There is a $30.00 resort fee that is not mentioned until you check in.......the shower had mold,the hall carpet was taped with thick electrical tape. Tacky. I just found out they withdrew two payment $150 over the last bill. Now I have to deal with that.

I loved the view, the restaurant, very nice facilities. Everything met my expectations.

The only feedback I would have is the faucet in my bathtub dripped 24/7. The balcony door paint was peeling really bad and the AC unit cover was super rusty. I'd still give 5 stars though because that is pretty normal of beach hotels. Also my guest thought the room smelled of mold, I definitely noticed a strong smell but I am unsure of what it was.

The room was very clean, the meals were good, breakfast was excellent, and the staff worked tirelessly.

While we were there, the power went out once—it was a major outage that lasted until morning. It went out at 7 p.m. and lasted until morning, and the elevator broke down twice; one elevator was already out of order, so we had to use the fire escape. The fire escapes were very dirty—they definitely need to be cleaned.

This hotel is FILTHY! The white curtains were black on the bottom from touching the dirty floor. We saw two cockroaches in our room. The bathroom was gross and dirty and the light around the mirror was half burned out, the bath towels were practically see-through they were so old. And There was a bad smell in our room The pool was so dirty you could not even see the bottom and the tiles were grimy and dirty. Also it is in terrible disrepair, it needs a lot of work...Leaks in the hallway, chipping plaster etc. on the plus side the staff was very nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good

My home away from home . I love the welcome back Sherrie ! It really stands out that the staff takes the time to talk . I visit this area every 3 months and highly recommend. A full service bar , amazing restaurant and entertainment Wednesday to Sunday every week . The parking staff is amazing as well. Very friendly and prompt with retrieving your car .

Think twice before staying here. This should not be called a Resort, they charge a daily resort fee to customers. Only nice its the beach front location. The parking is a mess, you can use the valet or self parking across the street, dangerous to cross on foot and there is a bridge, better be in good shape to get up those stairs, anyway valet or self you still getting charge the Resort fee. There is no complimentary breakfast, you can pay an expensive one. The room, tiny, no much space to walk and some of the rooms are badly configured when you enter to it, you will notice immediately, also no luggage rack, no microwave (only one at lobby for all guests). The AC on the rooms don't go lower than 74 Fahrenheit degrees no matter you set thermostat to 67. Bed is good, bathroom is ok, could be better. Security, bad, lack of it, no cameras on hallways or elevators, poor illumination at night. I partially enjoy stay because had to do changes to family vacation like running to close drive thru every morning for breakfast before kids get up.

It was an amazing staycation. Starting off with a wonderful greeting from Nia. She is the one who handled my valet. Check in was a breeze with Jacob. I will definitely be doing this again!

They lost our car key. They do not know where our car is parked. Still standing outside trying to figure out who has our car key and how we are going to get home.

This place was old and not worth the money. They also charge a $30.00 resort fee for things I didn’t use and forced $8.00 per day plus tips for valet parking. Instead of a complimentary continental breakfast, they charge for powdered eggs waffles and bagels. Not very appealing. The room did not have a microwave and when I requested one or a room change, I was informed that I could bring my food down 6 floors to the lobby microwave. The outside tiki bar has great entertainment and a casual atmosphere, but you're treated like a leper even if you smoke way out back in the corner. Most of the bar staff were friendly and accommodating except for the rude bald kitchen manager who suggested I stand in direct sunlight to have a cigarette and the drinks are expensive. The room itself was older looking but comfortable and the bed and pillows were decent. Overall, it was average and I would do some research before booking. There are a lot of nice places, and you may want to consider air bnb or one of those types of places and spend your hard-earned cash on yourselves instead of an old building.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a smiling and very accommodating front desk associate Shawndy. She had our room available and gave us an upgrade to a balcony room. When I told her we were celebrating my birthday, she gave us complementary breakfast for the two of us. She made our entire check-in process a breeze. We enjoyed the day at the pool, listening to live music and strolled the beach for a while. It was a beautiful day and an enjoyable atmosphere. I was happy to know that your pool is non chlorine. We were to meet our children and grandchildren for a birthday dinner and decided to have them come to the hotel and eat at Longboards. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. I went to the restaurant earlier in the day to ask the hostess if they could reserve a space in the limited inside dining area for the 6 of us in a corner booth area. She said she could not accommodate us, as it was first come, first serve. When we got to the restaurant at 6 o’clock, of course, that area was taken, but the whole area was very warm, which it wasn’t earlier in the day. When we asked to move, the hostess seem very flustered, but seated us in the breakfast dining area right in the middle of the room, where everyone comes in and out from the outside dining area. When we asked if we could sit a little more privately, they would not accommodate us. On to the service, our server started out OK. he took our appetizer and food orders. The appetizers came out on time, fortunately. But after that, we never saw him for over an hour. He would breeze by our table, and never stopped to even acknowledge that our food has not been served to us yet. Even with servers coming in and out of the dining room, nobody acknowledged that we had no food. It’s hard to ignore six people at a table in the middle of the traffic area, but we were. After an hour and a half we finally got food and it was all lukewarm to cold. My husband ordered a hamburger and the bun was hard as a rock. Worst meal ever. However, to redeem our experience, we decided to try the breakfast, since it was complementary. What did we have to lose? However, we were surprised at how great the breakfast was. The best part of our breakfast was our server Asli. She was attentive from the moment we sat down till we left. She had a smile on her face and was so accommodating to every request. She is the textbook definition of what a great server is. Our food was tasty and timely. We couldn’t believe we were at the same restaurant. The hotel room was great, no issues and we appreciated our balcony upgrade. Music was loud at night, but we didn’t mind. Just wish the pool was open a little longer. Check out with Shawndy went just as smoothly as check-in. She still had that smile on her face. You have two excellent employees that we had the pleasure of working with.

