Very good location, excellent and very friendly/comfortable services, various diversified facilities for all guests and children, wide rooms and convenient connection between; Generally specking: Excellent hotel!

Only the draining system in the bathroom needs to be improved for more fluent draining!

We liked how clean the whole environment was. The breakfast spread was okay. Patrons should do their due diligence to come early to avoid queues - reminders were provided. The location was great for us as we aimed to head to the aquarium and the mall next to it was pretty good (probably a hit when it’s fully opened).

A little bit more accessible English movies for non-Chinese speakers. The seafood restaurant in the hotel was a bit of downer - good part was last order timing was reminded BUT they didn’t wait for us to properly finish our meal before shutting the air conditioning. It was boiling hot and I personally didn’t feel like eating even though there were still food.

The staff service especially Stephen was very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was pretty good! Selection was decent. The set up was also pretty good! Accessible to the mall.

All facilities were good, room was nice, the location is a bit odd it's like someone tried to develop this area but it didn't work out, the mall nearby does have plenty of food, only some of the staff spoke English but everyone tried to be helpful.

The locations isn't the best but there aren't any better hotels closer to the theme parks and at least this was a lot quieter. Club breakfast was stopped because there weren't enough guests. The restaurant downstairs for breakfast is quite narrow and difficult to navigate with a pram.

It was modern, sleek and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable with a lot of space. It is in an excellent location in a very nice district in Hengqin, next to Zhuhai, just across the border from Macau.

Excellent service from the staff. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfasts were wonderful. There was a great choice of Chinese and continental food.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I enjoyed a Chinese breakfast and a selection of pastries. I finished off with yoghurt and fruit. Omelettes were made to order. The room was spotless. The staff were friendly.

We had an incredible stay! Everything was outstanding, especially the phenomenal service. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, even overcoming language barriers to ensure we received the help we needed and understood everything clearly. Bed is very comfortable, excellent facilities, staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle buses available to Chimlong and Hengqin Port. Within the walking distance, there are lots of dining places and kids entertainment options in the mall. Great swimming pool. We will definitely come back and stay again

登記入住時，前台職員很有禮貌及細心，講解酒店設施並向我太太祝生日快樂。因我訂酒店時，已經通知酒店入住期間是慶祝太太生日。他們亦幫忙將房間簡單佈置及送給我哋一個生日蛋糕，讓我太太有一個驚喜。我哋會考慮再入住這間酒店。

The room is spacious and clean. It has a very big washroom with a huge bathtub. However, we find the AC quite annoying because the wind blows directly onto our beds.

4 night stay in a great modern and comfortable hotel with attentive staff. The facilities were also great and the kids loved the ball filled paddling pool The highlight was the oversized tub which the kids thoroughly enjoyed, and the dim sum buffet on the 2nd floor

Connected to a mall with a lot of restaurants and kids entertainment options, very convenient for family with kids.

We upgraded to a bigger room which is nice and spacious but the AC is not cold at all and a big chunk of ceiling paint peeled off. The bed is also a bit hard and pillows not very comfortable.

We were so impressed with the service and the condition of the hotel. We left Alila Dong’ao in the morning, and even though we had a good stay, we were so much more impressed by Hyatt regency Hengqin. From the moment we arrive at the hotel everyone was so welcoming and professional, and we feel so comfortable and happy to stay at the property. Baggio took really good care of us when we arrived at the lounge our room was well designed, well equipped, and well prepared for our arrival. Our housekeeper made sure that we had extra water in your room to take care of our kids in this heat. The staff at the lounge was so attentive Travis and Jasmine always there to provide help if needed. We really enjoyed the swimming pool at the hotel. We had a brief chat with Ken who is so welcoming and warm. We also noticed that at one point he was giving swimming advice to another guest and having a lovely conversation. We felt cared for and we felt everybody at the property was just so friendly and helpful. Selena was our breakfast helper and was remembering our order the second day when we get to the restaurant she make sure that our kids were comfortable and had everything they needed. Phillip from the front desk was so friendly and so helpful. He was there when we left the hotel and was waving goodbye to the kids so sweet. Overall, we had a fantastic day at Hotel and was so very impressed with everything. It is obvious that the hotel is very well managed. Everything exceeded our expectation and we want to congratulate everyone at the Hotel for doing such an amazing job.

Everything is fine aside from the bathroom design is bit weird. The staffs are helpful, especially with handling my parcel delivery.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Hengqin from 15 to 18 June 2025, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking process through the World of Hyatt app was smooth, and the in-app chat support was prompt and helpful. Before arrival, we received detailed and thoughtful emails with helpful information about the hotel, transport options, and local weather, making us feel well-prepared and welcomed. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by friendly staff, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was efficient, with staff providing clear explanations of the facilities, including the Regency Club. Our request for an extra bed for our child was quickly accommodated, along with thoughtful amenities for kids. The hotel shuttle to Chimelong Ocean Park was easy to arrange, and the QR code was promptly sent for a hassle-free experience. Staff at the Regency Club assisted us patiently with the Wi-Fi, and housekeeping staff warmly checked in to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast at the Market Café offered a great variety of options, and the staff’s friendly engagement with guests created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the service was consistently attentive and professional throughout our stay. Hyatt Regency Hengqin provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again and recommend it for both business and family travel.

For those familiar with Zhuhai, today’s Hengqin is formed by land reclamation connecting the Greater and Lesser Hengqin Islands, much like Macau’s Cotai, which links Coloane and Taipa. Returning after three years, I was pleasantly surprised to find the food quality unchanged—cold cuts, appetizers, fruit salads, desserts, five hot dishes, and a made-to-order noodle station with three toppings. The spread rivals a small buffet. Given the challenges of recent years (the hotel opened in late 2019, just as the pandemic hit), maintaining this standard is impressive. While many hotel lounges have scaled back, Hyatt Regency Hengqin might just house one of Guangdong’s best Regency Club lounges.
