The room smelt of bad drains. Other guests tv’s could be heard so loudly, it woke us up

The room was very comfortable.

We struggled to find it from the tube station. Also, the bar/food was very expensive for what it was.

Расположение - отличное, прямо в Терминале 2, за что и выбрала. У меня было много багажа, я взяла тележку, с ней и дошла до парковки, а там и отель. Указатели на отель очень продуманные, я не заблудилась. Персонал - прелесть, заселили меня раньше 3х дня, примерно в 11 утра. Как это было здорово после бессоной ночи в полете! И без доп. оплаты, чего я ожидала. Более того, мне понадобился переходник в розетку - у меня был европейский и американский, но не британский. Девушка на ресепшен -Jurica - мне его сразу выдала без лишних слов, так мило! Она меня спасла от ненужных поисков и затрат, я очень благодарна! Номер сам чистый, постель удобная, а главное - тишина! Спи в свое удовольствие. Но я приняла душ, выпила кофе в номере - и решила что смогу выйти в город. Зато вечером оценила качество постели и тишину, проспала 12 часов, но это за 2 ночи. Завтрак был хороший, английский, со всеми его вкусными составляющими, кофе вкусный (после 2х недель в США, где пьют горечь, как по мне), выпечка - осталась сыта и довольна. С утра выписалась, но оставила вещи на хранение, а сама прогулялась до вечера по красивым местам Лондона. Вернулась в 7 вечера, забрала вещи и Jurica - мне повезло общаться с ней дважды - предложила тележку прямо на стойке - то что мне надо! С благодарностью вернула ей переходник, и с удобством покатила свою тележку на регистрацию. Залог брали, 50 фунтов, но вернули через день.

Не могу вспомнить ничего плохого. Мне повезло с отелем.

A bed after 40 hours travelling that was a very short walk from the terminal.

No bottled water, no amenities. For the price, this should be a given. Coffee x 2 as a takeaway from restaurant as lobby machine was out of order were $21 NZD and they were a bean to cup and the cup was half full. That is a rip off.

The bar and restaurant on 1st floor have same menu so not a great variety of food styles. Not as many small plates in the bar menu as would have expected. Food and drink service in the bar is slow and not very personal. No bathroom amenities

Accessibility to Terminal 2

The only reason I stay here is you can walk straight from the hotel into the terminal.

This is a good hotel but from my point of view overpriced, like most London hotels, especially considering the few elements of the hotel I used. Get there late evening, go to bed, get up early and walk into terminal. Don’t need most of what this hotel offers.

The ability to walk into Terminal 2 at Heathrow from the hotel. The hotel was quiet despite being right in the middle of Heathrow. The room was nice and comfortable.

The shower set up made it hard to take a shower without getting water on the floor. Of course, I wish the room rates were more affordable.

Amenities such as bathrobes, toiletries and slippers etc have been reduced from past visits making the hotel less attractive.

It was ideal for access to the airport on the morning of my departure

I think having paid nearly £400 for the room that I would expect some biscuits in the room to have with the tea/coffee - other cheaper hotels do this - it just felt mean.

Amazing team, such nice people and they helped me a lot as I left my bag for the day I was away, and ended up being away a week due to the ATC problems last week. They took care of my bag, communicated clearly and did everything they could to help. The room was very expensive, but clearly a high demand time.

The room price was over £400 for one night, a lot more than usual, but I guess there was very high demand

Location was excellent - right next to the flight terminal

No breakfast available - despite me paying for it. Our 0800 flight meant leaving before 0600 (when the Hilton restaurant opened). There were no DIY/continental facilities that you'd expect - especially for a hotel that caters for all flights (including early ones). In reality unless your flight was after 0900 there is no way you can enjoy a breakfast there. We were offered a breakfast box (kid's juice carton, apple, mini croissant and small plain yoghurt). Very disappointing and not what we'd expect from this chain. Just taking advantage of guests who have no other option. Future guests - beware!

The rooftop bar, although pricey was a good vantage point to watch the runways and wile away an evening before a flight.