Upon arrival we were able to check in early that was good... Lunch on Friday we had Molly as a server she was excellent, food was good... It all went downhill after that

First night no toilet bowl did not work... how to use the public restroom... took them till the next morning 2 hours to fix... Went to dinner the second night and sat for 45 minutes staring at four empty tables while we waited for hours and then we were escorted to a table that wasn't even cleared yet while those four tables that empty... the waiter that night was unattentive and acted as if he had some place else to be... food was good... Pool was crowded with unsupervised children... heard several complaints... Last but not least the room was supposed to be an upgrade instead we got no balcony one single chair in the room no table for two people and no place to sit outside... I can assure you we will never use Crowne Plaza again...

Our Valet Nick has served us many times as we go in and out of the hotel several times a day and he literally runs across the street to retrieve our car. He is always polite and courteous and a gentleman who always opens and closes my wife’s door. Parking is always a quick and pleasant experience with Nick.

We liked that the hotel had a restaurant and a Starbucks, though the latter was small and had limited selections and hours. We wished the restaurant/bar had longer hours as we are late night people.

We would have liked the sheets to be changed after a couple of days, which the hotel was unable to accommodate. Vacuuming should have been done since this is at a beach location.

A very bad experience: we arrived to find a dirty fourth floor, with a clogged sink and toilet; the breakfast staff were unfriendly; and the outdoor restaurant service was slow and the food poor. I really do not recommend it; it is in need of major renovation.

As a frequent traveler and a Platinum Elite with IHG, this has to be the worst Crowne Plaza ever. I would have to commend Jacob who checked us in. He has very professional and accommodating. However, everything else after that for our 3 night stay went downhill fairly quick. From missing luggage rack and conditioner in the shower (and maybe an ottoman) to malfunctioning elevator, customer service was sub par. We texted and requested about the missing conditioner and someone replied several hours later and told us housekeeping was going to deliver it but never came. Had to literally chase down housekeeping myself and asked for the conditioner after two nights without it. Then upon checkout after expressing all those concerns and dissatisfaction, no apologies offered whatsoever from the front desk personnel. Food service at the Longboard restaurant was a mix experience. One of the morning breakfast was served by a somewhat rude server who seemed annoyed when we asked for refills after our juices we ordered were only half full to begin with. However, beach experience was great with credits to Julian the chair and umbrella staff who was very accommodating and helpful. Management should hire more people like Jacob and Julian who make customer service experience delightful. Property is also dated with ceilings at 7 feet high and only 6 feet in the shower. Location was good right at the beach.

Alsi was amazing! So kind and courteous and welcoming. We would love to come back here. The live music was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very lovely. You’re a stone throw from the ocean and you have a wonderful pool all nestled inside of the hotel. The shuttle is very inconvenient. That would take you not to the airport, but also anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. The host Shannon was so amazing and special thank you to Tia at the front desk for excellent customer service. Close to MLB airport, close to Cocoa Beach.

I did not like that check in was 4:00 pm & room was not ready till after 5:30pm. We were on the 6 th floor with a balcony & picture in booking. Com showed ocean looking from room instead you looked at another hotel . Yes you could see ocean once on patio looking to the right but the sound of A/C compressor down below made it not so pleasant. Also the water pressure in shower was so weak you could hardly wash soap off.Also you have no choice but to have facilitate facility’ park your car @ $30.00 a day plus $8.00 a day for valet.

