restaurant and bar seemed to close for food before 2300 which for an airport hotel is rather early.

We always stay at an airport hotel the night before a flight to avoid any complications: this hotel is ideally situated for that. Evening meal and breakfast was very tasty!

It's quite the trip from the terminal, so a moving walkway would be a nice touch.

The air conditioning in our room (#1042) was inoperable when we checked in; we fiddled with the controls but the system would not turn on. I tried calling the front desk but there was no answer, so I went to the front desk and explained the problem. I was told the system could be reset remotely and that the A/C would be fixed within 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later there was no A/C, so we called the front desk, received the same guidance and 20 minutes later the A/C started to work. We were tired from our journey and would have much preferred the A/C was functioning from the get=go.

Convenient and comfortable for a short stay between flights. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

The bedroom was rough around the edges to say the least. The carpets were stained. Bits of the walls were peeling off. The mattress felt so old that the springs were coming through. No where to leave the hire car while unloading and checking in. No one ever picked up the phone when I called before checking in. The location is good but there is plenty of others to choose from in the same location.

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Staying here was a great spot while we had our short stay over in London and staff were helpful.

Dinner was fabulous. Happy also that our picky eater traveling with me found something to eat. Breakfast had too many choices! Enjoyed breakfast particularly trying new foods.

The hotel restaurant was superb. I had the best vegetarian curry I have had for a very long time. The staff in the restaurant were particularly were friendly and efficient

Everything was great and I noticed that the restaurant opened early for breakfast which is great if you have an early flight.

Good size room, with a comfy bed and a bath/shower bathroom. Nice quality linens and towels. The lounge was clean and tidy and a good selection of snack and tasty pre-dinner bites. A special thank you to Nilesh, who was both professional, warm and friendly and credit to your company. Priyanka, on the front desk was very welcoming dealt with our arrival and departure efficiently.

Proximity to Heathrow Terminal 4 (5 minute walk from hotel to Terminal via covered walkway. Fabulous bed (firm, silky soft sheets, choice of pillows). Great room/suite. Comfy couch, access to club lounge. Fantastic food for dinner at the restaurant, and a delicious buffet style breakfast. Staff were brilliant, from beginning to end of stay.

Very convienet when travelling from terminal 4. Staff very friendly , and gave an early check in . Breakfast was good, the room was quite spacious and clean. This was my second visit.

Fridge in the second room was not cooling otherwise no issues .

Arrived to the hotel and got a text message which was great acknowledgment of my checkin but the receptionist was a bit rude, I was having difficulty with accessing the gym a young lady looked like I was putting her out of her way to help me and on the third time she simply walked away from me and a young gentleman helped me in the end. The cost of a glass of wine is extortionate £12.50. Just for a main course with a bottle of water and a glass of wine cost £61 which is steep by any standard.

I had booked a twin room for my sister and me but when we got to the room is was set up as a double so we had to wait for housekeeping to come and rearrange the beds. Frustrating as it had been booked as a twin.

We stayed in a club room at CP Heathrow T4. The staff were extremely welcoming especially Mihaela in the club room. The whole experience was lovely and made the journey so much more relaxing.

We had a really nice stay and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the lounge at the Crowne Plaza. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming, but Mihaela particularly stood out. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Her great service made a real difference to our experience, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.

It is with a heavy heart I have to write this review and my rating is purely on the terrible drop off charge policy at the entrance. I’ve stayed here a lot over the years and the team are excellent. Sadly and recently they have imposed a drop off charge which has resulted in either UBERs refusing to collect or my company’s driver service being regularly fined. A hotel where you cannot get a taxi to and from is useless. Please check out the review of this on Head for Points. The reviewers has debunked the hotels suggestion that the charge is being stipulated by Heathrow. For my penultimate stay I am glad to see the bar menu has changed.

We arrived at this hotel by UBER this afternoon, our driver was super friendly and helped us out with our luggage, which was considerable as we are emigrating. When we had checked in the receptionist called for someone to help with our luggage, Teddy is a small chap, but coped beautifully with our 4 big cases without a word of complaint and was very cheerful and friendly.

Mihaela our hostess was very friendly and helpful in the pleasant environment of the lounge.

The staff were extremely helpful especially Mihaela in the Club Lounge who was extremely helpful host.

The supervisor today Mihaela was really friendly and helpful. She came round to everyone table refilling drinks and helping them where possible. Also giving out recommendations on drinks. Great service from this lovely lady.

A little bizarre- one hotel but crowne plaza on one side of an open lobby and holiday inn on the other - bed was ridiculously hard and room was tired - if I had to book again I would opt to stay at the holiday inn as their prices are lower and it’s in the same location!

The Crowne Plaza was a lovely place to stay for convenience to the London Heathrow airport. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was large, including the shower. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and big. The breakfast had a good variety of options.

Only thing we didn’t like was the noise coming from the adjoining room to ours. However, when we made a comment to the staff they acted on our feedback so it was no longer an issue. If you want to travel into the city it is quite a long journey but perfect for those in transit.
