Современный комфортный отель. Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, при заселении учли мои пожелания. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, хороший кофе из кофемашины, свежие фрукты. На завтраках персонал оперативно убирает грязную посуду, всегда есть свободные столики. Станция метро в 2 минутах ходьбы. В шаговой доступности много кафе, магазинов и большие торговые центры. Хорошее кондиционирование в номере - не дует на кровать. Просторный номер, очень удобная кровать.

На завтраке иногда заканчивались особенно вкусные горячие блюда и не всегда пополнялись, например гедза.

Location was nearly for everything. 7-11, Union mall, Central Ladprao and MRT

The room isn't soundproof; I could hear the sound of people walking in the room upstairs.

The table area of renovated interior was quite small.

・MRT出口から出てすぐなので便利 ・ユニオンホールでのイベントのために宿泊したので、会場が目の前で良かった ・徒歩圏内にモールが2つあり、Big Cも歩いて行ける ・コンビニ併設 ・スタッフがとても親切。深夜便帰国のため、帰国前にフィットネスセンターのシャワーを使わせてもらいました ・部屋がきれい ・朝食の種類が豊富で、美味しい

シャワーを浴びると、脱衣所のシャワー寄り部分が水浸しになる。洗面所寄りだけでなく、シャワー出入り部分にも壁（扉）があった方が良い

I've stayed there before, it's a good hotel and they resolve problems quickly.

We had a minor issue with the bed, which was resolved the next day. The service was very good, but I would have liked to have Spanish-speaking staff available, as in other hotels.

届け物について事前に連絡もしていたのに、私の予約がないと散々デリバリースタッフを悩ませた 予約票をそのデリバリー側にも送信して調べてもらっても予約無いとの返事 結局ホテル側のシステムの不具合とかで完全なミス チェックインして受け取りは出来たが連絡が伝わってないようだった 部屋の問題点は排水口が詰まり気味 掃除をしてもらってもあまり変化なし それからタオルが古い

朝食の種類が多く、おいしかったです。

掃除はきちんとされていましたが、廊下や室内にカビの臭いがしているところがありました。芳香剤の匂いもしていましたが、私は気になりました。

Staff were friendly, close to shopping Malls , Chatuchat market, Breakfast is good.

I was in the new rooms, drains smell in bathroom. Bathroom and was quite small. The walls are paper thin so quite noisy from the next room. Before I stayed at the other side of hotel and it was better room.

Excellent séjour au Quarter Ladprao ! Hôtel très propre, confortable et agréable, avec un emplacement idéal : centre commercial et métro juste à côté. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Måtte bytte rom 2 ganger før vi fikk det vi bestilt. Men når det var gjort var det et flott opphold.

L'emplacement La piscine Le petit déjeuner de qualité,bien présenté et avec du choix. Grand frigo Coffre Petit bureau avec 2 chaises 6 oreillers pour deux 👍🏻 Seven dans l'hôtel. Un quartier qui vit et où vivent les Thaïlandais,il suffit de traverser le boulevard et d'aller dans les petites rues.

Pas d'arrivée précoce possible même en payant. Chambre basique au niveau décoration avec vue sur ...le parking et très mal isolée au niveau du bruit , la dame de l'accueil aurait pu nous donner une chambre avec la vue sur la ville car il y en avait plusieurs de libres tout au long du séjour,(on a l'impression qu'on se fout de nous). Pas d'accès direct a l'hôtel depuis l'ascenseur du MRT (métro) ce qui serait pratique. Pas de "reconnaissance" pour les clients qui reviennent depuis des années, dommage. Pas possible de tester le café casa lapin car ils n'acceptent pas le cash et nos cartes ne passaient pas.

Alles, als wij terug gaan naar Bangkok verblijven we sowieso hier. Makkelijk te bereiken met de groene en blauwe lijn. Heerlijke bedden. Het ontbijt is heel goed en uitgebreid, elke dag andere dingen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Bij een zeer vroeg vertrek werd er een ontbijtbox gemaakt. De gym en zwembad zijn prima.

De heel comfortabele family kamer met heerlijke douche, die we via late check-out tot 6pm konden gebruiken. Het ontbijt was ook heel uitgebreid en heel groot zwembad.

De afwerkingsgraad van de kamers is minder hoog en de airco rook niet fris. Ook het zwembad kan wat opknapwerk gebruiken aan de randen. Het (zout)water in het zwembad is niet zo aangenaam en zorgde voor irritaties bij de kinderen.

Stayed one night as passing through Bangkok. Breakfast was pretty good. The gym was great and the pool looked welcoming (I didn't swim). Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect to fly out of DMK the next day. Area had a few buzzy places to eat and drink nearby. Was perfectly adequate for my purpose of an overnight stopover.

The advertising screen by the 3rd floor lifts is extremely loud. I could still hear it about 20 metres down the corridor. It needs to be muted. Room 331 is very bright at night. It needs a pelmet to block the outside street light above the curtains

Great location. Convenient for everything to offer. Malls, restaurants, salons, coffee shops, MRT, and Skytrain. The room is a good size for one person. I think it's a little bit small, but overall it's perfect. The water pressure is super strong!! I love it!! All the staff are very friendly!!!

The room is cozy, though a bit small, and the wall is quite thin, so you might hear some sounds from next door.

החדר מקסים, חדש ומודרני. היה גם נקי. יש בחדר מקרר גדול. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מאוד במיוחד למי שאוכל אסייתי. היו גם חביתות, ירקות... יש חניון גדול.

החניון נמצא בצד אחר של הבניין ויש צורך לחנות ולעלות במעלית ואז לעבור דרך שדרת חנויות ולמעליות לחדרי המלון. הלובי נמצא בכיוון אחר. בלובי יש עגלת.קפה קטנה שהמחירים בה ממש גבוהים ביחס לתאילנד. חדר הרחצה קטן ממש ואין מקום להניח תיק מקלחת/איפור.

The staff is very friendly

The hotel does not provide service for Dress ironing. This is not understanbdable as we were staying for official meetings and we had to press the dresses by our selves whcih is time consuming and laborious too. They do provide iron but issue is with time and extra fatigue at such occasions

Very clean and good location. Very good service and very helpful from the Bell Man especially Waritti (BAS) วฤทธิ ศิริเจริญ. He was very polite and willing to help you in any situation.

Some of the staff at Check-in and Check-out should be more welcome to the guests.

I have stayed here a few times and I always love it here. These are THE most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in and ive been to a lot of hotels! Also the nicest hotel staff ive ever met! They remembered me 8 months later and remembered I lived aboard from my own country asking how I was doing!

This time I got a room in a different building with a parking garage outside the window so I didnt open the curtains or people would see in. I was it was different than last time because I chose a didnt room type. Thats fine! I didnt notice but I think it should be marked on the room type this room does not have a view
