The location of the hotel is good.

The breakfast hardly had any vegetarian options. Reception staff were generally not warm and friendly. Very few of them understood English and responded well The in-room dining as well had very few vegetarian options and the chefs taking order were not willing to customise to make it vegetarian.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were made to feel at home. Staff went out of their way. Hotel spotless

Nice hotel, wonderful staff

Beautiful hotel, nice comfortable room, location is close to transport, very handy for the airport. Breakfast is expensive but really good. My daughter and I have a few common food allergies and this was the best buffet for us on our trip, we had no problems finding things to eat and the staff did seem allergy aware.

Only 3 elevators and dozens of school trips choking the infrastructure. Even when checking out, another bus load arrived.

Too big and a little impersonal. No atmosphere

Solo travelers I think would feel comfortable here, though aimed more towards couples. Fairly easy access from Phaya Thai station. Proper sidewalk so big suitcases shouldn't be a problem. Staff were very polite and suitcase storage even after checkout was offered for free. Fairly big breakfast selection, including a few vegetarian options. Fruit selection did change from day to day which was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Even on the "near-the-bottom" 7th floor, it was quiet despite being next to a large road. Comfortable beds and they were happy to offer room cleaning at irregular hours. I do like that the security also was kept moderately strict. At least in my case, they would check that nobody uninvited could come up to your room. I only visually checked the gym and pool, but they both looked nice and well kept.

I wanted to try to the Lotus Spa located inside the hotel, but they overbooked and cancelled my appointment with only a short notice. Two times (Both separate days). I wish they had a better booking system which made overbookings impossible because it does seem popular. The wardrobe light was a bit fiddly to get to turn off and one of the bathroom switches was glitchy (it could have been the lightbulb but unsure).

The Hotel is old but well maintained. Immaculate, clean. Two amazing restaurants in the place.

Staff struggle with English. It took us 5 minutes of trying to explain that we want a chicken ceasar salad. Still got no chicken. There was a day where didnt clean the room. So we asked for some toilet paper. Couldn't get it Breakfast would run out by 9 AM. They wouldn't restock many items for 15 minutes until we asked

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Wir sind schon sehr früh in Bangkok gelandet und konnten unsere Zimmer trotzdem schon beziehen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets um seine Gäste bemüht. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und die Betten sehr bequem. Es gab einen Pool und einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Handtücher wurden am Pool zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und ließ zumindest bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Die BTS Station Paya Thai befindet sich fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten. Von hier aus ist man mit dem Airport Rail Link in 27 Minuten am Flughafen Bangkok.

PROs: 1. Great location, within 3 mins walking distance from Phaya Thai BTS station, and an interchange for the Airport Rail. Phaya Thai station is on the same line as the other main shopping areas such as Siam, Asok, so very convenient if your trip to Bangkok revolves around shopping (like ours did). Its far enough from these areas that it is less crowded, but still convenient enough not to warrant taking a Grab if u want to stash your haul midway. 2. Rooms are sizeable. 3. Sapphire Bar by the lobby for a late night snack or drinks. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Good breakfast spread, and a lot of the dishes change everyday (we stayed for 3 nights). The egg station offers "specials" so be sure to check it out.

CONs: The hotel, or at least the wing we were in, is a bit old (we were on the wing to the left of the reception, past The Greenery. Either the AC or the fridge makes a bit of noise, so if you are a light sleeper, this may bother you.

Room really comfortable, love it a lot! The location very good, near to a BTS station, in normal traffic easy to get grab taxi. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, so it didn't get boring even over five days. Everything was freshly prepared, appealing and delicious.

I think breakfast was a little limited but overall was very filling. I think the location was very convenient and great that there was a massage and a 711 next door. Staff very friendly and welcoming and if i were to come back I think I'll come back here!

I thought it was a great place, nothing much to complain but the lifts were a little slow!

