I attended an activity here, and after the event, I had lunch at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. I was very impressed with the service and the fantastic taste of the Thai set menu. I also ordered an additional dish from the menu. Khun Eye and Khun Green provided excellent service and paid close attention to my preferences. They kindly recommended the food and made my first experience here very enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service and great experience!

This restaurant has a very good atmosphere. It is very quiet and clean in a nice location. The food was very good, especially the stir fry pork with pepper. The food came out hot and very quickly. Mod and Plan were very attentive but not distracting during the meal. I recommend coming here if you are in the area.

Prime location with cozy experience and best in service in the north BKK. Foods are as good as expected. Manager and waitresses are wonderful service. Their carefulness about food allergy are excellent.

The food was absolutely delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Khun Pan, Khun Mod, Khun Eye, Khun Green, and Chef Aom were all very attentive and provided outstanding service. We will definitely come back again!

The rooms are small but the food is excellent, thanks to the chef Mr Arun and Mr Nim. They are very attentive and take great care of the guests.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and an excellent vibe from arrival to departure. Centara is our go-to place to transition into and out of Thailand. Kudos to the staff for making our stay excellent.

Nothing stands out as needing to be changed. Any quirks are really just character marks rather than deficiencies. Obviously, it isn't the cheapest place in town, but it feels like luxury for a lot less money than the same option in the U.S.

What is not to like here. Well, the carpets are interesting, but I keep coming back to Centara for several reasons. First, the staff is amazing; everyone is friendly and eager to help as well as observant and ready to jump in as needed. The breakfast, specifically the choices of what to eat, is fabulous. I really like staying here for the first few days and last few days of my Thailand trips.

There isn't really anything I don't like necessarily. The hotel is aging a bit, I suppose, but the staff does a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The carpets are a bit psychadelic on the room floors, but that is part of the charm. Anyway, nothing really that I can specifically say needs changed.

The food and service were excellent, and the lovely birthday surprise with Chinese longevity peach buns made the celebration even more special. Room was very clean and quiet. We ate in three of the restaurants and were very satisfied with our meals. It is the perfect location to connect easily to all of Bangkok. BTS a short walk from the hotel, an amazing night market near by, the mall is connected to the mall through the parking garage with access to anything/everything you want.

Location is very near the Central Ladprao shopping mall and connected via the sheltered link and carpark. Hotel lift travels first to every level. The spa cenvaree also has superb quality service (special thanks to massause Mdm Wassama who did my aromatherapy body massage).

We stayed here again for our 3rd time and we are always pleased with the food and the service. Unfortunately we are here now in July with the low season and not so much people here and maybe thats why not so many dessert when the sweet before sleeps are. The two ladies from “The Club”, Khun Fah and Khun Saipan are very gracious in discharging their duties. They are very dedicated, efficient and always serving their clients with charming smiles.

Staff were very friendly. This was our 2nd time to Bangkok after 20 years and they made us feel welcomed. The hotel is linked to the mall so it is very convenient. Our room was spacious, beds were comfy. The hotel made sure guests are well hydrated as they provided us with bottles of water. Haha! Appreciate that and room was completed with basic amenities. Hotel and room are very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Keep it up!

One thing though was that the toilet bowl do smell. Otherwise, it would be perfect.
