booking the room using booking.com is very bad the option is not clear at all the hotel have smoking and non-smoking rooms but it is not showing in the booking application and the bed options is not clear due to that the hotel give me a smoking room in smoking floor and there was no non-smoking room left but the staff give me an upgrade as compensation still the smell comes from the air conditioning vents every morning at 11 AM there was some knocking noise i think some construction noise

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026One thing which really stood out was how nice, courteous & helpful the staff are. Special thanks to Mr. Islam from housekeeping who really went out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed every aspect of our stay, his eye for details & genuine care was simply exceptional. The suite was great, comfortable & almost felt like home. Although we had Gold Lounge Access, we enjoyed dining at the other outlets. The property includes a small shopping mall which has a cinema, convenience store & several coffee shops/restaurants, this adds great value when you have kids with you.
The smell of cigarette smoke, although there was a big no smoking warning sign inside the room, the smell of smoke was dominant when we first walked into the room. On the positive side Mr. Islam came to the rescue by spraying some magical solution, this freshened things up & put an end to that smell. Being the large busy City Cairo is, I can't really say that the location is great or not, you would need a car to get to any of the typical tourist attractions, if you are a person who would like to explore a city on foot, other than the diabolically busy "Mamsha"/walkway across the road on the Nile, there is not much to do on foot. The suite does not have a sofa bed (contrary to what I thought), however a proper sized folding bed was "swiftly" provided.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The Nile view was beautiful and honestly the highlight of my stay. Service, though, was very slow, which made the experience frustrating.
Service was extremely slow. I called the spa in advance and was told they offered professional hairstyling and makeup for a wedding, but after spending nearly three hours there, it was clear they could only do a basic blow-dry. I still was expected to pay, so I left and rushed to a salon in the mall. It was a complete waste of time. Also, It didn't feel family oriented or safe for my teenage daughters or for me. I wasn't comfortable. During the earthquake, after walking down19 floors, the lobby doors were locked, and we were told to use the elevators despite possible aftershocks. I expected much better emergency procedures.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026الفندق يعاملون الضيوف بطريقه لا اخلاقيه بالاضافه إلا ألفاظ نابيه وكذالك تم ارسال إندار إلى غرفتي بسبب ملابسي التي كانت عاديه وعند وصولي الساعه الخامسه مساء انتضرت ساعتين لتسليمي الغرفه فندق غير محترم حجزت ليلتين وجلست ليله فقط بسبب معاملتهم المتعاليه والغير محترمه للزبون
لا شي فالفندق اوك غير الغرف.

Volendo trovare un piccolo dettaglio, aggiungerei una vasca idromassaggio nella SPA (una vasca capiente per più persone e senza necessità di essere prenotata in anticipo).
