Molt bona situació al costat de la Torre del Tambor, el barri musulmà I el metro. Habitació i bany molt bé. Per 3 dies no calia canviar les tovalloles

Només un ascensor per a totes les habitacions i les 7 plantes. Els vidres estaven molt bruts.

The hotel claims to have a bar and lounge (from what is printed on the windows), but this is not the case. Claiming also that breakfast is a ‘French experience’ is quite a stretch!

Nonostante le camere fossero pulite, la struttura è leggermente datata. La moquette nei corridoi non ha un buon odore e un bel aspetto.

A limpeza do banheiro, principalmente do box, pode ser melhorada. O cafe da máquina não é bom. Não sei se é uma questão de regulagem, mas não conseguimos tomar.

La posizione è ottima. È molto silenzioso perché affaccia su due vie secondarie. La colazione a buffet potrebbe essere arricchita ma può andare abbastanza bene anche agli occidentali. Il personale parla inglese. L'area lavanderia al piano terra è comoda, completa di detersivi - ma non ne ho usufruito.

Le dimensioni della camera assegnata sono distanti da quanto prenotato, decisamente inferiori. L'hotel di stampo moderno, mostra già parecchi segni di usura poco gradevoli

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti dal 22 al 24 agosto 2026 e la nostra esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione centrale, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e dalla Torre del Tamburo, rendendo facilissimo esplorare la città. La struttura è spaziosa e offre una ricca colazione di tipo internazionale. Molto utile il servizio di lavanderia gratuito a disposizione degli ospiti; anche se il numero di lavatrici è un po' ridotto rispetto all'affluenza complessiva della struttura, siamo comunque riusciti a soddisfare perfettamente le nostre esigenze. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale, disponibile e parla un inglese fluido, rendendo la comunicazione estremamente semplice e piacevole. L'hotel è stato inoltre una base d'appoggio ideale per visitare il fantastico Esercito di Terracotta, che si trova fuori città ma è facilmente raggiungibile con una corsa in DiDi di circa 40 minuti.

Nulla di negativo. Soltanto una piccola nota relativa alla lavanderia, dove nei momenti di punta si crea un po' di attesa per l'uso delle macchine dato l'alto numero di ospiti.

Stanze un po' piccole, colazione non sempre fornita. All'interno della struttura è presente un banchetto escursioni. Ce ne siamo serviti per la visita all'esercito di terracotta ma non siamo rimasti soddisfatti: il driver ci ha lasciato in un luogo distante dall'ingresso per convicerci a pagare un ulteriore servizio di guida che avevamo già esplicitamente rifiutato. Il tutto in una giornata piovosa, per cui siamo arrivati all'ingresso del sito archeologico bagnati fradici.

Great hotel, value for money. The staff was amazing helping in every situation. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The location was exceptional and easy to visit most of the sightseeing places. The breakfast was fantastic with tasteful food. One of the best hotel I ever stayed at this price.

The stay at the hotel was so smooth that I can not find any negative points

First off: we didn't stay here because the room smelled like smoke and was completely unacceptable. Unbearable, we felt nauseous immediately. Very nice and helpful staff who spoke great English. They even helped us call other hotels after we couldn't stay in this one, and gave us a refund of the room charge.

The hotel is very old and even though it is not permitted to smoke in any of the rooms, when we got our room it smelled so bad as if someone had been smoking inside permanently. It was disgusting. We arrived late at night and were confronted with the situation of having to find another hotel, it was extremely inconvenient. So again, while the staff was very nice and supportive, we absolutely cannot recommend staying here because the rooms are unacceptable.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è molto accogliente e parlano inglese. Discreta la colazione. Una menzione speciale va allo staff, gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre sorridente, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccellente. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare in un hotel buono in zona centrale.

L'hotel è vicino alla Bell Tower, dentro le mura della città vecchia e a 10 minuti dal quartiere musulmano. Nella via accanto ci sono anche diversi ristoranti e street food. La metropolitana è piuttosto vicina. Lo staff è gentile e pronto ad aiutare.

La colazione è stata meno variegata di altri hotel visitati in Cina, anche se non complesso era buona. La stanza non era molto grande, però era pulita e a conti fatti confortevole.

El Hotel tiene una ubicación excepcional, muy cerca de las principales atracciones de Xi'an. El desayuno correcto, no espectacular, pero bien para un par de desayunos. Nos prepararon un pack para el último día pues salíamos muy temprano antes de la hora del desayuno. La habitación muy correcta y personal amable con inglés.

Die Unterkunft lag zentral und an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Es gab einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt im Hotel.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war veraltet und schon etwas heruntergekommen. Bei der Matratze haben wir jede Feder gespürt. Das Frühstück war sehr klein mit wenig Auswahl.

Qualità prezzo eccezionale, colazione ok. Buonissima la posizione.

Posizione molto centrale (abbastanza comodo alla metro, tutto raggiungibile a piedi o in didi). Camera silenziosa, ampia e pulita. Bagno nuovo, funzionale.

Spazi comuni rinnovabili. Migliorabile l’offerta internazionale della colazione (visto il target dell’hotel). Ristorante limitato alla colazione (come anche nel Campanile di Shanghai, non chiaro dalla descrizione). Una delle nostre due camere odorava di fumo (anche se è un problema comune in Cina).

La struttura si trova in una via tranquilla della zona centrale e si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti diverse attrazioni. Le camere sono ampie confortevoli e pulite. Lo staff parla bene l’inglese ed è molto cortese e disponibile. Collegato all’albergo c’è un piccolo minimarket che vende acqua e cibo.

Tuvimos un problema pues cayó una tormenta muy fuerte y en la habitación empezó a entrar agua. Nos cambiaron dos veces y a la segunda ya todo perfecto, pero deberían revisar las juntas de la ventana de la habitación inicial

Уютный отель с отличным сервисом в Старом городе, недалеко от исторической мечети и городской стены. Номера очень комфортные, персонал приветливый и доброжелательный, хорошо говорит по-английски. По нашей просьбе поменяли нам номер на менее шумный, предыдущий выходил на улицу, утром было много шума от машин. Завтраки в европейском стиле, есть круассаны и очень вкусные багеты, нам понравилось. В отеле много иностранцев, что само по себе уже примечательно. Рядом много местных кафе и ресторанов, можно без проблем найти, где поужинать, на любой вкус и кошелёк.

Кофе на завтраке очень горький и невкусный, пить невозможно. Надо исправить этот недостаток, и все будет идеально.

Ubicación y desayuno por tener opciones no chinas.

La peor cama de todo el viaje, colchón de muelles muy antiguo que se clavan y soy una persona que pesa poquito. El personal de recepción bastante distante y antipático. A parte de mentirosos. Nos dijeron que no nos habían dado habitaciones en la misma planta por no tener en una misma planta de las diferentes tipología que habíamos solicitado y no es cierto.

We stayed at the Campanile Hotel in Xi'an and found it to be an excellent choice for exploring the city. The hotel is simple, clean, and quiet, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is one of its greatest strengths: right in the city centre, within easy walking distance of Xi'an's main attractions, including the South Gate and the Bell and Drum Towers. It is the perfect base for discovering the historic centre on foot. Breakfast is fairly simple but provides a good start to the day. We also appreciated the kindness of the staff, who kindly lent us umbrellas so we could continue sightseeing despite the rain—a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference. Overall, the Campanile offers excellent value for money. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Xi'an.

Ensuring that all staff can communicate comfortably in English would further enhance the guest experience.