The fact that it states it is near to T3, which it is definitely not. It easily takes approximately 25mins to walk and is signed quite poorly from the hotel, so it is easy to miss and you can inadvertently end up in T2 (which is about 7mins walk from the hotel). Further, walking through the large car park and the London Underground tunnels from the hotel were busy and extremely hot.

For, we had no negatives. If I had to give a comment, we would have liked to see a light bite offering in the restaurant as we felt most of the offerings were on the heavy side. We shared a meal which basically did the same.

When I arrived to book into my reserved room at the hotel reception at Heathrow airport in London on Saturday 5th September (sometime after 6:15pm ), my bank card was declined three times. As I was completely confident that I had plenty of funds in my bank to cover the cost of my stay, I was shocked and hugely embarrassed that my card had been declined. I was obviously very distressed because I had no other bank cards with me or enough cash to cover the cost. The Receptionist was not at all sympathetic and initially said there was nothing he could do. I am 76 yers old and faced sleeping the night at the airport. I was unable to contact my husband as it was about 3am in Australia so fortunately contacted my son in the UK who was able to pay the bill for me. I am now back at home in Australia and contacted my bank today to query why my card had been declined. They checked and confirmed that there should have been absolutely no problem with the payment. The only thing they could suggest is that the hotel computer system had a fault and so an automatic decline message and payment limit on any cards had kicked in. My question to you, is why was the Receptionist not trained to be aware of this reason for a card to get declined and so surely could have checked this possible reason before just telling me there was nothing he could do. He did however finally agree to send a payment link to my son. . I cannot describe enough how embarrassing and stressful this situation was. It also created a huge scare for me as I thought I must have ben scammed and all my money taken from my bank. Thankfully this was not the case. It was difficult to place consistent answers to your questionnaire as the room and facilities were excellent but the embarassment and stress that I experienced at the Reception was absolutely terrible. I have started at this same hotel before and not experienced this problem.

Great location for a an early trip the next day. Restaurant was good and the service was excellent.

The price was a little on the expensive side for the room, although I can't fault the hotel.

Basically a budget hotel with 5 star pricing. Room amenities are basic. Both food and drinks were grossly overpriced and then on top of this was a 12.5% service fee. The hotel is not well signposted so wasn’t easy to locate.

Drop off charge if £7.50 at the hotel feels extraordinarily steep for no reason. Requested a cot on the booking and again at check in and never received one. If our child was any younger and unable to sleep in the bed with us it would’ve been completely unacceptable

Empty fridge in room not even a bottle of water, no biscuit with the tea and coffee. Food was presented well but used very cheap ingredients. Seemed to be penny pinching. Not what you expect when ypu book the top floor.

Clean, friendly staff, good restaurants, and very convenient if you need to sleep between flights at LHR.

It is hard to find if you don’t keep your wits about you, particularly if you are coming from another terminal at LHR. Look very closely for the Hilton signs. Very closely. Once you’re there it’s great.

We had a very comfortable night's stay, following a long flight. Staff were welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the express checkout option was a bonus

A long walk to terminal 3! Easy access to 2 but if you were less mobile I think you would find the walk to 3 quite long. The hotel give you a good instruction sheet which is very useful as it’s not all that obvious without it.

Facilities were excellent, so were the staff. Reception were extremely helpful. The runway bar on the top floor is most definitely worth a visit, so is the lower floor bar and restaurant, which you can order your food from the bar, and it will be brought in from the restaurant. The room is of a good quality with excellent facilities, and the location is spot on particularly for Terminal 2, or even Terminal 3. And finally it has great transport links, undergound, buses, trains and taxis.

There was only one minor point which has prevented me from giving the hotel a 10 out of 10, and that is, my room had a blemish on the wall underneath the television. I had to inform reception about this at the start, as a deposit is taken for the room. The staff were quite happy to offer me another room, which I declined. But I had to go and make them aware of this, or possibly the blame for the blemish could have been attributed to myself, so basically very minor, but needed to be addressed.
