the hot tub were my favorite things on the property! Also, the food was really good, especially if you didn’t want to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant.

Our stay took place in April 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was unsatisfactory. We encountered cleanliness issues, including bugs present around the sink area. Additionally, my wife contracted ringworm during our stay, which raised serious health concerns. On the third day of our stay, at approximately 6:00 PM, we were unexpectedly disturbed by persistent knocking on our hotel room door by maintenance staff seeking to perform a television modification or upgrade. At the time, a “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed on our door, and we had not received any prior notification from the front desk regarding this work. We declined entry and contacted the front desk to seek clarification. The front desk staff apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged that maintenance should not have been conducted that late in the evening. We were also informed that a notification card should have been placed in our room regarding the television upgrade. While we were out at dinner later that evening, maintenance personnel entered our room without our consent and completed the television modification. Upon returning, we discovered that our room had been accessed in our absence. We were fortunate that no personal belongings were missing; however, this incident raised serious concerns regarding guest privacy and security.

Desde que llegamos tuvimos inconvenientes, yo pague por la pagina y al llegar a la recepción del hotel nos estaban cobrando otra vez , le dijimos que ya estaba pago , pero igual se paso la tarjeta de crédito y nos cobraron 70 dolares no sabíamos de que por lo del parqueadero eran 20 , en fin vamos a ver si hacen la devolución del excedente. Gracias

Great location right on the beach made for a wonderful stay - easy parking and access to pool and beach. The room and facilities were very clean, even though a few signs it’s older.

The door to the balcony was very tough to open! And the inner door between the bedroom and sitting area was also quite stuck. Having the coffee supplies refreshed daily seems like a reasonable expectation on our part for a two night stay. Also be aware that it’s $18/day for parking.

Parts of the property is showing age or wear. With proximity to the ocean, things get rusty and worn. Need to keep up on fixing that kind of stuff.

The seaweed came in & the hotel didn’t clean the beach. After 2 days the smell was unbearable. Not only is the smell offensive, seaweed emits a hydrogen & sulphur gas that caused my husband to have severe lung issues. His o2 level dropped to 80 & he could hardly breathe. We didn’t realize what was causing it at the time. If the beach had been cleaned it would have been a perfect stay.