We loved the pool and so glad it was clean and warm. Ocean view and live music was my joy of the trip. At breakfast Asli was a wonderful waitress! She was so friendly and checked on us often even with a busy breakfast rush. Martin was so kind and helpful he took care of any and all troubles without us even asking. He provided wonderful customer service and greeted us like a familiar face when we came back the next day. We loved the Starbucks option and it even had reasonable prices seemingly less expensive than a stand alone spot. Valet was great and fast. Nick did a great job was personable and explained the app quickly but thoroughly . Front desk gal Tia was awesome . She Gave local recommendations and handled any and every situations promptly with empathy. She is such a kind fun personality with resolutions to any issues. Also her positive energy is a great way to start a vacation . Small negatives : We were bummed the gelato and Starbucks were closed early at 7pm. And also bummed the pool was closed by 8:30. The lights had to be off for sea turtle nesting which is adorable but why are the lights inside the pool not sufficient enough to keep it open ? :( no towels at the pool 2/4 days. Restaurant was out of many items at dinner on a Saturday holiday weekend . Cleaning staff was not friendly or thorough. They left the cleaning supplies bottle in our room, never emptied the dehumidifier (I did it each day) and didn’t bring the extra coffee we asked for at the front desk and when we saw them in the hall an hour later to ask they said “we can’t give you any call the front desk”. overall it is a wonderful place to stay and the view is unmatched ! The friendly staff mentioned above far outweighed any of the “life happens” things and made it an overall great experience. Positivity is contagious and they did a great job.

The room I was put in (376) the A/C couldn’t be turned off and after the first night I finally just unplugged the air conditioning unit to find out the outlet was melted which is probably why it wouldn’t turn off.

The drinks at the restaurant were very overpriced and were not good even a pina colada didn’t taste like anything. The restaurant needs probably more staff because they took a very long time. The pool its small

The pool was small, music overly loud. The restaurant filled up very quickly in the evening and was recommended the restaurant next door which was not comparable.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and perfect for a one-night stay, which is exactly what I needed. Check-in was easy and the overall experience was comfortable and convenient.

The shower pressure could have been much better, and the balcony view was a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected.

I was there for a conference where every meal was provided. The food and beverage staff did an excellent job. They were just amazing. They were flexible when our schedule went earlier than expected and were always very pleasant in the service they provided. Marisol, Jordy, Denis, Rene, Claribel, Julian, Wilber, Miguel, Lidio, Sebastian are amazing and should be commended for their diligent service.

We’ve stayed here twice now. This last trip was literally because we were nearby and wanted to come back and eat their fish tacos! Beautiful atmosphere, great food, great bar, pool is clean and heated, and obviously the ocean views can’t be beat. Highly reccomend!

Our room was wonderful, clean and spacious. Any time we needed anything a staff member would get it for us immediately and with a smile.

My room was right next to the life band that played extremely loud music until late at night. The hotel felt very dated. I pulled up to check in and the valet guy told me I had to park across the street without offering me a parking pass. I logged all of my heavy luggage onto the overpass into the hotel and then got a new parking pass and walked back across the overpass to put the tab on my car and then return back to the hotel and difficult to unwind after working all day due to the loud music.

Great hotel the restaurant area when it gets busy makes it difficult to use the stairs to access the beach the vip was outstanding the short young man that works the evening shift is tremendously friendly and kinda made the stay great by asking how we doing etc restaurant food it’s 8 out of 10 for me would definitely stay again.

We had a great "staycation" at the Crowne Plaza! Valet parking is now included in the resort fee as of January 2026 and everyone in the valet department was outstanding. The sign that says $8.00 for valet is for people visiting the hotel, not guests staying there. Even though it is an older hotel, the rooms are nicely updated and all the rooms have vinyl flooring. Longboards is such a beautiful place to have your meals and the band on deck on the weekends is a lot of fun. Our room faced the pool area so we did hear the band but it was okay with us. The pool is small but it was still fun. All of the staff from front desk to valet to restaurant to housekeeping were very nice and pleasant. We really had no complaints and would love to visit again.

