Hilton Garden Inn Xi'An Bell Tower

A solid city hotel that fully lives up to the Hilton name. I highly recommend it for both the location and the value. If you are visiting Xi'an and want a quality hotel in a prime spot, this property should absolutely be in your top three considerations.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it is on par with what you would expect from a typical city hotel.

제 폰이 아이폰이어서 뭔가 설정이 되어 있어서인지는 모르겠눈데 호텔와이파이가 안 됐어요. 다행히 이심 무제한이어서 제 와이파이를 썼지만요...호텔 직원이 번역앱 써가며 친절하게 해결해주려고 노력했지만 결국 안 됐어요.

De locatie was perfect, dichtbij bezienswaardigheden, winkels, eetgelegenheden! Het personeel is heel aardig. Ik had een kamer geboekt en die was nog niet klaar tijdens inchecken en we kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met een terras. Het bed is heel comfortable en groot! Je krijgt iedere keer als de kamer is schoongemaakt een schaal met vers fruit! Dat is een leuke verrassing! Ontbijt is uitstekend! Heel vers en gevarieerd. Ook als je een " moeilijke" eter bent kan je nog steeds iets vinden om te eten!

De geur in de kamer toen we binnen kwamen was niet aangenaam maar je kan de terrasdeur openen voor frissere lucht!

Excellent location. I would say the best in the centre of the city. Very close to Bell and Drum towers, just 8-10 min walk. Round the corner is a Zhubashi street leading to Drum Tower full of restaurants and cafe. Very friendly stuff. This is probably the best feature of this hotel. Thanks to all of them. Breakfast is very good, both Western and Chinese.

Surprisingly there was no restaurant in hotel. Most of the stuff doesn't speak any language apart from Chinese. This is a bit strange for Hilton network hotel.

Zimmer wurde zwar täglich gut gereinigt aber die Betten in drei Nächten nicht ein einziges Mal gemacht.

The shower and toilet rooms weren’t clearly listed so at first when I saw the toilet I thought I didn’t have a shower room, not until I open the other door that completely the same from outside did I see it’s there.

The room was enormous! The high ceiling and the layout really made it feel more like a suite. The beds were so comfortable that we got great rest after all the sightseeing. The free self service laundry was useful and the staff even helped us shift our washed laundry to the dryer as we were unable to wait around for the dryer to be free. The location was superb. Most sights were within walking distance and there were so many cafes and eateries around that we were spoilt for choice.

Breakfast could have been better but there were sufficient choices to have different items over 3 days.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - near the bell tower and many eateries. The hotel Staff were also very helpful when I tried to book an additional night to connect my room bookings as I was leaving Xi’an for a night.

A great value hotel in Xi’an. The room was spacious, modern, and much nicer than I expected for the price. The buffet breakfast had a good variety. The hotel also has convenient self-service laundry facilities, which were very useful during our stay. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of the Xi’an City Wall and the Muslim Quarter.

Exceptional hotel in Xi’an, absolutely above its price category. The room was huge and extremely comfortable, truly at a 5-star level, with efficient smart-room technology (common in China, though not always intuitive). The location is excellent for visiting the city, within walking distance both of the South Gate area (for the city walls) and of the more central neighbourhoods. There is also a small gym with very good equipment and a high standard of cleanliness, as well as a free self-service laundry room, which was especially appreciated during a long trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a selection focused mainly on Asian cuisine. Outstanding value for money.

The negative aspects are very limited, but if I had to mention some, I would say that the staff, while always polite, remained a bit distant, although their English level is perfectly acceptable by Chinese standards. The Wi-Fi is also quite poor and tends to conflict with eSIMs and various VPNs, though this is rather common in many Chinese hotels.

El desayuno y la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad

La habitacion era enorme, comoda, bebidas gratis del frigo bar, batas, pantuflas, te, cafe en la habitacion, laundry y el desayuno espectacular

Very close to local amenities, clean and well appointed. Staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Comfortable beds, big terrace outside, our clothes were collected by the staff and brought back dry for free

As vegetarians it was difficult at breakfast time. Would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel, not metro as not that close to the station

1. The location is excellent, approximately 500–800 meters from the Muslim Quarter, making it very convenient for halal food and exploring the area. 2. The self-service laundry facilities are a great advantage, especially for travelers packing light. 3. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.

If the hotel aims to attract more international guests, improving the English proficiency of the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Water was only warm, not hot. Bathroom mirror power button glows at night. Doors bang closed, waking others.

Amazing location, spacious beautiful rooms and friendly English-speaking staff. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel felt new, the rooms seemed to be freshly renovated (or at least well taken care of).

Just a small comment on cleaning- more effort should be done in that regard. I will not elaborate.

As it was raining , not much shelter when going out as the taxis did not meet you at the door. The bathroom needs to be brighter. As a woman, you spend much time at the mirrors so the lights need to be brighter.

Air condition was blowing right on top of the bed, and had a too high minimum level. It was like sleeping with a cold wind on the face. This is the only remark we have about the overall experience

We stayed in the 60 sq.m twin premium room. This room is very spacious, clean, and can easily accommodate up to 4 people, though the website says it accommodates 3. This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff and we would like to give special thanks to Lverson (chef)and Park from the restaurant as their kindness and professionalism have enhanced our dining experience in the hotel's only restaurant. We also particularly appreciate the washing facilities with commercial washing machines and dryers. The hotel is also situated in a very convenient location surrounded by endless shopping streets, eateries, and transport systems. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location within the old city. It is immediately accessible to a range of F&B offers including a great laneway almost opposite the site.

We checked in at 0400 and the entry was a little difficult to find initially as it was dark.

Prefect location and also their helpful service from the front desk, especially Miss Candy Sun.

This is a very nice business hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Xi’an near the Bell Tower. It’s within easy walking distance of the main tourist center and the city walls, which made getting around really convenient. The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and the entire hotel felt newly renovated and in excellent condition. Breakfast was really good. Nice Gym and laundry facilities.

Unfortunately, we had a frustrating experience with our room request. We asked several weeks in advance for connecting rooms and were told to follow up the day before arrival, which I did. However, no one responded to the messages, and when we arrived, there were no adjoining rooms available and the staff seemed unaware of our previous requests. We were unable to get adjoining rooms for the entire stay, which was disappointing. Overall, a great hotel in terms of comfort and location, but communication around room requests could be improved.