Es war durchgehend und überall zu kalt. Das ist natürlich sehr subjektiv, mMn aber übertrieben. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab einen Kommunikationsfehler von der Buchungsplattform ins Hotel bezüglich der Belegung. Laut Buchungsbestätigung eindeutig, war etwas kompliziert dann beim Check-In.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a good variety. Location was very close to public transportation.

The room I was put in was older. It seemed like they had a new building with floors about the 10th floor. The room and bathroom were out dated. The curtains and carpet had stains.

Central location next to airport link and MRT. Good quality hotel.

There is a tendency these days to an excessive use of perfumes and artificial scents. The back foyer, near the elevators in the hotel is ( unfortunately) such a location. I like to breathe clean air that smells of nothing. Scents and perfumes if used, should be subtle and not overpowering.

The triple room we staying is meant for 3 guests. Housekeeping needs to be consistent when replacing items such as slippers, bath-rope, towels, etc.The daily replacement items were always short for 1 guest.

Slightly further out - not really walkable places in this heat. Would’ve appreciated more veggie/fish options at breakfast. It started out well but on my last day, most things were pork.

Every team member was exceptionally courteous and greeted us with genuine smiles; we would especially like to commend James & Jor from the housekeeping team for their outstanding performance. The room provided excellent sleep quality. While the hotel’s long history means some hardware requires maintenance, the property maintains a classic elegance despite its older facilities. Ultimately, the exceptional 'soft service' delivered by your staff completely outshone these limitations, making our journey an incredibly happy experience.

The only minor downside is that the property is a bit dated, and some hardware facilities are in need of maintenance or updating.

Aamiainen ja valikoimat olivat erinomaiset. Aula ja erilaiset oleskelutilat olivat viihtyisiä, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Henkilökunta auttoi aina taksin saamisessa.

Hotellin henkilökunta puhui englantia hyvin vaihtelevasti eikä ymmärtänyt useita kysymyksiä. Hotellilla ei ollut esitteitä mahdollisista tapahtumista tai retkistä eikä tietoa eri tapahtumista. Hotellin pistokkeista ei pystynyt kunnolla lataamaan kännyköitä, sillä töpseli ei pysynyt kunnolla pistorasiassa. Spa-hotellin jalkahieronta oli hyvin erilainen itselleni ja ystävälleni, vaikka pyysimme saman hieronnan- toiselle kivulias, toiselle rentouttava.

A fantastic hotel we initially booked just for its proximity to Phaya Thai ARL (train to Suvarnabhumi Airport), but now regret not staying for longer! Fantastic staff, location and breakfast. The room (we were in a Sukosol Suite) was large with a comfy bed, had great AC, a large bathroom with bathtub, and was very quiet at night. Due to being at the end of our trip we were too busy dashing around Bangkok to check out all the extra facilities (gym, pool, etc.), though I assume they would be top notch, given how good the rest of the hotel is. Shout out to Punchy, Tun and Minta, great staff!

Room was smaller than others I have stayed before in same hotel. I didn’t have hot water in the shower, just one afternoon.

Frühstück war wie immer sensationell komme seit ungefähr 16 Jahre in dieses Hotel.

Teppichboden im Zimmer finde ich nicht so toll ist zwar bequem aber eventuell nicht so hygienisch. Hat halt alles seine Vor- und Nachteile Wäre gut wenn sämtliche Beleuchtungen über einen Master Schalter am Bett geschaltet werden könnten.

地理位置优越的五星级酒店，乘坐机场快线就可以到达，虽然就在公路边但一点都不吵，窗子用的是多层玻璃，隔音是我去过的酒店中最好的。服务很好，不管是哪位员工都是面带微笑的。前台热情周到，英语也不错。环境是考究的南洋复古风，很出片。早餐也好吃，酒店还有spa和咖啡店等所有配套设施，下次依然会再次选择这里。

酒店非常大，还有很多地方没探索完全，如果有个小地图就好了
