The staff discouraged us from using the hotel shuttle. Why does the hotel offer a shuttle service to the airport but discourage the guest not to use the shuttle? We were encouraged by the same staff member to take an Uber or Taxi. The Uber cost us $50 plus to take us just over 2 miles. Being able to use a hotel shuttle to the airport is one of the important reasons that we choose that specific hotel.

The room itself was quite clean. They provided everything you might need for your stay, except perhaps a hairdryer. The breakfast was incredibly good value at 14.99 GBP. It was very easy to get to our terminal.

We paid for a three-hour late checkout. This was an additional 10 GBP PER HOUR (30 GBP in total). During that period, housekeeping entered our room TWICE, unannounced, while we were inside. I'm not going to elaborate, but this was a violation of our privacy in a room we had paid to occupy. It happened not once but TWICE in a span of THREE hours. When we raised it at checkout, reception apologised and said they would "investigate", but could not tell us what that meant, what the outcome might be, or what — if anything — would be offered in response. It also emerged during that conversation that reception believed the intrusion had happened only once. Housekeeping had not reported the second entry at all. I deserve an answer as to why this happened, and why this happened TWICE. A hotel that sells late checkout has a duty to make sure its own staff know which rooms are still occupied, and to have something better than a shrug to offer when that fails. I would not stay here again. I would think carefully before paying this hotel for a late checkout.

Was not informed that there was a whating time on the car park ie parked car got are stuff out to book in to the room and then took car away to be parked at the airport. I was only there not long and when we hit back from holiday we got a £100 parking fine

My usual hotel when i stay at Heathrow airport (several times a year), the Sofitel, cost shot up to $700 per night…. Last time i stayed there in July 2026!it was $230. So that seemed outrageous, and they are going to price themselves out of business. However, it allowed me to find the Holiday Inn, great restaurants, facilities, and helpful and courteous staff. Its a winner to me

Room was a nice size and well equipped. Clean and functional.

It's probably unfair to comment because although I had booked in advance, it was the day that airports were closed due to air traffic control failure. When I arrived it was a scene of chaos. Hundreds of diverted passengers looking for rooms. So took an hour to check-in. Then the dining and service was chaotic due to the unprecedented situation. Because of this, I missed breakfast. When I asked for a refund (for breakfast) as it was not my fault, they told me they would not refund because I'd 'booked through Booking.com'.

The hotel was very good.

The communication was very poor, I asked a question via booking.com and I received and answer from the hotel the day AFTER I checked out. Also the spelling was well below par.

The room was quite large. We were expecting something tighter. The Breakfast was very good. We were able to book and pay for our ride to the airport at a kiosk in the lobby. This was a big, unexpected "Plus".

The only complaint was that the fruit was not very ripe. Fresh fruit from the country was missing. The bed linens were a little heavy.

I avoided booking an accessible room / bathroom, but got one anyway. The restaurant was busy, uncomfortable and chaotic, as was breakfast. When I pay that much at other Holiday Inns, I normally get the room and experience I want. I'm not looking for 4-star, but I do want space, comfort and a nice, relaxed lounge.

No Porter guests manage their luggage to and from the room and it’s very difficult for older people! Very stressful honestly

Clean and modern, Location to terminal 3 and the shuttle. The large restaurant and bar area was great too. I also loved the lighting options in the room.

Perfect if you need to be close to Heathrow airport. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was good.

No grocery stores at a walking distance from the hotel, but not an issue if you just need to be close to the airport for a day or two.

Rooms were massive, and SO clean, beds really comfy. On site restaurant and brekkie was amazing and the staff are exceptional (particularly big shout out to Daljeet who was so warm and friendly and good at her job!). Nothing, and I mean nothing, was too big of an ask. Thankyou so much will be recommending this as the hotel to stay at for Heathrow.

Location was perfect for lego land, restaurant was brilliant especially going half board.

More choices on the half board dessert menu. Other than that the hotel offers everything you could want.

Both dinner and breakfast waiting staff were professional and very helpful.

One bedroom allocated was much smaller than the adjacent room allocated.

Well arranged as a family room and quiet. We did not use any of the facilities but had a good meal in the room which we stayed in for one night. Easy transfer to the airport too.

Got charged twice for parking, had to claim it back from parking company which was a pain. Staff were confused and stressed as so many people in there checking in. No order.

Very clean, comfy. Breakfast very good, catered for all tastes. Had a problem with bathroom light, phoned reception and the maintenance man was at the door within 5 mins, fixed problem in a few minutes. Can’t fault that for service.

Not enough info from reception desk. We are disabled and we were directed to the main lift. We were in 244 and there was a lift just yards from our room, which came out just behind the restaurant. That would have saved us a lot of walking.

Good location overall especially if you're transiting between locations and need a place to rest on your journey overall. The breakfast was quite nice, a buffet breakfast but good value for money and there is a bus that goes from the hotel to the respective terminals which is quite convenient. Our room had a runway view which was nice.

Room was vey clean, spacious with an excellent bathroom.

Sadly the bed was vey uncomfortable and the pillows even worse and lumpy for the three of us who stayed there. So no one slept more than an hour. We have stayed at this hotel years ago without an issue.

The second bed in the room wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast didn’t start early enough for us to enjoy it we had to rush to be in time for our flight. We canes home to a parking notice which was stressful to sort even though we paid at the hotel.

Location was convenient for the airport however no shuttle service other than expensive private options. Fortunately the local bus stops outside which was very convenient. Breakfast was ok, make your waffles was a nice touch. No cookies on the kids buffet as advertised.

The staff at the breakfast area was exceptional! The name of the lady was Meme and her colleague, who I don't remember his name (he said he was new in the role, wearing glasses), were above and beyond! Super fun and helpful. They made our stay super welcoming!

The hotel is very close to Heathrow so was perfect for purpose, the staff were very friendly, smiled and made jokes with my kids. The room was very clean.

I was only there overnight so didn't get to experience other aspects of the hotel. Nothing to comment here. Sorry.
