Jinmao Hotel Xi'an Downtown

Great staff, facilities, and location. They provided free bottled water as well.

Good breakfast, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, possibility of purchasing excursions

The hotel's photos appear to be AI generated. It's difficult to find it and it's located much further from the bell tower and the metro station than I thought.

Love the staff! They are very friendly and helpful. Answered our questions with patience and passion.

The hotel is very well located, so you can explore many attractions by foot. The room is spacious, decorated in a clean and modern style. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

It would be good to have some more light fixtures in the room and a safe deposit box.

Love the location.

You get what you pay for. It’s pretty basic.

very good.

Pulizia, posizione hotel , gentilezza staff, colazione

Location, the size of the room, free dinner albeit small

Breakfast and location of the hotel

The room size was quite spacious for 3 people.

The location is good but the taxi had issues finding the hotel because of the name in Chinese.

Brilliant breakfast, lovely staff. All incredibly helpful and friendly despite the language barriers. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Location is great, everything is a stone's throw away. Rooms are kept super clean, shower is comfortable. Water is readily available at lift lobby. Room temp is easily adjusted and room is very comfortable and a good size 👍

The noise in the morning coming from the street below. Not a big deal if you're an early riser, but for those who sleep in you may find it difficult.

The location is near and accessible to Muslim Quarters. The room is clean and the hotel is generally very clean.

Nil

La posizione vicino a tutto.

L' accoglienza all' arrivo è andata molto bene. L' accoglienza notturna/ serale poco cortese.

Location is 10/10! The hotel is generally new and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good and has different options.

It is insanely cold inside and rooms get cold once you pull out the card to go out. The street infront is being renovated creating some noise.

Centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti dalla Drum Tower, Bell Tower e Muslim Street Market. Camera ampia e panoramica. Checkin a tarda serata.

Zentrale Lage

Location is strategic. Easy access to shops, restaurants and 回民街。

There is a gap between the bathroom sliding door and the wall. Therefore the cool air can flow into the bathroom. Furthermore there is no handle to open the door.

Excellent location near to famous hui market. Easily accessible to metro and bus to most attractions. Near to shopping malls. The hotel facilities are cleaned and well maintained. Offered delicious breakfast.

Nil

The hotel was a luxury experience, especially for its price and location. The food served at breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were very clean and with a set of fresh towels every day.

Good location and good value for money

Nothing

Great location, great hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Very unique! Some added quirky touches!

The breakfast was a little limited but ok.

Great free breakfast. Modern hotel. Central location.

Good location, friendly staff and very comfortable room.

Outside was a little noisy at times.

Excellent location. Loved it. Will come back

Nothing

Location and breakfast

Old carpet in room and cold dining area

Man konnte sogar Wäsche waschen. Zentral gelegen.

ottima posizione e stanze spaziose, letto comodo.

The hotel is perfect, from the staff to the room facilities and the hotel itself. The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants around offering delicious food. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both local and European options. The hotel pleasantly surprised us, and we would definitely return or recommend it to others.

As stated in the survey

The location of the hotel is one of the best, close to a street food full of flavor. The wall is around 15 min walk distance. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was good to have something before going out to explore the city.

Excelent location and value for money, the breakfast is also good especially if you prefer local food. Just sad I got the small room.

La posizione.

Colazione scarsa, struttura non curata e non adeguatamente pulita.

I already been here before and I decided to back again. Room is great, very large, cozy, well equipped. I arrived at early morning and they immediately grant access to my room despite the check in was scheduled for the early afternoon. I didn't check the gym, but the laundry is nice. Great rooftop view. Perfect position.

My evaluation in very positive but I can provide some suggestions for further improvements. The breakfast can be better, maybe with more options for westners. As a design choice it has been decide to not close the toilet in a separate room but only to hide it behind a curtain. I don't like it all.
