Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel made our wedding anniversary truly special and memorable. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, and the entire team took excellent care of us. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. In my opinion, this hotel is above the standard we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The location was also very convenient and close to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

our mini fridge was not working and we asked for it to be changed but even after they changed it, it was still not cold and we could not put in drinks we wanted to chill. also the aircon was in an awkward position so it does not blow at us and made the room a bit stuffy while we slept

From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing - incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and communicative throughout our stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A very special mention to Luca at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, supportive and accommodating with all of our needs. He was always happy to assist, answer our questions and make sure everything was organised smoothly. His kindness and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff also helped organise a day trip to Ha Long Bay, which was truly amazing! Everything was arranged so smoothly, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Vietnam. We really appreciated how the team took the time to help us organise the experience and make sure we had a memorable day. Overall, we highly recommend Acoustic Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay at Acoustic Hotel Hanoi, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. I travel to several countries every year and have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the staff at Acoustic Hotel Hanoi are by far some of the best I have ever encountered. Their warmth, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made our stay truly special. A very special mention to Ms. Chau Anh and Ms. Kim, who were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their smiles and welcoming attitude made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team, especially Chau Anh and Kim, for making our time in Hanoi so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Acoustic Hotel Hanoi to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️🇻🇳

What you see in the photos is really what you get. The place was way above my expectations. It is hard to tell what I Iiked if everything as perfect. They treat you as if you are the king. It can be compared with hotels with mush higher prices

Maybe the TV could be updated, instead of playing just live TV have it setup with a hotel application, room service on it, better news, sport channels, that were in English.

The hotel was sooo beautiful, the breakfast was amazing the staff even had me a surprise birthday setup in my room.

The service was excellent. Ms Fiona and Annie were on top of everything. The day our daughter came back to the hotel with the traditional outfit, they organised a beautiful traditional hat without us asking for it. It made us feel very special. The room was great, big enough for the 3 of us. Breakfast was great, with tasty and fresh options. Location was good. Thank you! (Apologies for the delay of our review).

When we arrived, we were greeted by the very friendly porter and receptionist who welcomed us. We requested 2 single beds but gave us a room upgrade instead with 2 double beds! The team has been amazing and very helpful with anything we needed help with. Room is clean and very close to the train street and other eateries. Highly recommend!

A penas nada. Tuvimos un problema de olores con una habitación y nos pasaron a una superior inmediatamente. Y encima con un detalle por nuestras bodas de plata. Super-amables.

Great value. Beautiful room - gorgeous furniture and fittings. The staff were really accommodating and provided a free upgrade on the first night.

I found the breakfast space a little run down and chaotic on the morning I was there. Also, there is no pool on the property, which can come in handy for comfort in a humid/hot weather environment.

The rooms were a good size and we could fit 2 suitcases laid out on the floor. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was big. The communal areas in the hotel were well maintained such as the lobby and restaurant.

Everything runs smoothly, and the staff offer helpful service without being intrusive. The rooms are clean and well maintained despite the older, classic furniture, and the breakfast is good. If you want a quiet room, ask for one at the back, because rooms facing the main street get noisy from traffic.

L’hôtel est très bien placé à deux pas de tous les sites à visiter en centre ville ! L’accueil est fabuleux, tout le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très varié avec des produits frais. Les chambres sont très agréables, propres bien équipées … mention spéciale à Annie qui nous a très bien conseillés pour la baie d’halong ! Si nous revenons à Hanoï nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel sans hésiter !

The peace and quiet and the hotel was so clean. You are only a few minutes away from the major tourist attractions in Hanoi. The hotel staff were so lovely we were given an up grade to an amazing room! We stayed at the Acoustic hotel before heading up to Sapa on the overnight train and the receptionist arranged for a breakfast package to take with us on the train! We had booked a different hotel for when we got back to Hanoi after Sapa but we cancelled that hotel as we liked the Acoustic hotel and the staff so much we wanted to come back there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

La chambre était très bien et le personnel aux petits soins. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour explorer la vielle ville a pieds. L'hôtel était facile à rejoindre en voiture aussi, pour l'arrivée ou le départ. Chambre très bien équipée, de quoi ranger les habits, fer a repasser, 2 fauteuils, thé et café avec bouilloire. Le wifi fonctionne bien, la TV est uniquement l'interface Xiaomi ou partage d'écran du téléphone. Le lit est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne bien et est silencieuse. La salle de bain est bien fournie, il y a une douche et une baignoire ce qui est appréciable. On ne manque pas de serviettes ni de papier toilette, et tout le nécessaire est fourni si besoin.

L'insonorisation depuis le couloir pourrait être meilleure, la fenêtre ne laissait passer que peu de bruit de la rue (au 5e étage), mais une plaque métallique sur la route claquait fort à chaque passage de voiture.

Zufällig habe ich von eine Freundin empfohlen hier zu buchen aufgrund meine Arbeit Bedingungen in der Nähe ist. Aber wo ich angekommen war. Alles sehr freundlich gegrüßt. Die Gepäck wurde abgeholt und in Zimmer gebracht. Die Service von der Hotel hat mich sogar kostenlos von Flughafen abgeholt.die personal sprechen fließend Englisch. Die Zimmer war super sauber ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Nach meine Aufenthalt hier kann ich nur empfehlen wenn jemanden Urlaub in Ha Noi machen möchten dann in dieser Hotel buchen. Sie werden mit Sicherheit zufrieden sein! Vielen Dank an das Hotel Team ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Das ganze Hotel war top gepflegt und in älterem Charme; ohne jegliche Komforteinbußen. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich und immer frisch, die Auswahl groß. Es gab viele vegane und vegetarische Optionen. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch das gesamte Personal: Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit übertraf jegliche Erwartungen und ging weit über ein übliches Maß hinaus: Tagesausflüge wurden immer möglich gemacht, es wurde sich über Tagesplanung erkundigt und Tipps gegeben. Aus einem hervorragenden Team stechen jedoch besonders Ms. Chau Anh und Ms. Kim hervor! Die beiden sind wahre Juwele! Für das Gesamtpaket ist die Bewertungsskala von 10 definitiv zu wenig!

We really loved our stay at Acoustic! It was an amazing hotel, and the staff were lovely. It was the perfect place to relax after a long trip. They even surprised us with a little gift because it was my girlfriend’s birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture! We would highly recommend it to everyone.

I loved everything about the property, the staff was amazing from the moment we made the booking to check out day. They arranged everything for me. They help me with a surprise for my girlfriend q spectacular amenity for her birthday she was extremely happy when we arrived. They provided us with a complementary upgrade to a very nice suite. The helped me arrange tours and transportation again the staff was friendly and super helpful. Bellman was always at the door greeting and opening the door for you as VIP 😁. The food at buffet was delicious and with a few extra options made from scratch.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my trip as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to the team for allowing me to use a shower after I had already checked out because my flight wasn't until late at night. That thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long day of sightseeing and before a long journey home. It's this level of genuine care and customer service that sets Acoustic Hotel apart. I appreciate the FnB team to always still welcome me, my boyfriend and his friends everyday for a week when we always arrive "almost" late for breakfast. Thank you to the team very much. Tyler also have been very helpful during my arrival made my arrival so welcoming. Kim has my biggest appreciation, she takes really good care of me during my stay and made sure that my 1 week stay perfect. I would love to see her again and chat with her once I come back to Hanoi.