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbdürftig, Möbel defekt, alles rostig. Auf dem Zimmerboden befanden sich Kaugummi und andere Essensreste, im Bett fanden sich mehrere Haare, nicht von uns, die Toilettenspülung und die Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht. Im Restaurant haben wir drei Mal gegessen. Jedes Mal hatten wir schmutziges Geschirr (die Gläser waren überseht von Fingertappen vom Vorgänger, an den Terrln klebten Essensreste, an der Gabel hatte es Konfitüre, obwohl wir gar keine assen, auf dem Boden im Restaurant im Innenraum lag eine tote Kakerlake). Die Gänge zu den Zimmer wurden schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, nicht mal gewischt, sie waren von Schnurz übersäht (Dosen, Besteck, Essensreste, Plastik, Flaschendeckel, usw.). Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, aber im Service überfordert und wenig hilfsbereit. Sehr schade. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir davon ausgegangen sind, weil es zu einer Hotelkette gehört, mit welcher wir bisher sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Dieses Hotel war leider ein kompletter Reinfall

Brittany was outstanding. Dont let her youth and friendliness fool you. She is a professional in every aspect. Every single detail was simply perfect. As the father of the groom it was my first time planning a wedding. Brittany made it so easy for me. I have run major organizations in my career. I can easily recognize people's abilities and more importantly their passion for what they do. I knew I was in the right hands the day I met her ! The food was fantastic. I received many compliments about it from my guests. Our sincere thank you to the chef and his team. The service was also top notch. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It seemed like they wanted our night to be perfect. And they made it so. I dont write reviews much. But these folks deserve all the accolades i can think of. Our night with them and the planning beforehand was outstanding Thank you from my family You guys rock !

Good info to help choose your rooms! -There are 2 buildings. The south building has 5 stories with exterior corridors. The north building has 8 floors with interior corridors. The majority of “Standard rooms” have side facing, ocean views in both buildings. ***This info is for the north building (of 8 stories) in rooms overlooking the pool; we didn’t check out the rooms in the other building. ***Rooms ending in 22 - (822, 722, 622 ect)*** are definitely smaller, but at the very same rate / price point. -From a front desk rep & also a manager we learned a “significant amount” of fire rescue equipment has been built into a “closet-type room” taken from ALL the rooms ending in 22. That info IS spelled out on the floorplan maps located on each floor by the elevator. - If you request a room closest to the ocean in a standard room, you will likely get a room ending in 22. They are next to the “ocean front” rooms, but are definitely smaller. The other nearby rooms have basically the same view but notably larger. (Tip: you can learn - (and see) a lot - speaking with the nice people in housekeeping.) -Hope this helps someone else! Also of note: -the pool is between the 2 buildings & often in the shade. -our shower door never stayed closed, always sliding to the other side so always a wet floor. Apparently true in other rooms. Lots of lovely places nearby so doubt we’ll return.

We had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Oceanfront Melbourne. We were there for a business meeting and Erin, Brittany, Miguel and the rest of the team took great care of us & met all of our needs. They were friendly, responsive, & went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

The staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, it offers the most beautiful views of the sunrise on the beach.

The property has a great atmosphere with a relaxed and welcoming ambiance. Its location is extremely convenient, just steps away from the ocean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

The main issue we experienced was with cleanliness and room supplies. Overall, the property did not feel well-maintained. The hallway carpets, walls, and furniture appeared dirty, and there was a noticeable humidity smell throughout the hallways. Inside our room, both the floor and balcony needed a deep cleaning. The floor was dirty upon arrival, and we even had to clean the balcony chairs ourselves before being able to use them. We were a group of five, yet only three towels were provided. There were no extra blankets or sheets available for the sofa bed. Additionally, housekeeping did not service our room at all during our three-day stay, and we had to take out our own garbage each day. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic room supplies significantly impacted our experience.

Rooms need major upgrades and maintenance, specially the ones on floor 4. Our room had a stained bathtub drain that would clog. The bathroom door is unleveled and you had to lift it in order to close the door. The cabinet under the sink is falling apart. We kept seeing dust bunnies all over the floor, it seemed like it has not been swept under the bed headers. Elevator kept getting stuck on the 2nd floor and there were no pool towels, after asking the front desk for some they never brought a fresh batch out and we left soaked because the towels never were replenished. The complimentary breakfast buffet was average, they had rotten peaches and bananas in the fruit baskets.

Room was very clean and comfortable. No asking for towels or having it cleaned it was just done. Had a balcony view of the ocean. The shower in the newer side of the hotel was walk-in and were very nice. That staff was super nice and extremely helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good every day.

OMG there is this overpass for pedestrians to cross that is super steep with stairs. The overpass is totally necessary from 7:00 a.m. to at least 10:00 p.m. due to heavy traffic. They do offer valet parking if you are unable to climb the stairs. So just be aware.

A beautiful, well maintained facility. Beautiful sunrises observed from the balcony. Guests do have to use valet parking at the door, self park is across A1A so it's a bit of an inconvenience. fyi

This is a terrible hotel . The lifts are out of order . The front desk never answer the phone . They are very unhelpful and wanted to charge $60 for a late check out even though I’m an ITG member .
